Oh yeah you're totally right. Naruto's chakra never totally left the people he gave his to, so why would the bijuu's chakra work any differently?

The next question is: remember when everyone lost their chakra bonus (by that I mean it became almost indetectable but the important thing was the connection was still there) at the same time back when Naruto was using the cloaks to protect everyone from the Juubi's giant storm? Does the strength of the shared chakra depend on the source manipulating it, replenishing Naruto's chakra because he needs more and so the dark Kyuubi gives him some because it's cooperative?

Probably, I would say no looking at the current chapter, but it could be that the cloaks became self sustaining when naruto got full kyuubi power.
