as i see the first of the lightning bolts come, i make a huge gust of wind, which counter-acts the first 2 bolts. As i see 4 more coming, i look as if i feint, dropping to the ground. As i hit the ground/rock bridge, i go right into the ground, merging with it. The second your 4 lightning blasts finish, i re-appear in the same spot, and quickly create a water vortex, (no handseals)

Btw, the lightning overpowers your wind because of my lightning getting +20 damage

As i emerge, and suddenly see a lightning bolt come a me while emerging, i make a few handseals, and create a huge lotus flower of lightning charka in my hand. I then release a bit more charka, sending the bud adn its petals flying at you, which cancel out your spear. I then proceed to safely emerge, followed by creating a water vortex. AS soon as that is made, i slam my hands onto the ground, so that 5 sharks come running out of my hand, and into the vortex.
(im also trying out a few of the kumo techs)

So you're merged half way into the ground and you use lightning?
You're dead.
Firstly, you wouldn't have time to perform the lotus jutsu. And even if you did, since you can't concentrate two different elemental chakra inside your body, you'd have to cancel out your earth chakra, which would forcibly unmerge your body while you're still half way in the ground, ripping you apart at cellular/molecular level (whichever you prefer). When you're half way out of the ground, the spear has already cut you in half, I don't see how you would have time to perform a technique in that time. And on top of that, you said you do handseals o_o
But anyway, I'll reply.
As soon as I sense you concentrate lightning chakra, I simply focus lightning chakra into my sword, while holding chidori spear in the other hand, I activate my swords ability:
"Once per battle the user can destroy an opponents offensive raiton-jutsu by infusing the sword with ration-based chakra. When it does this it absorbs 20% of its strength, which is added to the damage of the next raition-jutsu the user uses." Destroying your lightning jutsu as it is created and proceeding to cut you in half.

- Shooting spikes and regenerating new ones cost 20 chakra
- The bones are flexible, but yet very solid, meaning that the bones on the sword cannot be broken, or cut.
- Can only be blocked by giant swords, or katanas, because of the flexible bones, a small sword/kunai would work like a pencil against a broom, it would go between the bones, and the opponent would get stabbed by multiple bones.
- If wielded by anyone else but a Kaguya, the user will only be able to shoot spikes, but not regenerate.
- All elemental ninjutsu of the user gain a -5 in damage for the next turn after a technique using this sword is carried out ( for example, Bone Rain )
