I'll be using Lucifer, best of luck and lets have fun.

Lucifer looked across the terrain, taking in the sight of his opponent, a familiar face whom he had once worked with in pursuit of the sinister mother cult who ran rampant across the Tobusekai lands. Now however, it seemed he and his old ally would be facing each other in this strange colloseum, what's more is he had no recollection of how he ended up here, only the burning desire for combat.

"Well well, old friend, it seems our reunion will be stained red. My blood burns with the desire to crush you, yet I do not know why." Lucifer stated this boldly, though the final remark carried a hint of confusion, it's true that he had no idea why he desired this battle, nevertheless that wouldn't stop his body from acting.

Lightning sparked between the fingers on Lucifer's right hand as he raised it, his natural star chakra enhancing the lightning with a purple coloration and increased power. The lightning soon formed in to a large arrow, far too large for any bow however it was more akin to a spear, Lucifer loosed this spear with considerable force hurling towards Ozymandias' torso violently.

Description: The user molds then shapes lightning natured chakra into the form of a massive arrow. They can then throw the arrow as a projectile-based attack, or combine it with a Water Release technique to electrocute a target.

Then in quick succession the child of Tiamat would raise his left hand, causing the ground in front of him, all the way to Ozymandias' feet to turn in to a river of mud, severely inhibiting his movement abilities in an attempt to prevent him avoiding the lightning spear, the river wouldn't be very wide however, in fact it was quite narrow being only 2 feet wide, however the mud river had a purple tinge and carried enhanced concussive force that would harm his foes legs if struck.

Before he could try getting through to Lucifer, the Child of Tiamat raised an arm, purple electricity crackling around it. He unleashed a powerful bolt of lightning which rippled through the air towards him, which signalled to Ozymandias that words were likely not an option by now. Raising a fist, Ozymandias focuses chakra to it, throwing a straight jab at the air that creates a whirlwind to meet Lucifer's lightning. The two techniques neutralise each other, the pharaoh not aiming to hurt his acquaintance. He would have called out to Lucifer, trying to reason with him, were it not for the creation of a torrent of mud that would overtake him if he didn't act. Forming a single seal, Ozymandias drew a deep breath of air, infusing it with his chakra and superheating it, exhaling a jet of flames that ran across the ground in the direction of Lucifer. Empowered by an infusion of earthen particles in its composition, the flames were just strong enough to overpower the mud and continue onward. Ozymandias had his doubts that Lucifer would allow himself to be hit, but even if it did, the blow would not do much harm to him.

This will essentially empower the fire technique in two ways; firstly the surge of flammable earth into flames will add to the bulk of the fire attack, creating a combo of fire, molten earth and flaming rock. Secondly, is that the explosive force of the rocks will directly influence the host fire technique - resulting in a powerful chain explosion. Essentially, this technique will turn basic fireballs into expanding maelstroms of rock and flame, pillars into erupting geysers of molten earth and fire, and so on, greatly enhancing the lethality and danger factor of the offending technique. As this technique has no independent usages of its own, it can be used within the same timeframe as another jutsu.

Lucifer watched onward impassively as Ozymandias defended himself from the child of Tiamat's onslaught, something was burning in the back of his mind telling him to destroy the bronze skinned human, he wasn't sure what it was, it felt primal and bestial. So distracted was he by this, he barely registered an attack incoming let alone had time to defend against it.

With barely a moment to spare Lucifer drew and swung a short sword that was concealed in a sheath behind his back, the swing seemed casual and unbothered almost lazy, but the incredible force it sent forth even at B rank strength was enough to split his opponents attack in two, sending it careening past him harmlessly.

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short-range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

Notes:
- The B rank and below version of this technique has unlimited usage, while A rank can be used four times and S rank two times.
- If used by a Samurai with Samurai Sabre Skill, the effective range of the technique will be increased.

Rapidly following up with a second slash of a diagonal nature saw the child of Tiamat send forth a purple enhanced slash of pure chakra, aimed to cleave Ozymandias from his sternum to shoulder, Lucifer swung the blade with a savagery that was very unlike his nature usually, almost breaking the blades grip in his hands.

