I actually hoped you had gotten far. >.< For the jutsu below perform the Boar, Ram, Snake, Horse, and Dragon handseals. Then gather lightning in your hands and release it as a stream of lightning powerful enough to fry someone struck by it. This jutsu works even better in conjunction with water jutsu. Get these guys attention.

Jutsu 1
After hearing Senpai's explanations Omoi gets ready and performs the hand seals Boar -> Ram -> Snake -> Horse -> Dragon then gathers his lightning chakra at his hands and releasing a stream of lightning at some pains in a jacuzzi electrifying them and succesfuly perform the jutsu.
Jutsu 2
Now Omoi gets ready and gather his chakra at his whole body generating of electric field around the body that looks like a armor of lightning and while the armor is active a Pein jumps towards Omoi trying to ax kick him, but the moment the Pein comes in contact with the armor he gets shocked and Omoi takes this opportunity to attack him with 2 kunai with explosive tags.

Once you've done that release a wave of electricity into the rock above to break off chunks of it, crushing whoever is below you once the rock rains past you. Next, raise your hand in front of you with your fingers strait. Gather lightning in your hand and release it in the form of a large horn made up of several lightning bolts spread out. Fend these guys off.

With that done you utilize the chakra within it to levitate the sword before creating two more physical copies of it, also levitating. You should then control the blades to spin quickly and fly towards your target almost like shurikens.

Now Omoi raises his hands in front of him and gathers his chakra with his strait fingers and releases it in a shape of large horn that spreads out several lightning bolts, now Omoi runs towards the clone and aims carefully at him then hits him dispersing him.Jutsu 3.
Now Omoi takes his sword out and channels lightning chakra at it enhancing it sharpiness and then Omoi levitates them creating two more copies of the sword and then he aims and sends them at the peins who are coming towards him.

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Omoi gets ready and after hearing the explonations from his Senpai he immediately grabs a sword and starts focusing his Raiton chakra through it mainly to enhace its shape, after doing so he levitates the sword and creates two more copies of the sword, after creating the swords he controls the swords to spin quickly and go at the opponent stabbing him like shurikens.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): This would have been a good combination with (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique because the opponent is wet from the rain and everyone knows that Raiton/Suiton combination is a instantly kill so the blades do more effect that usually and whoop stomp dat opponent
- Advantage(s): Requires low chakra cost and it's a helpful jutsu and when used with a with a Suiton jutsu as a combination the jutsu can be OP, also the swords can be manipulates from hand gestures too and this makes it more easy to attack the opponent.
- Disadvantage(s): It has a mid-range but its range is limited and it requires -5 chakra to maintain the swords for every turn also when the swords are going at the opponent, he can use a wind jutsu to stop them and render the jutsu useless

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: As the clone of the Senpai runs towards Omoi, he quickly starts gathering his Lightning chakra and after gathering a cosiderable amount of it he starts focusing and concentrating it at his right hand, and as the opponent is in short-range with Omoi, he slams the ground and sends lightning bolts at the ground and around himself killing the opponent.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Well as i said this can be a good combination with a ground water jutsu, after the water goes at the opponent, the user can use this jutsu to send a Water/Lightning combination at the opponent.
- Advantage(s): It requires low chakra cost and can be used in both defensive and offensive purposes.
- Disadvantage(s): This jutsu reaches only up to short-range and the opponent can easily defend from this jutsu by using a blunt wind jutsu.

Perform a handseal and create a lightning wall, stopping and electrocuting my clone who's about to punch you. A very simple technique that might be handy in some cases.
Create a half shaped dome of lightning and push it towards my clone, shocking him. Also a very simple technique.
Create a sphere of lightning around your fist and then punch my target while unleashing the lightning in the form of a small electrical explosion.

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: After hearing the instructions Omoi makes the hand seal of Ox and then starts gathering chakra, he changes the nature to Lightning chakra and uses shape manipulation to create a wall of Lightning protecting him from his Senpai's clone.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Well this is a wall of Lightning/defensive jutsu so it can't be used as a combo since its used only in defense.
- Advantage(s): It has low chakra cost and it's a very good defensive jutsu and it can block up to A-rank Doton jutsus.
- Disadvantage(s): It can reach only short range and can be used only in a defensive state also user's behind is open and if the opponent had a shadow clone behind you then it's the end.
- How to counter the technique:
Jutsu 2
- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Now Omoi gets ready and starts gathering chakra then uses nature manipulation to change the nature to chakra and then uses shape manipulation to create a half shaped dome of Lightning, after doing that Omoi starts pushing the dome of Lightning at the clone of the Senpai shocking him and leaving him open for Omoi to attack/solo him U_U.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Just make the opponent wet then solo him and shock him, also this can be used with Kenjutsu too if the opponent is shocked and paralyzed the user can perform a Kenjutsu attack to destroy him.
- Advantage(s): It's a nice jutsu since it can shock the opponent and deal him damage but as i said if the opponent's wet then he'll take double/triple damage and get destroyed.
- Disadvantage(s): This jutsu is very useless i wouldn't have used it simply because there are a lot of jutsus that do the same effect stun/paralyze/shock :| also this jutsu reaches only up to short-range so its range is very limited.
- How to counter the technique:
Jutsu 3
- Brief description of how you perform the technique: After performing the jutsus Omoi gets ready for the 3rd one and immediately gathers chakra and focuses at his fist creating a sphere of Lightning around it and then he starts running at the clone and punches him in the face causing a small exlosion of Lightning enough of destroying him :heh:.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): A Combination with a Genjutsu or a stunning jutsu can make a nice combination, also if the opponent is wet the damage will be doubled or tripled.
- Advantage(s): Low chakra cost and it's a nice jutsu that i would have used if the opponent is stunned and paralyzed leaving me open.
- Disadvantage(s): This jutsu is good but it's a jutsu that can only be used as a fist and is attached at the hand so it should be hard since the opponent won't stand there and allow himself to be punched.

- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I would have maked a water clone to use water prison and get him caught then would have used this jutsu to multiple the damage of the jutsu.
- Advantage(s): Low chakra cost and can be a good combination jutsu with water also it's a very nice jutsu that can be helpful sometimes if the opponent is wet.
- Disadvantage(s): It can reach only short-range so the range in limited and the opponent will notice that the user is preparing a lightning release jutsu and use a defensive wind jutsu.
- How to counter the technique:

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: After performing the required hand seals of Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare, Omoi starts gathering his Raiton chakra and after gathering enough he releases it at the ground creating 4 huge pillars sorround the opponent and attacking him with a barrage of lightning bolts destroying him.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): If the opponent is wet then the user can beat the crap out of him, also he would have used a water jutsu inside the pillars dealing double damage.
- Advantage(s): It can reach long-range and the opponent is immobilized and stunned once he's hitted by the bolts.
- Disadvantage(s): It requires a sequence of hand seals and if the opponent is fast enough he can get the timeframe right and attack him.
- How to counter the technique:
Jutsu 3
- Brief description of how you perform the technique: After performing the sequence of required hand seals of Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat, Omoi starts gathering a large amount of chakra then he focuses it at his hands, then he uses Water Release: Water Whip to capture the opponent by his hand then he releases the Raiton chakra throught the whip killing the opponent.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): It can be some Suiton jutsus especially the ones like the Water Whip or Suiton:Suishoha.
- Advantage(s): Maybe it's one of the best combination jutsu since it's really strong when infused with water also reaches long-range making this jutsu more awesome.
- Disadvantage(s): Well it requires a medium/big sequence of hand seals and the opponent can notice that he's going to use a jutsu and he's going to be more prepared also if the opponent takes the water away it can be easier to counter the Lightning.
- How to counter the technique:

Bring your hands together and focus your lightning chakra there, causing electrical energy to crackle around your hand. then slam your hands on the ground, release the lightning chakra and send an electric curren racing throught the earth, hitting my clone. Good jutsu, a nice offensive one. also good for negating earth techniques.
Raise your hands again and start to charge lightning, unleash the lightning energy in the form of a lightning bolt, hitting my clone.
Bring your hands near each other, and generate lightning-based chakra between your palms. Use your shape manipulation and manipulate the lightning chakra into a lightning rope. You can use the lightning as an actual whip. Hit my clone with it. the name doesn't make any sense lol.

Jutsu 1
- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Omoi starts by getting his hands together and gathering and channeling chakra in that spot, after gathering enough Omoi notices that electrical energy is crackling around his hand then he slams the ground sending a electric current through the ground hitting the opponent.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Well if the opponent was wet then the damage would have been doubled and maked it a much stronger jutsu.
- Advantage(s): It can travel at long-range and can negate most of the earth jutsu and this is a big advantage also this jutsu is good in offensive too.
- Disadvantage(s): While performing the user is open also i can count 100+ ways to counter this one (well not 100+ but something like that lol)
- How to counter the technique: The jutsu is sended from the ground and a wind jutsu can easily counter it also the user can easily evade it with a D-rank Wind jutsu [(Futon: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique, by jumping in the air ]

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Once again Omoi raises his hand in the air and starts gathering Lightning release chakra at it, after gathering enough chakra he aims his hand at the opponent launching a Lightning bolt hitting the opponent.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Combinating it with a water jutsu would have done more damage, combining it with this jutsu can bring up a effective combo ( Suiton: Seiryūshō ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
- Advantage(s): It's a fast jutsu since no hand seal is required and when combined with water this can be a double damage jutsu.
- Disadvantage(s): It goes only up to mid-range it has a limited range and while the user is charging chakra he's open to be attacked and that is a big disadvantage.
- How to counter the technique: A Blunt type Wind Release jutsu could have done the job in soloing this jutsu.

