He's in his prime and has Hagoromo's chakra, it's logical to assume he mastered the use of NE to the point he has no pigmentation in BSM

You do know that 1st scan doesn't mean anything right? Hagoromo just gave the Bijuu's chakra that was in Naruto a conscious/mind.
The Bijuu's chakra was already with him so of course the TSB would show up when using the cloak he's still using the Bijuu's chakra.
