No, what happens? There are countless adaptations of finished manga/LN's that don't pull stunts like this. For god's sake, the dubbed ending of Naruto in a game will come before the end of the official anime which is absolutely retarded. There is zero point in fillers right now. Only fanboys or people that can tolerate anything can excuse this.
Lmao, what? Naruto vs Sasuke isn't even that anticipated of a fight anymore, the wait killed it. Madara vs SA got a lot more hype, and Pierrot made it well without the need for 8 months of filler beforehand. Don't even come up with the ''budget'' argument - OPM had an average budged and still produced an absolutely stunning battle at the end, way better than most of what I've seen in Naruto. At this point, the fillers would be implying Pierrot are so poor they can barely produce a good episode, even though that's obviously not true and it's not an excuse anyway, since the endless fillers imply they have a fortune saved up and ready to go to Naruto vs Sasuke, and we all know that's never happening. They're milking this series dry, to the point where it's insulting, but there're always devotees like you that can be fed crap and even defend it.

Spoiled brats that just want a studio to produce episodes that follow true to the source material, which is the fuсking definition of what an anime studio should do.