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Omoi hears the instructions and brings his hands close to each other and starts gathering and focusing Lightning chakra between his palms, after gathering enough he uses shape manipulation to create a whip/rope of Lightning, then he uses the whip/rope to attack the opponent paralyzing and shocking him.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Well if he's wet the jutsu could have been more effective but if he's not then it would be such a useless jutsu.
- Advantage(s): It can be used both in offense and defense and if the opponent is wet the jutsu could have been more effective.
- Disadvantage(s): It reaches only up to mid-range it has a limited range, it's a useless jutsu that i would use because i don't think that this can help but it's not good to underrate a Raiton jutsu U_U.
- How to counter the technique: A Wall of wind could have done the job if the opponent is using it in offensive state, and if the user is defending then a fire or a wind jutsu could have soloed that whip.

Be creative with ways to counter something, or with combinations. Wind jutsus aren't necessary to counter lightning xD. And you don't need water for lightning combos, but those are the main combos though.

- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Maybe world shaking jutsu would have helped since the opponent can counter it, so if the opponent loses his balance the user can strike them directly.
- Advantage(s): No hand seal is required and it can be used for a lot of things such as destroying a wall of earth or wood and can be used to attack the opponent and paralyze him dealing him damage too.
- Disadvantage(s): The jutsu gows only up to mid-range so its range is limited also while attacking the opponent, the user will be open and if the opponent would have used a Kage Bunshin before the user have attacked then the clone would have striked the user without difficulity.
- How to counter the technique: I would have used Earth Release: Moving Earth Core to create a 20m tall cliff that could help me escape from the jutsu or maybe make a giant hole beneath the opponent so he can't reach me.

- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Well i would have used it to attack different enemies also if the opponent has 2 clone then i would have splitted that in 2 and killed the clones then i would have killed the opponent.
- Advantage(s): It can hit multiple enemies, no hand seal is required and it can go up to long-range so its range is not limited.
- Disadvantage(s): Well when the spar splits it becomes weaker and this is a disadvantage because it wouldn't dealed full damage.
- How to counter the technique: A C-rank Wind can counter the spear and make it look like nothing.

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Omoi starts gathering Raiton chakra and after gathered enough he uses shape manipulation to create a lightning shadow clone, he creates a beast of lightning that goes towards the opponent killing him, after doing that Omoi disperses it.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I would have used it to go at the opponent and engage with him in a close combat fight, when the opponent hits the opponent with a kunai or sword or another close-range jutsu the clone would dispersed but lightning would have engulfed the opponent shocking him.
- Advantage(s): The clone user creates a clone of himself that helps him fight with a opponent, also when the clone disperses he engulfs the user with lightning shocking and paralyzing him.
- Disadvantage(s): The clone can only move up to short-range so its range is very limited also the clone can only use B-rank Raiton jutsus.
- How to counter the technique: It would have been very easy, if the clone would have tried to get in short-range with me then i would just run in mid-range since the clone can only move up to short-range then i would have used a mid-range wind jutsu to beat the clone/opponent.

- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I could have used it with a Kenjutsu attack doubling the damage of the jutsu.
- Advantage(s): Requires no hand seal and it's a easy jutsu to perform, increases the cutting power of the sword.
- Disadvantage(s): The user will be vulnerable to water jutsus since he's holding the sword and he'll be electrified Lol :|.
- How to counter the technique: As i said a water jutsu would have done the job electrifying the opponent and making him unable to move.

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Staz starts by performing the required hand seal of Ram and gathers his Lightning Release chakra, then after doing it he raises his right hand in the sky triggering a electrical discharge aiming it right at the opponent shocking him.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): This can be a great combo with Rain Tiger At Will, while the opponent is wet from the rain the discharge gets him and destroys the opponent.
- Advantage(s): Only one hand seal is required and can be used in any range also can hit the opponent from different positions.
- Disadvantage(s): The opponent can easily notice that the user is preparing something and he quickly reacts making me unable to perform the jutsu.
- How to counter the technique: Well i would have noticed that the opponent is up to something and i would have activated the Byuakugan with my Staz bio and i would have seen the opponent send lightning chakra in the sky then i would immediately attacked the opponent making him unable to perform the jutsu in me.

- Brief description of how you perform the technique: Staz takes out a windmill shuriken and starts channeling chakra into it, after gathering enough he throws it at the opponent and while the shuriken is going at the opponent, he maintains a connection with the windmill through a lightning cable, the windmill cuts the opponent shocking and killing him.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I would have used it to distract the opponent then go and finish him with another jutsu, i would have maked a Raiton Bunshin to use this jutsu to distract the opponent then i would have performed stone spikes below him and finish him off.
- Advantage(s): Can paralyze the opponent and doesn't requires any hand seal, the user can easily control the shuriken through the lightning cable.
- Disadvantage(s): The user needs to be focused in maintaining the connection between the cable and the shuriken leaving them open for any attack also focusing the chakra into the shuriken would have taked some time.
- How to counter the technique: I would have used a wind-infused shuriken/kunai/sword to cut the lightning cable, or maybe wind blade would have done the job to cut the cable.
