Sasuke and Naruto takes it. Any type of genjustu he uses, Sasuke would be able to manage, they'd have to hurry before Naruto grows another tail because after 2 tails, Naruto loses control and goes into V2 and up. Then i'd turn into a free for all.

But if Itachi gets Izanami and Totsuka, then he might win. He'd most likely seal Naruto and Izanami Sasuke, probably dying afterwords.

^How is Sasuke going to be able to manage when he was caught in Itachi's genjutsu for several moments during the fight they had? And we are already comparing 3-tails Naruto. At the start of this fight he has no control, and just blindly attacks. Yata mirror deflects all attacks. What would they possibly do to Itachi, especially if he's healthy and has killing intent? Why would Itachi die afterwards when he is healthy in this comparison and we saw that when he was sick, dying and holding back, he still held back a Hebi Sasuke and even outlasted him, all while spamming amaterasu, susanno, crow clones, beating him in taijutsu/shuriken, etc? Itachi will mid-diff at worst, and neg-diff them at best.

Itachi would just suppress Kurama with MS and then place Naruto under tsukuyomi. Even worse, Itachi could possibly make Kurama fight for him like Obito did.

After that CM Sasuke would be child's play. Itachi will have Amaterasu, Exploding Clones, Susanoo, Yasaka Magatama, Yata Mirror, and the Totsuka Blade all at his disposal. Do you really think CM Sasuke with no MS or EMS can beat that?
