Controversy of Topless Women in America

It's not that hot outside there right Lol in old days ( before 15th century ) women was not wearing them just to avoid heat as place i live ( in Sri Lanka ) there's high humidity and temperatures are around 30-33 Celsius only women in high families wear cloths on top to show their high status in society and it was same with men .

and men in that society had great discipline and high respect for women but now after influence of western societies ( not to mention that they called people who were topless savages ) it has changed to current situation where women can't even wear revealing cloths without been frown upon or been objectified sexually .

now why would women there want to go topless ? as there's not much heat or humidity and if i say from old westerners language to be savages even when they realizes that it will compromise their safety in a society we hear rape cases often even it be for equal rights .

Manly because, guys like boobs don't they? So if girls could go topless, guys would be straight out staring and getting turned on.

While that makes some sense, it also stands to reason that - just like brandishing a gun/weapon in public by someone isn't welcomed, so would be starring/touching... This would be the case after a period of time lapses, plus said people would most likely wanna avoid having cops involved... right ? Surely...?
