[Anbu Kirito]

Kirito makes four handseals as he builds up wind chakra in his mouth. He then exhales, releasing a powerful yet concentrated blast of wind towards Dean. The blast would make contact with his chest, winding him (haha funny), and sending him flying backwards.
Pros:
-Long range
-Strong for C-Rank
Cons:
-Handseals needed
-Easily countered due to straightforward nature

TBH, even Chuunin are gonna be like: "My dude knocks down a tree, as he is skilled enough", so basically that.

Kirito once again, this time without handseals, gathers wind chakra in his lungs. He then exhales, releasing a large sphere of wind at the enemy. This sphere would blow Dean backwards, a full range to be exact, as well as move some shrubs around him.
Pros:
-No handseals
-I really can't think of one
Cons:
-Slow
-Bad range
-Weak technique, making the range tradeoff not one worth it

I wouldnt use it unless the enemy got close enough to me in a situation I didn't want to use tai in.

Form the hand seals, and utilize your Wind chakra to create a vortex of Wind to blast at an opponent, and combine it with Running Fire and Earth Corridor to release a massive inferno at the opponent, whilst the opponent is trapped in a confined space.

Kirito manipulates his wind chakra as he makes the ram handseal. He then extends his palms, releasing said chakra. This chakra forms itself into multiple small twisters which move towards a nearby tree. Upon contact, the tree is ripped apart by said twisters.
Pros:
-Simple and Clean
-Hits hard
Cons:
-Range is underwhelming
-One handseal

There are better tornado attacks, I wouldn't use this one.

After performing the required hand seals Tiger → Snake → Ram, Kirito gathers his wind chakra. He then exhales, releasing a horizontal vortex of wind towards the enemy. They are picked up and ripped to shreds.

These techs are so simple XD. I try so hard to make it sound complex but can't.

Pros:
-Combos well with earth and fire
-Relatively good radius of damage
Cons:
-Too many handseals to be used
-Mid range

Once again, there are better, faster, and more powerful techs of this nature, so this wouldn't be one I used.

Bios with Wind as their main specialty can defend from up to B-Rank techniques.

A very cool technique, where you will manipulate your Wind based chakra to create a slicing Wind gust which can be used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack that is launched towards you. This splits a weaker Wind technique, or one of equal strength (up to C rank). If you have Wind as a specialty, it can defend up to B rank and below Wind techniques.

Form the three hand seals, and manipulate your Wind based chakra to produce a cyclone of sharp winds, and petals which attacks the opponent. Pretty simple, and straightforward.

Could you explain the specialization system to me? I know you can have a primary with 1 handseal, secondary with faster ones, but what about cosmetic specialties? Could I be like, though something isn't my primary/secondary specialty, it is a cosmetic one?

Kirito focuses wind chakra into his right hand. He then makes a downwards chop while releasing said chakra, causing a blade of wind to cut outwards, following the arc of the chop. This blade cuts through a blast of wind shot by the opponent, dispersing it.

Pros:
-> No handseals
-> It's range is obsolete, as it wouldn't make difference how close to the target (yourself), a wind attack was before being countered. It would just disperse
-> Fast, and gains a rank for specialists.
Cons:
-> It has none

I would use this literally to block any mid-rank wind technique.

Kirito forms three handseals and manipulates his wind based chakra as he does this. He then releases the chakra, causing it to form into a small cyclone of sharp wind, which contains condensed wind petals. These petals cut the nearby dummy along with the cyclone, ripping it to shreds.

Pros:
-> Pretty good cutting power
-> Decent descriptive damage for C-Rank
Cons:
-> Three handseals
-> Underwhelming range

I'd use this to... well I honestly wouldn't use it. Like above, there are multiple better versions of the same thing.

No, only the two you mentioned. People always put other stuff there, but there is just the Primary, and the Secondary.

Its disadvantages (the first technique) is that you can't stop say, for example, a Wind technique comes from below you. And the blast you send out only goes to Short range from you, meaning the opponent's technique has to be quite close to you, before you can disperse, meaning he could be doing something else in the mean time.

Focus your Wind based chakra into your sword, and swing it, which creates a powerful Whirlwind of sharp winds to be blasted towards the opponent. Releasing the whirl wind from the sword and the swing is timed well, to work in unison and fluidly.

-> Good range for cutting power
-> Does good damage, and no handseals

-> Low ranked, so easily blocked

I'd use wind blade instead. I know, I'm a prick.

Kirito draws Elucidator off of his back. He channels wind chakra into the blade, swinging it downwards. From this strike, his releases the chakra, causing a set of horizontal slicing whirlwinds at a tree. They leave slice marks along a grove of wood.

Cons
-> Mid range
-> Low ranked

I'd use the first B-Rank on the list instead.

These techniques can only be used if you have a Fan based weapon. Using said fan, you will swing it forward as you manipulate your Wind based chakra. This allows you to create a single spinning disk of Wind that looks like a Demon Wind Shuriken, that blasts towards the opponent.

Another fan based technique where you will first strike the opponent with the Fan, and then follow up with a release of a Wind blast. Very simple technique, to be very honest.
