What is the difference between these things :|

Here when he first used RSM see here there's no pigment

Look here in Gaiden no TSBs at all :|

In Naruto the last he seems to just have Toad Sage Mode and KCM :| there's no cloak at all

Here in boruto the movie there's no cloak as well and there are no TSB too :|

In Gaiden and the Last he was using BSM. The only time he used RSM is in the Kaguya Arc. The difference between RSM cloak and BSM cloak is the pattern on the back.

RSM doesn't give Naruto a cloak. That was just his ripped jacket he had during the war that made it seem like that.

And Naruto will only get TSB if he call on the tailed beasts and get their chakra since the TSB he had was compromised of their KKG's.

TSB automatically appear when he activates his RSM cloak, he doesn't need to call on the bijuu

Toneri, Hamura had no bijuu thing yet they had TSB and Ashura by argument was shown with no bijuu yet had TSB

He may have to call on the bijuu to activate RSM but as soon as he has RSM he doesn't need them to activate the TSB because they automatically appear when the cloak is turned on, he demonstrated it in the Kaguya arc.

In gaiden I can assume that's some pseudo BM and sage shit or what because he has the cross pupil and iris of BM and Sage mode yet he has no Toad sage pigment

Toneri had Tenseigan which is Byakugan+Hamura's chakra. Same as sage/six paths chakra.
Hamura same as above.
With Ashura for all we know had some Bijuu chakra inside of him.

He's in his prime and has Hagoromo's chakra, it's logical to assume he mastered the use of NE to the point he has no pigmentation in BSM

Did he have the pigment in BSM ? If he had it in BSM then it's just the usual inconsistency from the author, he used to draw Sasuke's EMS with the normal MS pattern sometimes.

You do know that 1st scan doesn't mean anything right? Hagoromo just gave the Bijuu's chakra that was in Naruto a conscious/mind.
The Bijuu's chakra was already with him so of course the TSB would show up when using the cloak he's still using the Bijuu's chakra.
