If Naruto grow more tails and go into version 2 then it's low/mid-diff to Naruto and Sasuke. If not then Naruto and Sasuke win high diff due to stamina and fire power which will keep forcing Itachi into Yata which will keep lowering his stamina. Totsuka would be Itachi's only chance but I believe Naruto and Sasuke are fast enough to dodge it especially in these forms. Ameterasu may work but this is debatable and Itachi can't spam it so he doesn't have many chances and while he's Amertasu'ing one of them, the other can strike.

Naruto doesn't even have control over his 3-tails state and Itachi can just suppress the chakra the same way Sasuke did. Sick dying Itachi w/o killing intent and while holding back outlasted CM Sasuke who happened to be going all-out. Itachi takes this neg diff.

During the initial moments of the Itachi vs. Sasuke fight, Sasuke was fooled by Itachi's crow clone and was happy to have stabbed what he thought was Itachi. Then the clone pointed to that throne where Itachi was actually sitting and dissipated into crows. This lasted about 5 seconds. If Itachi were serious at that moment, he could have just thrown a shuriken at Sasuke's head from where he was sitting and the fight would have ended right there. Itachi wouldn't have even to stand up and could've continued to sit in his throne. That's just sad. I'm not saying that CM Sasuke isn't smart/strong and I know that most people who read this think I'm overrating Itachi, but I'm not. Itachi even while blind, sick, dying, and holding back was leagues above 3-tailed Naruto who cannot even control himself and attacks randomly and naive CM Sasuke who Itachi outlasted in their fight even though he trained for 2.5 years to defeat his older bro. Itachi is neg diffing them. There's a reason that Kishimoto nerfed characters like Itachi and Nagato. He had to take out those characters so they would stop progressing due to being dead and Sasuke and Naruto would surpass them.
