Natsu looked around seeing the depressing worn torn state around him. Bombardments have destroyed most of the area around him but he knew of the weapons being made as the war outside of here raged on, one that shook the world. He didn't give much thought to it though, he was here to beat up the girl before him, what he did best!

"This is going to be fun happy!"

He spoke to his creation/companion, Happy, who was sat on his shoulder. He was here to fight and he was gonna do what he knew best, punch this woman in the face, like a dragon would. He would sprint forwards with his right hand drawn back and leap at his foe, his fist wrapped in flames as he aimed to punch here in the face, releasing and explosive blast of flames. This would be empowered by his affinity and his dragon armour.

Her opponent really did seem very excited about this thing, as he thoughtlessly rushed towards Rini with a cheeky smile on his face. Wanting to make him have a little more fun, she slammed her hands and raised the ground beneath him/his running space about 30 meters, making him lose his footing and stop his advance, and afterwards she'd follow up by doing seals to create a sustained flow of Sulphur that would basically spread from Rini's location to the area of the lower side of the raised ground, so basically the field just below Natsu was covered with Sulphur. Lastly, she also deployed a drone, that would stay to the right of her, about ~7m above ground level.

The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

As Natsu sprinted forwards the ground below him shot upwards causing him to lose his footing as he fell backwards on his ass. What a pain, what the hell was going on here. Natsu stood up rubbing his butt, it hurt falling on solid rock like this. What the hell. His creation, Happy was laughing at him.

Happy: As if you fell over to the ground moving.... haha

Natsu: Shut up before I toast your ass.... It's not my fault I don't do well with motion...

Happy: You should really focus on the fight Natsu!

Natsu: I'm trying, Jeez.

With that Natsu walked forwards looking over the edge of the raised platform. It seemed his foe was below, at the bottom releasing something he had no idea about. It smelled eggy though. Either way he was getting fired up. He brought his hands to his mouth now, creating a funnel shape inhaling, before releasing a stream of fire that erupted into a giant blast of fire that grew in size hitting the ground all around his fire completely wiping out everything below:

Description: This technique is a form of basic shape manipulation applied when the user uses an elemental technique. It is thus used in the same timeframe as the technique it is affecting, and costs 5 additional chakra points to use this with another technique. When the user performs an elemental technique, through shape manipulation, the point of origin of the technique will form a Magic Circle made of that chosen element, almost looking like the formula of a Fuinjutsu technique. This in no way adds any power, or change the Jutsu in any way, not does it create any defensive properties, it is purely cosmetic. For example, if the user released a stream of fire from their mouth, the fire will draw an extra 5 chakra from the user and form into a circle in front of their mouth that is red in color, not burning the user, nor providing any additional effects. If the jutsu were to come from the ground, as the jutsu shoots up, the circle would form on the ground, etc. This is a passive jutsu and acts in the same time frame as another technique. Once activated it remains active as long as the user fuels the 5 chakra necessary into each of their jutsu.

After Rini expelled Sulphur on the ground below Natsu, he started casting a fire jutsu and as soon as he inhaled/released the attack, Rini started reacting by doing a water jutsu of her own, only having to weave a single seal due to her specialty. Basically a large amount of water would summon and she would use that as a generic large stream to simply cancel Natsu's attack. The fire had destroyed the Sulphur laying on the ground due to Natsu doing his attack before Rini, but it was intercepted and overpowered by Blasting Rain Trench. Because of the elemental superiority and the fact that Rini's attack was 100 damage, it was a disparity of 10 points which made the jutsu continue on with 30 reduced damage.

"Is the tiny thing on your shoulder your master?"

However, she would use the Tiger handseal to now once again manipulate and sustain that water, and deployed it in a way similar to the Sulphur before.
Afterwards, she'd draw blood to call upon her cardinal and take flight, up to ~30m in the air, basically at Natsu's elevated level up on the raised ground, and then use her Lugers to shoot 5 bullets at the inferior pink-haired trash.

Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.

