looks at the man clad in armor with a straight face, he takes his time surveying the man, trying to gauge the level of his power. From the looks of it, the man was apart of the Mandalore clan, and taking his notebook out he read out the name of his last victim from the esteemed clan.

As He stood stiff, he notices the man took out an notepad, and started rapping.. but in his rap he noticed he mentioned his right hand man genos.. This sparked Hakumen attention

Glad I can finally be face to face with the criminal who killed my right hand man, and the leader of the clan. Now I can deliver your punishment with no hesitation.

As Hakumen says this, His body still staying stiff. Suddenly his body became fluid and without a moments notice he does several handseal and slam his hands on the ground. As he does this, he cause a tomb made of pure phosphorus to be summoned under you, that opens up causing you to fall into the tomb. Soon as you fall into the tomb, it immediately close back up and descend deep into the ground. As it descends into the ground, Hakumen quickly channel his fire chakra into the phosphorus tomb causing a massive explosion, in attempts to kill you

Description: The user will perform the Dragon → Boar→ Tiger hand seals and slam their hands on the ground summoning a huge tomb out of the ground from beneath the opponent that is made of pure solid phosphorus which is infused with the user's chakra. The tomb measures up to 3 meters in width & 6 meters in depth with the walls up to 2 feet in thickness.
The tomb will split open fast as it rises a few feet above the ground causing the opponent to fall into the tomb of phosphorus. The tomb and the surrounding ground will then seal back up encasing the opponent within the tomb and the tomb will rapidly descend up to 8 meters below the ground level.
As the opponent is trapped inside the tomb, the user can perform a confrontation hand seal channeling his fire chakra all throughout the tomb of the phosphorus and make the phosphorus tomb to violently explode, causing a violent underground explosion up to short range on all sides of the phosphorus tomb.
Notes:
- Can be used 2 times per battle, at least 2 turns apart from each use.
- The user can't use any phosphorus jutsus in the following 2 turns after its use.
- The use can't use any jutsus above S rank in the immediate next turn.
- Igniting the tomb using fire chakra counts as a move.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation

Realizing his opponent made a move into the offensive as Hakumen slammed his palms to the ground, B felt the ground open up beneath him only a moment after. If he didn't react fast he would be caught in his opponent's jutsu. With the tomb being rather large, B was suspended in mid air for a brief moment as gravity would serve to pull him down into the large hole. Inhaling quickly, B's lungs filled with chakra before he turned his head to the left and exhaled letting loose a stream of wind chakra that would serve to carry him up and to his right side a couple of meters out of the tomb's wake as it closed and descended into the earth without him.


(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

As his wind chakra proceeded to carry him into a twisting flip, B moved quickly as he replaced his belongings in his ninja pouch and exchanged with a scroll which he held in his hands as he made three handseals before opening the scroll to reveal the markings within and applying the required chakra to activate the seal. As the scroll activated, it released a large torrent fire and lightning chakra towards the Mandalore that traveled fairly quickly in a attempt to reduce the man to nothing as B landed safely out of harms way.

Description: The base of this technique revolves around a special Fūin seal, made by Zanda, commonly placed on scrolls. The Fūin seal consists of two intertwined spirals and a total of three Kanji. One kanji, meaning "Store", is placed at the start of each spiral and at the end of the intertwining circle is the last Kanji for "Release". Before battle the user stores an element chakra into one spiral, and another non opposing element chakra into the other, giving themselves access to the premade scrolls during battle. Each "Store" kanji can hold up to A rank chakra of non opposing elements. The Fūin seal is activated by performing 3 hand seals and inserting chakra into the middle kanji releasing an elemental combination of the two chakras at the opponent.

After activating the "Release" kanji, the user aims the scroll at the opponent releasing an elemental combination of fire and lightning creating a continuous unidirectional electrical fire blast at the opponent. The blast moves fairly quickly and has 3m radius with a mid.range reach before it dissipates.

