I really hope those two weren't the only ones she was preparing to fight. The boruto movie made it somewhat vague with the "these guys will come for the fruit" with the boruto manga saying "these two came for the chakra fruit" stuff. Maybe she kept records of her enemies? i'm just grasping at straws at this point.

Until it will be rewritten I am going by Boruto Novel statement about possible other Ootsutsuki living in Kaguya's dimenssion and not only in them. Also She reffered to them as Fruit Thieves as it was written on the scroll. The reason why I chose that is that while it goes deeper to explain Kaguya's fear it doesn't contradict either original manga or movie, so I am fine with it.

Also I am really interested if new manga will reintroduce or bring back cooperation of other Tailed beasts element in consideration and possibly return of goudama. At least if it was used against Demon Momoshiki it would make sense as he should be seen as threat.

I do remember reading that somewhere,which made me go back and reread the novel but i can't find that statement anywhere. Translators mistake? The movie novel was written by the new author, so you might be lucky.

Idk what i want to see now, i was hoping for smaller scale fights but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Yeah, he could be a legit threat to her but she'd still beat him in the end.

Lol it took Naruto and Sasuke + Kakashi DMS (and his amazing intellect) to manage to SEAL Kaguya (which only needed a simultaneous touch[/B) while Naruto and Sasuke alone could Kill Momo.
