Sasuke has shown no chakra control feats to even suggest he gets out of Temple of Nivara. Shikimaru and Sakura has chakra control better then Sasuke, demonstrated in databook and managa. Sasuke's experience being lower proves it that the databook is accurate for part 1 series.

Not only that but people think he will land a Chidori on him in the first place?.

Kabuto has a water source in this area. Even though he has shown using Suiton only in part 2 series doesn't disprove he could use it in part 1(plus the condition has change to beginning part 2 Kabuto anyway).

Since Kabuto knows how to use Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique[

it doesn't take a hozuki but it sure would help if you had their DNA. clearly he has no part 1 feats so you can't say he does

Part one Kabuto wins mid difficulty but stop giving Kabuto feats that he never used in part one. This is like Bogard claiming part one Kakashi uses lightning hound or if someone claims Tsunade uses Byakogou despite not having the feats of using it in part one. When talking about the part one versions of certain character, those characters are restricted to part one feats only.

"Being blur" does not mean someone who is not shown to be a blur slower; it shows how the one who observes the moving human.

For ex; Part 1 weighted Lee was a blur; because part 1 team 7-who observed him- did not have aided eyes; while part 2 Gai have been not shown as a blur in base state-becuase his opponents and observers with point of view were higher level-, even though he is blatantly and obviously faster than pts weighted Lee. Or Haku have been seen as blur from Naruto and Sasuke; but in part 2 faster opponets shown as non-blurs.

Also Naruto was fast; but he was not good in taijutsu technicality; atleast compared to part 1 Kabuto.

Kabuto wins this imo.

I was exagerating of the claim no chakra control. I was speaking in a sense of breaking genjutsu method. Just like how Naruto can do everything you listed in chakra control but yet couldn't break out of Itachi normal genjutsu.

Kishomoto gave Sasuke a 1.5 in Genjutsu (beginning arc and Sasuke retrival arc).

Sakura has 3 and Shikimaru has 2.5.

Since Shikimaru has the lowest of the experience in stats, we have to conclude that you need at least 2.5 to deal with breaking the genjutsu.

Once again, Sharingan can see the genjutsu[
