He did that upon impact of the rasegan, by that time sasuke's hand would already be through his chest. His 3tomeo sharigan allows him to predict kabuto's moves anyway.

I doubt Kabuto is getting hit by Chidori to begin with. 3 tailed Naruto may have blown Kabuto away, but Kabuto could stand up to 2 tailed Naruto, and man handle 1 tail which Sasuke barely beat even with CM2.

I was just thinking that lol. But chakra mode Naruto was able to do it (the right side of his chest was hit by chidori though not his heart) i'm assuming it's the same case here where Sasuke strikes the right side of his chest.

That's speculation though, considering Sasuke thought it was enough to kill Naruto.

Anyway if Base Naruto was able to deflect it away from his heart, what's saying Kabuto - who is leagues above Naruto can't?

I get that 3 tomoe and CM2 makes him a better taijutsu fighter. But once you start lunging with Chidori you can't really stop that easily (refer to Naruto vs Sasuke on the hospital roof top)

but you fail to realize that in actuality chidori is a much more lethal technique than rasengan it's more puncturing and you could aim exactly where to hit them like the heart

Sasuke has shown no chakra control feats to even suggest he gets out of Temple of Nivara. Shikimaru and Sakura has chakra control better then Sasuke, demonstrated in databook and managa. Sasuke's experience being lower proves it that the databook is accurate for part 1 series.

Not only that but people think he will land a Chidori on him in the first place?.

Kabuto has a water source in this area. Even though he has shown using Suiton only in part 2 series doesn't disprove he could use it in part 1(plus the condition has change to beginning part 2 Kabuto anyway).
