I am making this thread to ask all those who have used a console Emulator to Run Console games on PC.

I am i5 2.50 Ghz , 2 Gb Ram, 1 Gb Ati Mobility Radeon Hd 4650 Graphics Card.

I Need all the details how to Run these Games, where to Find the Emulator, What Plugins should I use.

I request a Detailed Guide for as Many Emulators as Possible. Please Help ?

Rep+ Will be given If I can.

Mainly PS2, PS3, X-box <== I know I am crazy but yeah I ask for alot. I know for PS2 there is, but I don't know shit how to configure it.

Oh,I think it's the same thing I use.. Oops. But I don't really have any problems with that (now). Sometimes the colors will glitch (like if I'm playing Zelda). Have you tried changing the controls? I think I ran into the same problem with another game ( forgot what it was called. Something.. had a bad day.. It's with the squirrel.. Whatever anyways). Yeah ether that or remove it download the same game,at another emulator website.. YouTube helped me out a lot.. so search vids on that might help you.

You'll get around 30-40 fps in games light naruto ultimate ninja.

Tho, all games won't give you the same fps.

I have plugins and pcsx2 versions that are faster than the newest version with all the special plugins to them and everything.

and I will be posting a guide on emulation tomorrow ^^

PS3 forget it, PS2 maybe. Xbox? Hope you're reffering to Xbox 1.
For example, your Processor is more powerful than the PS3 processor, do you think you could run it?

No you couldn't because if you want to run a PS3 game with an Emulator smoothly on the PC, you need 10 times the Specs the PS3 has. I don't even know if there is such an emulator...
You couldnt even run Crysis at Max Settings, so dont even bother with PS3 games.

Playstation 1, N64, SNES, Atari etc. . . are all no Problem that goes without a doubt.
But about Xbox and PS2, sometimes you are going to have problems finding the right Emulator. Also the Roms are most of the time quite big and if you don't have a premium account for a certain Filesharing site. . . you're kinda screwed.

I could tell you list of the Emulators that would suit you the best.
But I have no Idea what kind of Plug-Ins you should use.

For example, my specs:
AMD X2 Dual Core 6000+ @ 3.06 GHz (6.12 GHz total)
4GB of RAM.
nVidia GeForce 8600GT + nForce 405 @ 1GB.
(Not as badass as your system of course)

And the max thing I can do is run Gamecube games at half the FPS. 25 - 30FPS instead of 60.
Also, it seems like you're on a laptop. Laptops aren't suited for that kind of thing, especially those Mobility Graphic Cards but go ahead if you want.

If you want to play Playstation games, you should think about getting a Controller for the PC.
I am using the Windows Version of the Xbox 360 Controller and if im playing things on an Emulator im using a program called Xpadder to play with the controller.

And about FPS again. Like someone said above, you won't get the same FPS in every game.
It differs from game to game. And from Settings to Settings.

Emulators have a lot of legal issues preceding them. All ROM's and ISO's are illegal. The only way to legally obtain a ROM or ISO is to copy it from your cartridge or CD/DVD/BD yourself (which requires owning said device).

Of course, legalities aside, most emulators are really simple to use until you get into PS2 and up. I wouldn't bother trying to use a PS3 or Xbox 360 emulator on that hardware as you wont get very good FPS. If the games would run at all.

As for "guides" most emulators come with them, and they are very straightforward. If you can't find what you're looking for in the manuals, I heard Google had a loooot of answers. But, for the most part, RTFM.

As for plugins, most of the time, the default ones work. If not, just keep changing the plugins that came with it until you find a configuration that works. If you don't find a configuration that works, post your hardware, and OS + version with your current drivers on that emulator's forums.