With a wild swing, Lucifer released a crescent wave of violet energy, tearing through the ground as it travelled towards the pharaoh. Forming a one-handed ram seal, Ozymandias would concentrate chakra into his extended fingers, and with a swing of his own, he would expel a wave of incredibly sharp wind that would meet Lucifer's own chakra wave. The two would clash, neutralising each other. Staring down the Child of Tiamat, Ozymandias spoke across the stadium to the man who helped him uncover the atrocities of the Cult of Tiamat. "I don't know what compels you to fight me, but it seems words can't convince you to stop." Clapping his hands together to form the Tiger seal, Ozymandias exhales a large blast of flames that towered over both combatants. Perhaps giving Lucifer a proper fight was the only way to quell his thirst for blood.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Lucifer's brain and body were not moving in sync and that much was becoming incredibly apparent, especially as Ozymandias released a huge wall of flame, Lucifer's consciousness was immediately prepared to counter the element using water, he had it planned out release a huge torrent of water, using the encroaching steam from the clash as cover combined with his ability to sense life he would flank Ozy and strike him by surprise non lethally if possible and restrain him. That plan was what Lucifer would have went with, but as he prepared he suddenly felt his heartbeat pounding behind his ears, as his body seemed to move itself, forming a single handseal and opening it's mouth it released a roar completely alien to him, as a huge torrent of purple fire shot from his mouth smashing through Ozymandias' own fire attack and continuing weaker.

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

With the huge wall of fire expelled, Lucifers body would continue to act almost independently to his mind, forming three handseals and hurling bolts of fire with increasing ferocity and speed over and over again like a madman. The purple fire bolts would cause explosions on impact and were hurled indiscriminately in his foes general direction.

Description: The user forms three handseals and accumulates fire and/or lava chakra in his hand and triggers a series of large fiery flame projectiles. The more blasts the user makes, the smaller the ensuing explosions become.

Were Ozymandias merely to respond in kind, as he had been thus far, the battle would see no end. He had to get closer, doing so quickly might be able to catch him off guard. And so, Ozymandias flushed his body with Prana, sending him to the Throne in a brief flash of light, though it would be concealed by the sheer scale of Lucifer's flames. In a similar flash of light, Ozymandias would reappear behind the Child of Tiamat, six meters away. Then, forming the Bird seal, Ozymandias fashions spikes out of the earth which skewer the Child of Tiamat, piercing him through his legs and his upper arms. Hoping to restrain him by preventing movement in his appendages, Ozymandias makes one last attempt at reasoning with Lucifer. "You don't want this fight. The man I know you to be is not the mindless brute I see before me."

Description: Considered the father technique of Era of Gods and Dynasty of Kings, Epoch of Titans uses the Surge of Evocation's ability to teleport objects and Surgebinders to the Throne, and return them to the field.

The Everlasting Heaven - Warping Time

This variant involves surging a large amount of Prana throughout the user’s body in order to enter the Throne. Their body, and everything on their person, will disappear instantly in a flash of light reflecting the color of their Prana. The user will then reappear amidst another flash of light at a location of their choosing. If the user reappears within less than a meter of the opponent, the opponent can react with any instant, passive or freeform or chakraless technique. Reappearing is accompanied by a crackling sound, creating both an audible and visual queue. The instant use of this technique, which doesn't take a slot in the timefreame, is enabled by the fact that the ethereal energy already exists within their chakra systems. Thrice per battle the user can utilize a stronger version of this ability (S-Rank) to prolong their stay in the Throne. This allows them to exist within the alternate dimension as Prana, which effectively places their body in a stasis. This halts blood loss, the propagation of poisons, the duration of active techniques/abilities, and any other aliments or conditions. This will happen for as long as the user is within the Throne. The user can only remain there for a maximum of four turns per usage. The first application, considered A-Rank, can only be used once every three turns. It can also only be used four times per battle. The second application, considered S-Rank, can only be used three per battle and operates on the same cooldown as the A-Rank version. S-Rank applications render the user unable to use S-Rank or higher Prana for the next turn, if the user remains in the Throne for longer than a turn.

Lucifer could sense the man behind him, he felt the life that linked everything together under the mother Tiamat, but this didn't help his feral seemingly out of control body much, as all it did was turn to face the man as the stone spikes tore through his flesh. The blood was beating more rapidly in his ears now, another roar emanated but it's pitch changed, as Lucifer felt the sea of life coursing through his veins, his body changing, the stone spikes shattered as he grew, his body becoming chitonous, he had never adopted this form around the humans before.

(Seimei no Umi: Genshitekina Sai Keisei) – Sea of Life: Primordial Reshaping

Description: This technique generates Sea of Life material through the user’s own veins, derived from Takauji Ashikaga’s use of Voidborne Corruption. The purpose of Primordial Reshaping is to, with a limited amount of Sea of Life, allow the user to flow it through their form and reshape their body to a limited degree. With this technique the user can grow in size, up to a maximum of twice their current size, or grow smaller. The user can grow additional limbs, or heal lost limbs. They can grow horns, tails, claws, wings to fly, or chitinous armor on their body. When activated, regardless of the changes that the user wills, their skin will turn a darker ash grey. The technique will heal the user for 80 health (40 per turn) and increase their speed by 3.0x for its duration, following the type of alteration they make. For example, if they grow stronger legs then the user will run faster. If they grow wings then the user will fly faster. This technique can be used two times per battle, once per opponent. It lasts for four turns and cannot be used once it expires for three turns.

