Reason: Can kill almost anyone with kamui, very few attacks can hurt him, without intel its almost impossible to beat him, has the rinnegan (kakashi noted that obito didn't use the rinnegan techs because of the amount of chakra needed to control the jinchuriki and their tailed beasts was very large), has the gedo mazo, controlled a kage with genjutsu, has hashirama's cells, has powerfull katons.

Reasons: Can control 3 edo hokage, is practically immortal and it has been stated that he has an obsession with obtaining jutsu and since he knew how to release the reaper seal chances are he knows alot of OP jutsu.

Can slice through metal with ease and has demonstrated great control over her attacks so that the Samurai could have their amaterasued armour cut off without any injuries to the Samurai themselves. With a group of fodders, managed to hold off and do some damage to the 3rd Raikage for a while before Naruto arrived.

With Samahada, able to absorb jutsu, able to heal himself from life risking wounds, transmit chakra between the two, fuse together allowing Kisame to breath under water as well as sense chakra.

I demand Nagato to be moved up to SS for a few reasons

Nagato DESTROYED KCM Naruto and Kirabi at the same time.

Nagato has the Rinnegan, the strongest Dojutsu, and is above the EMS (Sasuke).

Nagato has a good chance of defeating Naruto, EMS Madara, and even Hashirama, who are all SS.

Reason: With the exceptional skill increase, and the Tailed Beast's prowess (Sand Manipulation to a greater extent, Transformations V1 & V2, Tailed Beast Bomb (all Tailed Beast can use this), large-scale Wind Release, and a crazy Chakra Capacity), Gaara easily dominates characters within the Top 10.

I refute, Pain should be in S+ tier atleast out of SM Naruto's tier considering Naruto needed intel, help and prep time to win aganist a Pain who just got done fighting a village. He would crush MS Sasuke and Current Kakashi, and Healthy Nagato would crush Current Sasuke and put up a good fight aganist Current Naruto.

He has had time to train and regain his lost power,he can sleep noe,boosting his mental energy,his chakra levels allow him to fight for 2 days straight. His power was confused with the shukaku itself,and his defence allowed him to block a meteor,as well as 5 complete susanoo swords without any wounds. Was able to restrain madara's susanoo as well. In the fight against deidara he didnt use shukaku's power,which means he can currently block c3 easier than he did back then. Stopped entons like they were child's play and blocked a nuke the instant it exploded,beat 2 kages back to back and helped beat muu. Can fly,sense,seal,very smart and analytic and became kazekage at 15

Reason: Sillent killing is very hard to deal with if the opponent does not have sensing skills, also he was able to handle kakashi and even beat him in close combat in part 1 (their first encounter, he sent kakashi to fly with just one kicki), in a certain point of his life he fought Yagura and Obito and survived, he prooved he can be a threat to opponents stronger than him using the mist (might gai had to be saved from being slashed)

I refute, gaara war arc is S rank not S+ he's powerful but not THAT powerful yet. he's strong but not on the same level as naruto pre bm unlock or healthy nagato or himself with shukaku.

Reason: He's been shown to be one of the most versatile characters in the manga. He has Katons, Top Notch reflexes, strongest Genjutsu user so far, Susano'O/AMA/Tsuki, One of the highest intelects, Yata no Kagami, Totsuka no Tsurugi. His only real weak points being his sickness and stamina.

I disagree with your final wording. Many canon versions of Itachi have been shown, not all of them sick. By his own confession, he had access to all three Mangekyō techniques on the night of the massacre, and he certainly wasn't sick then. Moreover, in part one, at age 17, he was also in much better health than at 21.

I refute this refutation. Sage Naruto evolved. Against Pain, he needed a great deal of preparation time and could only have a limited number of clones out, as some needed to gather natural energy. Later on, he's able to access the mode in moments and can spam clones and giant Rasengans to such a degree that even Kurama can be knocked on his ass. Pain is stronger than Sage Naruto, but at Sage Naruto's best, Pain certainly isn't out of his tier. If sick Itachi is S, then both Pain and Sage Naruto could safely be S+.

This is fair. The OP has Orochimaru slightly too high, as Orochimaru only truly controls Tobirama, Hiruzen, and Minato. There is a difference between him and Kabuto, as Kabuto commanded infinitely more firepower at his best, with two Rinnegan masters, and also had access to Sage Mode and many DNA-spliced powers.
