to be totally honest, Konoha.

for me its konoha man it looks like a normal place. Like all the other villages are stupid because they look like bad places to live. Suna is a desert,kiri you have mist surrounding you 24/7, amegakure you have rain 24/7, kumo is just on top of bunch of mountains and iwa is also just surrounded by rocks where as the leaf village is just serene and normal in my opinion.