Description: Keleano is the Love Goddess Aphrodite's very fierce younger sister. She was born in a brutal storm in the valley of the cardinals and this was prophesied to be a great sign of things to come. Due to having been born and raised in those conditions, she became so accustomed to that environment, and as such gained dual affinity for lightning and water, which she can perform up to A-rank. Similar to the way her sister enters battle, Keleano is enveloped by a vortex of water also altering her looks. She emerges as a large blue bird, although not as large as her sister. She is about 3/4 the size of Gamabunta, has a wingspan of 15 meters and can fit two riders on her back. As her transformation is complete the water vortex shoots forward a powerful stream of water, equivalent to that of a B-rank technique which leaves behind a watery residue on her wings which she can use her own water source. Having grown up in the stormy valley of the cardinals, she has flown in that weather many a time and has had to learn how to balance and move very fast in order to be able to evade from any type of danger, this including lightning. As such she is very agile and can fly and move faster than the average summon. She believes her fierce attitude represents her affinity. The only flaw she has is she can be quite naïve sometimes, willing to fight any opponent even though they are stronger than her. She is very trustworthy and also trusts her summoner and despite being young, she is a very good fighter and very helpful as well.

This can be done via single fire or three round bursts from his chakra rifle or by firing his pistols, creating bursts up to 3 meters large.
Note: The two pistols can fire 5 freeform bullets per turn to deal 20 damage. These bullets are made of raw chakra and are of similar width to fingers.
Note: These pistols are also able to release up to 2 Projectile/Streaming jutsu per turn and up to 5 in total before having to recharge chakra cartridges. During the recharge periods, the user must spend 30 chakra to recharge the clips in which neither of the guns can be used.

Oh great, it had to be a fight with his own natural weakness. He couldn't catch a break. As he was about to counter the water with some of his true power, he fell over crying with laughter. The fact that they saw Happy as his master was almost too much for him. Happy sat sulking on Natsu's shoulder, offended by Natsu's reaction. Then he smiled.

Happy: Well, we will see who's laughing when that water hits you!

Natsu: Wait wha... oh crap...

As he says this he released a stream of fire from his hand pushing him around to the right before releasing a second stream to push him around to the side, as Happy clung onto him for his life. This fire would propel him in a way that allowed him to avoid the water, luckily. He might have to take this a little more serious.

Description: The user will focus their fire chakra into their hands or feet. The the user will surround their hands of feet in flames releasing a blast of fire from their hands like when a rocket blasts off. This concerntrated stream will travel up to mid range. Due to the power of the flames, if the user doesn't have his feet firmly on the ground the blast of fire will push him in the opposite direction to which the flames are traveling.

Note: can only make max of 2 blasts per use

As he shot through the air he held out his free hand, stopping the stream unleashing a volley of explosive shots aimed at his foe that would detonate on contact, hitting his foe and the summon. Even with ending his stream ending, his momentum would keep him moving around to mid range behind his foe as he slid to a halt. As he did he stomped his foot on the ground releasing a wave of fire all along the ground creating a blanket of fire racing towards his foe

Natsu was quite the unlucky person, as on top of having a nagging little companion, Rini's affinity was also his weakness. As she was taking flight along with her summon, the cheerful pink-haired man dodged her water by a simple propelling move and proceeded to shoot up a couple of explosive shots at Rini. After doing a single seal, she releases a thin stream of water that's quite sharp and basically shot in a way it would neutralize the 5 blasts, overpowering it, this would either hurt Natsu or neutralize his next fire attack.

After both his flame shots and his next fire attack if Natsu chooses to use it are neutralized, she guided her summon and the bird would form a vortex of electricity around it which would be transformed into a dragon's head to go right at Natsu, and at the same time she used an attack of her own - However to not hit her own attack, she used a smaller construct resembling that of a drill, made of bromine after performing 3 seals. The summon's vortex/dragon would be formed and shot from its right side (so going to to left of Natsu), while the Bromine construct is shot straight ahead, so that the two jutsus don't clash. Both of these attacks from Rini and her summon happen in the same TF.

His flame shots we cut out of the air as the summon aimed to strike at the same time as the water. An attack from both sides, well it was time to get up close and personal. He would jump forwards releasing a stream of fire from his feet, propelling him upwards and forwards towards his foe, going above the water and lightning so they both miss him as he uses the second blast to send himself directly at his foe.

As he shoots forwards he would gather flames around each of his hands, clapping them together in short range of his foe creating a mass explosion of flames to engulf his opponent and her summon:

Rini was frustrated that her opponent could propel himself out of anything, and actually held a sigh of relief that he was closing the distance between them; as there would be no more dodging, for both Natsu and her. As he's blasting himself forward, Rini would mode chakra into her chest and exhale a large amount of concentrated water towards Natsu, being boosted in damage. And then she'd weave a single seal to release a stream of water that towards the pink haired trash. Should Natsu choose to do his fire jutsu, it would be intercepted by the boosted water tech and only continue on with 80 damage, and then be overpowered with severing wave. Now that Natsu was in the air, Rini would guide her summon to charge right at him, and pick out 5 explosive tags to attach on a kunai and throw at Natsu, blasting continuously for a collective of hundred damage.

