He made it to Hashirama's statue before Naruto could get half way. Sasuke is one of, if not the fastest character in the manga whether he shifted at that point or not.

He made it to Naruto statue but this was when Naruto did not have his cloak... Naruto with his cloack is way faster than Base Naruto... But i do Agree Sasuke is one of the Fastest chars. But the first time he rushed Naruto it was without cloak 2nd with cloak on looked more like eye