Water/Wind Seal
After activating the "Release" kanji before or after placing the scroll on the ground, the scroll releases an elemental combination of water and wind creating a tall water typhoon that stands 7m tall as it travels towards the opponent. The typhoon, being skinny at its base, starts out at 1m and widens up to 3m as it reaches the top. Unlike normal typhoons this one is self sustained and does not need a water source. It can also travel up to mid.range before dying out.

Earth/Wind Seal
After activating the "Release" kanji, the user aims the scroll at the opponent releasing an elemental combination of earth and wind creating a wave of numerous highly dense earth splinters coated with wind resulting in faster travel movement and enhanced cutting abilities. The wave has a length of 5m and starts 2m off of the floor reaching up 4m in the air. The wave has a mid.range reach before the technique ends.

Water/Lightning Seal
After activating the "Release" kanji, the user aims the scroll at the opponent releasing an elemental combination of water and lightning creating a continuous unidirectional electrical water blast at the opponent. The blast moves fairly quickly and has 3m radius with a mid.range reach before it dissipates.

Earth/Fire
After activating the "Release" kanji, the user aims the scroll at the opponent releasing an elemental combination of earth and fire creating a large molten earth dragon. The dragon travels towards the opponent and wraps around them severely burning them in the process. The dragon can reach up to mid.range before falling apart and collapsing.
NOTES:
►No Fūinjutsu for the next 2 turns
►User can only have all scrolls made, but can only use 3 per battle
►User cannot use any jutsu of the two combining elements in that same turn, and 1 turn after
►Can only be taught by Zanda

The typhoon, being skinny at its base, starts out at 1m and widens up to 3m as it reaches the top. Unlike normal typhoons this one is self sustained and does not need a water source. It can also travel up to mid.range before dying out.

Earth/Wind Seal
After activating the "Release" kanji, the user aims the scroll at the opponent releasing an elemental combination of earth and wind creating a wave of numerous highly dense earth splinters coated with wind resulting in faster travel movement and enhanced cutting abilities. The wave has a length of 5m and starts 2m off of the floor reaching up 4m in the air. The wave has a mid.range reach before the technique ends.

Water/Lightning Seal
After activating the "Release" kanji, the user aims the scroll at the opponent releasing an elemental combination of water and lightning creating a continuous unidirectional electrical water blast at the opponent. The blast moves fairly quickly and has 3m radius with a mid.range reach before it dissipates.

Earth/Fire
After activating the "Release" kanji, the user aims the scroll at the opponent releasing an elemental combination of earth and fire creating a large molten earth dragon. The dragon travels towards the opponent and wraps around them severely burning them in the process. The dragon can reach up to mid.range before falling apart and collapsing.
NOTES:
►No Fūinjutsu for the next 2 turns
►User can only have all scrolls made, but can only use 3 per battle
►User cannot use any jutsu of the two combining elements in that same turn, and 1 turn after

As Hakumen notices the slightly large guy, he takes notice to the gathering of wind chakra thats channeling to the mouth (Sword abilities) Hakumen stands still and see what happens, he then sees the large man blow himself to the side dodging his phosphorus technique. Hakumen stood stiff once more As he see the man take out a scroll with chakra infused in it. The sword allows hakumen to know the chakra infused inside the scroll (Kanji? Thunder And Fire.. Hes a special one, and that sword on his back seems to be "Alive" I will have to watch out) Right as you take out the scroll, I manipulate the water on the ocean near us to form a huge water hand. Right before you finish your handseal to complete the jutsu I cause the hand to grab you, and clench you inside the water hand and violently slam you to the ground. This would make it that if the scroll indeed activate it would face the ground (I guess blasting the ground, dont matter really) Hakumen Then stands stiff once more

The sound of rushing water and the view through his peripheral vision alerted B of Hakumen's ploy to take him out before he could even complete his technique. However B was much too experienced and powerful to fall victim to the giant hand of water that made it's way towards him. As B finished his seals, he would continue to unleash the technique he would release from the scroll, while he also manifested a single large tentacle that erupted from his backside and simultaneously wrapped around the hilt of his weapon Samehada. In order to deal with the Water Hand technique and protect himself, the movement happened quickly as B called out to the weapon, and used Samehada's ability to absorb chakra to protect himself from harm as he cleaved the hand in two.

