Probably, seeing how he just got drained by the shinjuu. In all honesty I think Kishi forgot to take Minato out of KCM cuz even Minato said he is out of chakra.

ok, point is the picture you posted was chapter 644 page 2 the chapter i posted was 645 page 7 you can clearly see the yin half tell Minato you also have me inside you, you can act as good support. I do like your theory, and maybe they can now transfer charka or it is a bridge so Naruto can merge the two halves. BUT IT"S NOT CONFIRMED!

1st: Not really sure he needs all of it. I mean the bijuu were shown to be inside Naruto after just giving him a small amount of their chakra, so this stands to reason that the same affect could be applied to the kyuubi. His power might be whole already. I am thinking of making an addition to this theory a little later.
2nd If you recall the yin kurama gave chakra to the yang kurama not the other way around. Minato still only has the yin portion and as I have stated before MINATO SHOULD NOT STILL BE IN KCM. If Minato is out of chairs like he claim then he should have reverted out of KCM. This mistake possibly means that Kishi is done with the father son thing and was so focused making this chapter the transition into the fight he forgot KCM Minato.

I don't know about that... I think Kuramas shared their complemental energy and that's why Minato can still enter BM. And the Yin Yang Shape only proves my logic being the one that is right.

Clothes didn't change so IMO Minato never went BM. Yin Kurama simply synced his chakra with Minato and pulled out a Kyuubi Cloak like Naruto does in BM, only Minato did it in KCM.