Description:
The Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags is a technique which forms part of a fighting style purposely designed for those who have been reincarnated or are otherwise very resistant to damage, and employs the use of special explosive tags to create a near infinite series of explosions. The user will throw several (up to 5) special exploding tags at the enemy formed from large sheets that each bear five seals on them. These special tags then attach themselves to the intended target, but just as they detonate, summon additional tags that in turn create more as they too explode. This process is continuously repeated, leading to a near infinite chain reaction of consecutive explosions which engulf a gigantic area, mid range all around. The technique's unique drawback is that to fully use it you need to be in short range of the target, making it almost suicidal for users who cannot take on the damage and remain unarmed, users that cannot escape its range in time or users who cannot heal themselves from the damage, thus being ideal to be used by Edo Tensei summons.
Note: the explosion spans throughout 2 full turns if unblocked.

As Natsu flew through the air, he could feel it, once again his foe would be aiming to use water again. Why did it always have to be water. Not only that but her water was stronger than normal. It was like she had an affinity for it. What a pain in the ass. Well it was time to knock her down a peg or two and show her that water wasn't gonna make a difference against his fire!

"I'll show you what fire can really do!"

Instead of clapping his hands together for the fight he would inhale and release a mass of fire in a giant blast from his mouth. This fire would be empowered in a few new unique ways. First of all his natural affinity, giving it +20 damage, followed by his dragon armour for an additional 10 damage that didn't count towards his boosts. Now he was so sick of the water boosts that matched his fire he infused it with his flaming spirit too, creating a parasitic being in the form of the "Hungry Ghost" technique. When clashing with the water it will weaken the water by one rank, taking it down to 80 damage, allowing his fire to continue at nearly full strength towards his foe (100 damage). Should they continue with their water it would also be weakened by the hungry ghost, making their second attack only 80 damage too as it was released.

From here he would continue on his assault landing as his fire washes over the land before him. He would rush towards his foe unleashing a barrage of punches on his foe leaving them no opening:

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.

Rini's opponent had used a menacing tech that latched on to her techniques that also somehow connect back to her own chakra inside her body, making her jutsus weak and get overpowered by a single boosted fire attack, continuing on towards her with almost full power.

The timeframe was too close to counter it with an attack of her own and she probably wouldn't be able, hence deciding to simply absorb the entirety of the fire attack with her absorption arm, in the form of specialized gloves. But during that time, Natsu was also jumping to her location for an attack - She guided her summon to release lightning in the form of a vortex forming into a dragon and that would instantly electrocute the pink-haired trash as he was trying to make a leap towards Rini for CQC. After that, she simply hardened her entire self with rock armor by releasing earth chakra from all over her body and waited for her crackhead opponent's next move.

Natsu wouldn't stop. He was determined punch this girl in the face now. She'd tried hit him with water, lightning and more. He hated it. Now it was time to truly punch here. But he wanted to show some of his true power. He would form fire around his hand and clench his first using his fire affinity [Apex handseal] to use his fire expansion on the fire surrounding his fist. He would punch forwards in the same process punching the lightning dragon, easily overpowering the lightning and not even getting weakened by it due to the sheer power of his fist. He would release the burst of fire and still aim to punch her in the face, knocking her flying off her summon This fire would be empowered by his affinity and dragon armour(Not counting as a buff):

When someone/something is hit by these flames created be the user, it will great a burst of flames on impace from the user, to burn the target more and producing some additional concussive force.

By the increase in chakra the fire gains more power as it increases the power of the fire blast as the fire gains more power as it absorbs more oxygen increasing its power. . The user can also choose to perform this technique after their fire jutsu has already been created, so that this jutsu occurs in a separate time frame.

Her opponent simply punched through the lightning, not the weirdest thing he's done in the entire fight. He then proceeds to get in CQC with her while still having his fists charged with fire. Rini once again grabbed her absorption arm, trying to simply absorb all the fire chakra in Natsu's fists, and then as soon as the absorbing begins, she would release lightning from all over her body to damage him while he's really close to her - Following up with a fire-taijutsu attack of her own by channeling fire into her elbow and knees to strike Natsu multiple times.

Her opponent simply punched through the lightning, not the weirdest thing he's done in the entire fight. He then proceeds to get in CQC with her while still having his fists charged with fire. Rini once again grabbed her absorption arm, trying to simply absorb all the fire chakra in Natsu's fists, and then as soon as the absorbing begins, she would release lightning from all over her body to damage him while he's really close to her - Following up with a fire-taijutsu attack of her own by channeling fire into her elbow and knees to strike Natsu multiple times.

