I don't agree. Women body is so much more different than men body,and it's more attractive than men. So obviously they should be treated differently. It is men nature that they get horny by seeing a naked women(no offense) and breasts are so attractive to them,and it is natural. But things are different with a half naked man. Women don't feel horny at all.
What I'm saying is,with should respect each other's similarities and differences,and don't be that much selfish!!!! The people complaining about wanting to go topless aren't campaigning for it for a reason. They just have no other ambitions, so they waste their time on this. If I was even allowed to go topless, I wouldn't. What even is the benefit of it? Sides, it would just attract attention from men, and no matter how much authorities/government may try and subdue men from doing so, they WILL harass woman if they go topless, and that is something the police force alone can not control. Even with the way most woman dress now, they are harassed, going topless would make it worse.

To me, it's a very negligible issue that would bring more harm than good, if there even is any good to begin with. The proper road to follow is for both men and woman to keep their chests covered up.
