So much wrong with this thread lol. You might want to re read the chapter. That was nothing close to FTG.
Do you think that Tobirama would name a regular sword slash? He almost certainly teleported to a marker or his own sword possibly, he flat out states "flying thunder god slash".

Doesn't even look like a s/t tech to me. Like Bogarde said it looks the exact same a mifunes sword technique. A lightning quick slash. Nothing more nothing less.

It was called flying thunder god slash fyi.
That was no S/T technique. It's for that reason it's called "flying thunder god slash". Slash here means it's a sword technique. And the way we saw it, it was like Mifune's sword technique. Like i've said, Minato differenciated his S/T technique to Tobirama's purposely when he was comparing it to Obito's. Just that sentence shows we are talking about 2different jutsus

it hasn't been mentioned anywhere that minato didn't create FTG....and i think FTG even if it appears similar to the technique of tobirama is originated by minato....it is possible that coincidentally, both tobirama and minato came up with the same concepts of mechanism....

The latest chapter confirms that Tobirama was using a variant of the technique way before Minato was even born. It's likely that Minato probably found scrolls, learned the jutsue and then adapted the technique for himself using kunai instead of a sword (Tobirama may have done this as well later).

Keep in mind this isn't to say that Minato wasn't talented or anything, being able to pull off the technique is a big feat.

Just because temari uses wind style doesnt mean that she created rasenshuriken.Same analogy can be applied here.It is a variation of s/t technique

It's likely that he teleported to the sword he slashed Izuna with....

This makes no sense. Please explain better. Are you saying that Tobirama teleported to the sword itself then slashed him??? Do you mean he threw it at him (or it was on the ground near Izuna or something) then teleported himself to the sword then slashed him? lol this makes no sense.

If Tobirama got it from some scroll, then actually the original inventor of the jutsu is the scroll maker itself, or it was just some improvised jutsu that been created by someone else. Since Hahirama has been telling the stories and hold to many answer that we've been looking into all these while, perhaps what we know not everything is inaccurate.
