Doesn't even look like a s/t tech to me. Like Bogarde said it looks the exact same a mifunes sword technique. A lightning quick slash. Nothing more nothing less.

If it was something similar to the samurai lightning quick slash technique, izuna as a ms user should of picked up on Tobirama's movements easily. The lack of proof of Tobirama move being a s/t is theory but one can assume that it was something more than a simple quick slash because izuna should of seen that coming.
