The Shinju gave a massive boost in at least speed.

Madara without the Shinju was barely reacting to Base RM Naruto. Then after taking in the Shinju he was keeping pace with BRM Naruto.​

Madara surpassed hagoromo when he obtained 3 Rinnegan. To add on, Madara effortless gave both halves of hagormo's power, too much trouble to the point that the entire globe was solo'd. Hagoromo would put up a good fight though.
