I am not talking about NARUTO (The character), i am speaking about Naruto part I, first 73 episodes. They were better written and the characters of NV had way more focus. Boruto series is all about Boruto, plain and simple.

Compare the development of Neji with any of the Boruto characters so far. Compare the development of Rock Lee, Sakura, even f* Kiba was better written.