As Natsu went to punch his fire he released was absorbed once again by the weird glove thing on the woman's arm. Is that all's she could do. He could feel the lightning building in his foe's body. He would release his chakra through his entire body turning it to smoke, while in the same timeframe he would release a burst of chakra all around creating a mass cloud of smoke to mask his movement in his smoke form too. Not only this but he'd infuse fire chakra in the smoke too cause why not. The result of this combination was Natsu bursting into a mass of smoke, Happy dropping down to the ground, the smoke released in your face, burning your badly as the nagashi you try would be weakened. You'd have your skin scorched as Natsu dropped down to the ground in smoke form taking no damage, returning to normal as he checks on happy. Your summon would take damage causing it to disperse as you're scorched body dropped to the ground.

(Kemuri no Katachi) - Body of Smoke

Description: A technique very much similar to the Hozuki Clan's Hydrification Technique, the user is able to transform themselves into a smoke-like state by channeling chakra throughout their body. In this form, the user becomes immune to all Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and gas-related techniques unless they are elementally based. They can also manipulate the appropriate chakra for smoke, fire, and any of their own gas-related techniques. The user has complete control over the density of their smoke-like state, allowing them to solidify up to two appendages at once in order to wield standard shinobi tools for freeform combat and basic Ninjutsu/Kenjutsu purposes. This also allows them to use their own body as a source for smoke ninjutsu. However, the user is subject to smoke's weaknesses and strengths. A simple B-Rank Wind jutsu can knock them out of this form, forcing them back to their original body for sometime before they are able to transform themselves once again. As such, this technique forces the user to employ careful, yet effective strategies when it is in effect.

Note: User may not use any sort of speed boost in this form and will stay rooted to the ground.

The smoke which covers the entire battlefield, is thick and restricts people's visual prowess, while also making it difficult to breath [Those who stay within the smoke suffocates within two turns, passing out]. The user can use this as they turn their body to smoke or once they are already in that form.

Additionally, as the smoke body and the outwards burst of smoke to cover the field happens, the user is capable of moving through the smoke, allowing themselves to hide and move freely, to evade incoming attacks, by still being in smoke form. The user can use this to travel up to mid range in any direction. The user can retain their body of smoke form after using this or reform at an time.

This will generate smoldering ash within the smoke, it not only burns, it also makes it even harder to breath, as it increases the heat and general damage output, increasing the rank of the smoke by +1 and increasing the damage by 20. This makes the smoke thicker and harder to see through, giving it a darker color.

As Natsu's fire attack was getting absorbed, he planned to release a bunch of smoke all around and also infused it with buffs and an additional fire infusion - Due to having inadequate reaction/movement speed and the fact that they were already in extremely close range and the effects of Hungry Ghost still lingering for her to provide any sort of strong defense; Rini ended up taking the full impact causing her to lose 100 damage out of her 160 pool. Not just this, using Genjutsu above a certain level will have effects and her Ninjutsu will now be reduced in power by 15, which is even worse because of the additional weakness by Hungry Ghost. Her cardinal was also de-summoned due to the attack and she was now falling to the ground.

During the time of her falling/landing, she cast three handseals that would make Liquid Indium chakra to come out from every direction relative to her body and go towards Natsu who's also falling - Even though he's close, the Liquid Indium won't hurt Rini itself which still makes this attack effective - However this is very weak due to her having a health+hungry ghost debuff. Right after, she hardened herself through the fall by releasing a burst of Earth chakra from her body, covering her with armor entirely.

The user can hold this at short range around him to create a defence preventing people getting close to him or have it expand outwards pushing up to long range around him. The rotating hot liquid will push outwards as a destructive force burning, melting and destroying all in it's path (following elemental s/w). Holding it within short range from the user will last for a maximum of two turns before losing it's momentum and flowing outwards covering the battle field. This will take two turns to cool, but will not harden as it cools due to how soft the metal is. If the user moves, the tornado moves with them and much like how the user can surround themselves with fire and lightning, the heat from the liquid indium will not hurt them.

All's he needed to do now was finish the fight off. He would inhale and release a large blast of fire as he performed a single handseal to empower the flames once more. This fire would be empowered by his natural affinity and his dragon armour too. This would easily overpower the indium and blast his foe falling through the sky. Natsu would land on the ground seeing what become of his foe.
