First of all it's "Corazon" which means heart in spanish(and possibly other languages). And yeah that's the case. Same as Trebol(Means clover or whatever) and Diamante(Diamond seat).

So yeah that's why Law's crew are named Heart Pirates and it was stated that Doffy reserved the Heart seat for Law after Corazon's death.