His wings furled away, before vanishing entirely as his legs grew stronger, far stronger than before, his flesh knitted back together sending the spikes popping out of his flesh to the ground, the roar was deep and animalistic as he charged towards Ozymandias at increased speed, attempting to use his right hand to literally rend the flesh from his throat. Lucifer's horns had grown considerably as has his whole form, becoming incredibly physically impressive.

Description: This technique can be used either as a standalone taijutsu strike, or as part of a counter by employing a variety of bodily movement. Regardless of which is chosen, the strike will be delivered with the hands, which will be cupped similar to a clawed formation, meant to mimic the claws of feral beasts. The strike is ideally delivered to areas with soft tissue targets, such as the eyes or throat the armpits etc. Tearing with their fingernails and fingertips the user will literally rip the flesh of the victim with this powerful manouver, should it strike a soft target area it can deliver considerable damage, with strikes to the eyes causing blindness, strikes to the throat causing the target to be unable to speak or use jutsu from the mouth. Strikes to either armpit or thigh will disable the arm or leg preventing movement, while these injuries can be severe they are very rarely fatal unless by some fluke.
Notes:
-The user can avoid small scale attacks before countering with this in the second version, using a variety of movement similar to drunken fist.
-Can only be used 3 times per battle.

Ozymandias watched as his technique skewered the Child of Tiamat, only for his physical form to radically morph in accordance with his mind. The very earth itself shattered by the regeneration of old muscle and formation of new, Ozymandias was surprised by the sight, but not at the idea of its possibility. Though it was but a fraction of the power belonging to Tiamat, it was still incredibly potent. From here on, the fight was serious. With a blood-curdling roar, Lucifer turned on the pharaoh, rushing towards him at speeds his eyes couldn't keep up with. Fortunately, through Sekhmet, he was still able to defend himself, the lavish armour projecting a bubble made of Dendera Light that would halt the rampaging Lucifer as he entered short range of Ozymandias. Opting to fight from a distance, the pharaoh would jump upwards, diagonally away from the entrapped Lucifer, forming a string of seals. Creating a large familiar of pale lightning, it would form in such a way that he would be standing atop its head as it flickered into being, the passive flow of chakra to his feet allowing him to remain attached to it. Looking down on Lucifer from above, he would hold up his left hand, calling from the Throne a ceremonial longbow and quiver of arrows. Swiftly drawing an arrow and pulling it back into the bowstring, he aims directly at Lucifer, but doesn't fire. Were it not a man he knew to be noble, he would have let loose the golden projectile the moment he reached full draw. It was Ozymandias' knowledge of Lucifer's true nature that he held back from fighting in earnest.

Description: Sekhmet is the name of a goddess of war in Egyptian mythology, and in her name, a unique set of ornamental armor was created. It is not so much designed to protect, being more decorative than practical in this regard, but rather, its true purpose is to enhance the user’s offensive capabilities. The pieces of armor on the upper body include a circular band which fits around the shoulders and over the chest, arm bands which fit over the triceps, gauntlets which protect the user’s entire forearm, as well as the top of their hand, and bands which wrap around the back and partially over the user’s abdomen. An intricate set of bands, plates and rods sit securely on the user’s waist, with smaller bands on the user’s ankles and near the toes. The armor will easily protect the user from freeform attacks, such as that of basic tools, but is ill-suited to defend against proper techniques. In the process of the armor’s creation, Dendera Light was infused into the pieces through Fūinjutsu. In battle, the energy within the armor pieces is passively unsealed and imbued within the user’s Dendera Light techniques, which results in their empowerment. Functionally, this translates to an increase in power by an additional rank, effective on techniques up to S-Rank, with jutsu above this gaining an additional 10 points of damage, as well as the technique being granted an additional 10 points of chakra. The chakra drawn into the armor from the user fuels not only its augmentative capacity, but an entirely separate ability as well, one that is more defensively-oriented. That is, a translucent barrier that is invisible to the naked eye (though detectable through sensory, Dōjutsu etc), that upon detection of any object that enters or appears within its perimeter (the barrier has a 5 meter radial area), it will unseal the energy within the gauntlets and manifest it upon that object in order to destroy it. The strength of the elemental energy drawn on by the barrier will be proportionate to the object it attempts to neutralise, reaching a maximum of a base S-Rank technique. In the case of enemies themselves, it will instead manifest as a spherical bubble of S-Rank energy only slightly bigger than the invader, intended to restrict their movement. The bubble will not move from where it spawns, making it necessary for an opponent trapped within to destroy it before they can resume movement. The barrier's detection is passive and active at all times, though the energy bubble/technique-destroying surge that the barrier creates costs a move, being instantaneous in nature, and can only be done four times per battle in total. The user is able to perform other techniques and actions simultaneously to the barrier's energy projection. Naturally, the user will be notified of anything foreign the barrier detects as well.

