Doubt it. xD Look at them physically. What's the difference between these ghosts and say, a normal fireball? What's the different in their appearance?

They can't phase through earth, no. xD But, you can see through them to view your opponent's actions.Oh Oh oh! They could go through objects like earth and ninja tools and stuff! Making a surprise attack for the enemy

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra into their chest and then they will release from their mouth a quick burst of flame towards their opponents feet which then errupts into a large pillar of flame reaching 3 meters tall and inflicting damage to the target.
Focus your chakra, and then release the gathered chakra from your mouth. Release the burst of fire at my clone's feet. When the fire hits the ground, manipulate it once again to burst upwards into a 10ft. pillar of fire.

I nod, taking in chakra into my mouth, and lookoing towards your clone. I begin by compacting the chakra, and the pursing my lips, exhaling the chakra spitting at your clones feet. As it leave my mouth, I use Nature transformation to turn it to fire nature that burns onto the ground. Then when it gets to your clone, and surrounds his feet, I use shape manipulation to launch it upwards into a towering pillar, 10ft into the air, engulfing him in flames.
The advantage of this technique, is that it can be used in a distraction, like your not aiming for your opponent, but then engulfing them. its also effective if they jump into the air, to race after them to catch them.
The disadvantages though, is that its a short to mid technique and cant reach long range. so if your opponent jumps backwards it wouldnt reach.
Thats no fair you cant counter fire with fire D: I think it is somewhat effective at stopping someone from using the technique as they would have to protect themselves, but its like a double edge sword as you get hurt still. I know that because its a lower rank tech the higher one would win, but realistically.....it wouldnt do much, fire clashing with fire...

I would say that this tech is probably a medium as it has to take a little time to reach its full strength, as a pillar, the strength doesnt come from the fire at the feet.

Fire can be used to combat fire. O_O It will merely cancel out with each other.

I look on, as I bring my hands to my chest, and gather up chakra, around my body. I then begin to form the seals, Monkey → Bird → Dog → Ram as I send my chakra into the ground infront of me. Using nature transformation< i begin to turn it into fire nature, while using shape manipulation to being rotating it as it rises. Soon a firey twister erupts from the ground infront, as I send it towards you. The firey tornado, spins and grinds towards your clone in a blaze.
The advantage is that this technique doesnt come fron the mouth of the user, and can use put to distance at range from the ground at mid range, from under their feet.
the disadvantage is it can be somewhat slow with the handseals and manipulation. also, can be countered by a water sorce if there is no ground.
Your counter is effective, and douses the fire, rendering it null.
It would also be a medium to slow technique because of the handseals and size.

This technique effectively traps and attacks an opponent at the same time, and can be used to force them into another attack.
Focus your chakra once again, and then perform the Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger hand seals. Then release the fire from your mouth, surrounding my clone on all sides, and transform it into a spider. Then attack my clone with the spider.

I look forward as I begin to gather up chakra around my mouth and bring my hands up to my chest and begin to make the seals. I make the seals, Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger, and compact the chakra in my mouth as I purse my lips. I release the chakra from my mouth at the ground using nature transformation as it leaves into fire nature. Then using shape manipulation, I form it into a spider that begins to scuttle towards you. It dodges left to right darting back at forth at you.
The advantage here is that the spider can be quite agile, and dodge enemy attacks. It also gives it maneuverability about the battlefield.
The disadvantages thouigh is that it is a prime target and can get caught up in the battlefield by large attack. It also take a few handselas to create which can take a little time.
You counter is good because it covers a wide area and travels quickly. It can be aimed at the spider while making water for more attacks.
I would say this is a medium pace attack from the handseals, or possibly a slow attack.

I begin to gather chakra into my mouth as I take a breathe in through my nose. I compress and aim towards your clone, pursing my lips, spewing out the chakra. As it leaves my lips and mouth I use nature transformation to changr it into fire, and then use shape transformation to a steam of fire from my mouth.
the advantage of this is that it can be done quite quickly and can cover up to mid range. Its also a stream so can be done for an extended period.
the disadvantage is that as its a stream you can't do any other techs while doing it.
I think your counter would be good as it acts as a shield and then blocks you from enemy view.

Which also blocks him from your view. xD Rank wise, this shield would a broken and you'd be hit. Although I said to disregard ranking, I would like you to mention if the technique wouldn't be sufficient to defend.

Ohhh ok. well true as well. Youd have a view blocked, but it would open again when it breaks wouldnt it? like when the fire disperses?
But this technique is the proper defence for this attack, because of rank.

If the technique breaks through your defense, it won't matter if you are able to see. You'll be hit by the technique.
B-rank fire > C-rank earth.
