Momo had fought Naruto with RSM which mean Naruto hasn't gone rusty. Momo had to deal both Naruto and Sasuke who were stronger than in their prime while dealing with Kages and a Prodigy known as Boruto.

Momo can easily absorb any attack that Kaguya throws at and then upon using his benefit for his assets. Even If Kaguya go taijutsu, she would still get wrecked considering that Momo was able to held back with hand to hand combat against both Naruto and Sasuke.
