Drawing his sword with his right arm, Aizen launches himself towards the enemy, then holds the weapon with both hands and keeps the sword down to his right. Once within striking range, Aizen slashes upwards in a way that would leave a deep gash on the opponent's left hip and stretch to the right shoulder.

Kaname stood face to face with his former comrade. A slight sneer in his eyes and lips. Aizen decided to start first, an odd choice for him. Kaname observed Aizen go in for an upward slash attack. Kaname immediately uttered a single set of words under his breath. Trace On and immediately created two dagger like blades (You know the two) and used the left handed one to block the incoming attack whilst lunging forward with the one in his right. This would be in hopes to skewer the target's right arm, to render it useless.

Description:
Trace On is the method of giving form and shape to what resides within your mind. It revolves around the user observing the shape and design of any specific structure or weapon utilised in front of their eyes or even a famous object from legends. The point behind this is if your opponent pulls out a sword of their own the user can create a near exact replica of the sword, it’s exact shape, length etc. This technique can also copy an opponents Custom Weapon but it will not retain any of the original weapons abilities. It will simply resemble the same shape and size. The user accomplishes this by observing the weapon being used by the opponent and begins gathering their Koton chakra either into their hand or into the air (to open a portal) and will create thousands of grains of steel that very quickly, take the shape of the weapon and can be used against the opponent. By forming this weapon into the user’s hand the weapon will form extremely quickly but if it is formed in the air a portal will open up containing the sword within it which can then be shot from the portal itself at the opponent. Once the user copies an object the user can then create this sword at any given time in the future almost as if they are drawing it from their own memory. The weapons created are A ranked in strength and endurance.

Notes:
Can only be used 3 times per battle
There is no limit to the amount of weapons the user can create in their hand where a maximum of 10 portals can be created at any given time and can only hold one weapon within each of them.
A portal can remain active for a maximum of two turns.
Weapon's created last until they are destroyed or the user releases the chakra.

Aizen had expected a counter of this kind. Though Steel was Kaname's forte, Aizen knew what to look out for and come up against in a close-quarters encounter against a Steel user. Playing to his strengths would make attaining victory much easier. Charging chakra within the core of his being, Aizen releases it around him and vibrates it at a high frequency, causing a discharge of Lightning around him. With Kaname being in point blank range, dodging or mounting any kind of defence would be difficult, even for him. With Kaname's counter-slash halted, Aizen shifts closer to Kaname in order to release his sword from the bladelock and gain more control over it. Pushing Kaname's blade out of the way, with enough force to remove the weapon from his grasp, Aizen then rams Kyōka Suigetsu straight into his chest.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
