Well it's a really good jutsu so if my opponent is vulnerable anywhere and i have a chance to kill them, i would use this

very well I guess, now we are done with all the water technique except one which you can't learn due to you not knowing its partner jutsu............. drop me a VM when you learn it and I will teach you that technique as well so that you can be called a water master....