Description: By forming 3 handseals, the user will release a large mass of pale-yellow lightning from their body. Through shape manipulation, it will assume the form of a ten meters tall winged beast, with 3 heads and a single extremely long tail. It possesses a limited form of autonomy that allows it to act both independently and at the command of the user. In the center of the familiar’s chest, lies a large golden-yellow orb of pulsating electricity, which acts as the core for its abilities. This orb is also special for another reason, which is that it is the very source of the familiar itself. This jutsu can be considered as 2 separate pieces combined into a single one; the inner core made of electricity, and the exterior “shell” of the familiar, which is generated by the core. This shell, which is made of electrical currents exhibiting an aspect of tangibility, is intended to protect the core. As such, the strength of each separate piece, the shell and the core respectively, is effectively A-Rank. In order to eliminate Heimdallr, it is necessary to either blast through the shell and eliminate the core, or wait until the jutsu itself expires. Should the shell be destroyed but the core left intact, it will passively regenerate, though this can only occur once every two turns. Should the shell be destroyed and the regenerative ability on cooldown, the core will simply remain afloat, keeping the user nearby in a manner similar to that of Lightning Blades Levitation, though the user can will themselves free at any point. Its core allows it to use generic A-Rank projectiles, streams and waves of Lightning Release, as well as all Lightning Release that the user knows, including specialty-bound techniques. The trade-off is that, due to the core and shell being two separate pieces, the core can only generate a single S-Rank per turn, whilst it is able to use A-Rank and below techniques freely. In addition, Heimdallr is able to transform itself into a smaller bolt of pure Lightning Release, and in the essence of a thunderbolt, instantly shoot itself in any direction up to short-range, in order to evade attacks from an enemy, at the cost of a move. The user is free to perform their own techniques simultaneously as this ability. In this form, Heimdallr will move at 1.5x the user's base speed. Being made of pure Lightning Release, the user is able to tap into its electrical composition and create Lightning techniques from it, though following the same restrictions for use as stated above. Should the user wish to stand on Heimdallr, they can passively stream chakra equivalent to 5 points per turn to their feet. When Heimdallr deactivates, its entire body will simply dissipate, the electrical currents evaporating into the air, and requires a turn cooldown before another use. This technique cannot be used as a source for Lightning jutsu by enemies, lasts for four turns, and can be used twice per battle. Upon deactivation, the user's Lightning Release is limited to A-Rank and below for the remainder of that turn.

Damage Points: This technique is the most fundamental Armament technique in the Surgebinder arsenal and covers each major class of warrior. The user can summon the Noble Phantasm anywhere on the field, but it must be at least short-range away from the opponent unless the user is also inside that range. Servant rank Surgebinders can sustain the summoned Phantasm indefinitely but they will be prevented from calling forth any further Noble Phantasms until they return this one to the Throne. Heroic Spirits and above can sustain two Noble Phantasms indefinitely but will also be prevented from calling forth any further weapons until at least one is returned.

Bows of the Archer
The user will summon any kind of bow as well as a quiver full of arrows onto their back. The quiver will appear with a strap that will be fastened onto the user's body. Upon contact with the bow, the user's body will be flooded with an incredible amount of prana. This will enhance their sense of sight without making them more sensitive to bright lights or intense stimuli. This increased visual acuity will allow them to see everything in the landmark they're in as well as see through clouds of dust, mist and heavy rain. This means they will be completely unaffected by such conditions present in certain landmarks. Their eyes will also become capable of following the speed of quicker targets, which translates to a tracking increase of x3. The arrows will not be subject to the effects of gravity or air resistance and so they will continue perpetually nor will they ever slow down since no energy is lost. They will also cleanly slice through basic weapons and ninja tools them without being deflected off their trajectory in the slightest. They will seek out and be drawn to targets with chakra foreign to the user's own once they are fired. When multiple sources of foreign chakra exist, they will always be directed towards the ones with the greatest concentration of chakra. Once per turn, by pulling back the bowstring and releasing it, long stream(s) of wind-infused prana will be emitted from the front of the bow. The infusion of wind chakra will give the prana distinct slicing properties, enabling them to cut straight through solid targets. This is an A-Ranked ability, will cost a move and has a long-range reach. Both the normal arrows and the streams of prana will travel at twice the user's speed.