Description: The weapon made famous by Hoshigaki Kisame, Samehada is a large sentient sword of comparable size to the Kubikiribōchō. It is described as "the most terrifying of all the Seven Swordsmen's blades" and even earned the title of "Greatsword', further adding to its fearsome reputation. Though mostly wrapped in bandages, Samehada's construction is atypical in that its actual blade is comprised from a series of downward facing sharp scales running along the entirety of its length until its hilt, at the base of which is a small skull. Samehada grows larger in proportion to the amount of chakra it absorbs, causing its scales to become so long that they ultimately resemble shark fins and its mouth, located at the tip of the blade, to become even more pronounced. As the blade is made up of scales, it inflicts injuries through shredding or shaving what it comes into contact with, rather than just cutting the object in question. This flaying effect is similar to a shark's skin, hence the sword's name. While it ordinarily remains rigid, its hilt is able to stretch and bend to great extent, allowing the weapon to be used like a flail within a short range radius. Being capable of conscious thought, Samehada chooses its own user, an exclusive process that has often resulted in it being thought of as notoriously picky, which is clearly shown in the fact that it only goes after the ones with delicious chakra. If someone it disapproves of attempts to wield it, spikes protrude from the handle in order to force them to release their grasp, at which point Samehada will make efforts to return to its chosen owner. Samehada is able to literally slice through an opponent's techniques, in spite of whether the chakra has been transformed or not, and even prevent them from being performed by absorbing all of the necessary chakra. However, it seems to be unable to automatically absorb ambient chakra. Samehada has also the ability to transfer the chakra it has absorbed to the wielder, so it can be used to either regenerate injuries or replenish their chakra reserves. Kisame goes one step further with this fusion by completely merging with Samehada.
Note: While incredibly strong and resilient, the sword is not indestructible and can be damaged, specially by high amounts of heat (S-Rank) directly applied to it.
Note: Dispite being a conscious, sentient being, the sword doesn't have complex enough senses to be put under genjutsu.

(Samehada Chakura Botsunyuu no Jutsu) - Samehada Chakra Absorbing Technique

Description: Samehada is truly a massive glutton who can eat large amounts of chakra in an instant. As a result it can devour entire jutsu's. Even in the case the jutsu is extremely wide, Samehada can absorb enough to keep the user safe. This was shown when Bee swung the sword vertically, cutting Itachi's fireball in half by eating the center part of the jutsu and letting the rest of the jutsu go past Bee on the left and right. The absorbing also happens very fast as Samehada was able to absorb several of Bee's attacks completely just before they would hit Kisame. The disadvantage is that the sword cannot absorb chakra that isn't in its immediate vicinity, thus why it can't absorb a very large technique completely but only the portion it intercepts.

With B unaffected, this allowed his jutsu to continue unopposed as it washed over Hakumen who didn't even take the time to move to a different position or properly defend himself against the oncoming combination of fire and lightning. Undoubtedly, this would deal severe damage to the Mandalore as he was sent flying back by the force of chakra he was met with. B still unintrigued, ended this fight with one last technique as he channeled chakra into the earth below Hakumen, he quickly fashioned the needed seals for his next technique, causing a large Dragonhead to erupt from the ground below Hakumen crushing him between it's fiery maw.

(Katon: Shinkou Ryuu Kaen) – Fire Release: Rising Dragon Flame

B turned away with the battle ending in only a couple moves, he pulled his notebook back out and checked his schedule. He was right on time to go serve Darui his share of ass whooping next.
