CM and SM are similar, but not exactly the same. CM absorbs the users chakra and replaces it with Orochimaru's Senjutsu chakra (So yeah, Sasuke did have Senjutsu chakra in Part 1) and grants enhancements similar to SM's, but inferior as the CM users don't have control over Nature Energy as you need to train at one of the 3 special places to be able to control it.

This is true in the manga but ask yourself... Trading chakra for Senjutsu isn't it a better form than sitting Idle to collect nature energy for senjutsu?

In essence you could say Curse mark was better than Sage mode IF perfected properly especially if the user has a strong chakra pool.

Once you establish that one of your points is to put Sasuke on an elevated level than Naruto, it's about done for all legitimate points afterwards. Could have left it out. But nope...

Actually it really isn't because creating the Senjutsu chakra the normal way creates a perfect balance (If you've mastered it to that degree) giving superior upgrades. Which isn't the same for Curse Mark.

There's also the fact that Curse Mark eats away at the user's chakra, so your chakra level would be higher if you used Sage Mode.

Agreed considering Sasuke naturally had alteration to his natural body through nature manipulation just like Jugo..

People discredit Sasuke but he has better power ups than naruto.. only powerup naruto has gotten so far is a colorful outfit. He still fails hardcore and doesnt use his head...

Stronger chakra than Naruto

Naruto has:

BM outfit change
Sage mode eye liner

Also for the non believers the curse mark is from Jugo and Jugo ability is he can naturally absorb nature energy without sitting still. Thus when curse mark is used.. Nature energy is used which is why there attacks become stronger

You forget the power that comes with the BM outfit and the sagemode eyeliner.

CurseMark is a watered down version of sagemode and it's also harder to control because it harms the users body. I don't see how a lesser version can be better than the original version.

CM is different than SM since it only gives the user senjutu chakra instead of balancing the user's chakra with nature energy.Also the CM corrupts and damages the user's body and mind while SM does'nt.
