Keotsu's Mechanics:
  • Three jutsu per round, according to your Rank via Rei's Rules and restrictions.
  • Chakra total must be calculated.
  • You are allowed to dodge moves without the use of a technique, so long as you detail how you do so, and that the movement is believable.
  • All other standard rules apply.
  • Customs allowed, unofficial battle.

Terrain: We start mid-range apart on a mountain side, with a forest mid-range away to your right, my left. The entire terrain is covered in ankle deep snow.

I'll be using my Keotsu bio with my CW Mythos., you can post your bio, as well as choose who goes first.

Since Reborn has the other one, this one is vs Light.

If you want some RP in it, you can start it up. @_@ Just to note, even though we're keeping track of our HP, logic will still be used. A fatal hit is still fatal, even if it was simply Chidori, and you have full health.

Staring down my opponent, I begin quickly by focusing my Suiton chakra and cause water to erupt around their feet, so that an orb of water will quickly envelop them, leaving them unable to move. The speed of the jutsu is fast, but not unbelievably so; I know that I'll need to quickly follow up my technique.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

Quickly releasing lightning energy from my hands after forming five handseals, I send the electrical energies along the snow on the ground, using the frozen water to help keep the Raiton attack at full power as it makes it's way towards the water dome, while simultaneously electrifying the snowy ground below it.

Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

As the two pronged attack makes its way towards my opponent, I quickly unsheathe Mythos and release a cresent wave of chakra no larger than the blade of Mythos itself, today a Katana, towards my opponent, adjusting the trajectory slightly, due to delaying the attack so that I can adjust for their reactions to my previous attack.

With Peter looking at his opponent, he suddenly feels something beginning to gush from below him. Taking a normal action, Peter looks down and notices the water. He quickly comes to a decision on the best technique to use in this situation. Grabbing the hilt of his Katana, Peter sends his fuuton chakra into its hilt and holds it parallel to his body and releases the chakra in a swirling motion, using the winds sharp properties to literally "push" away the forming water. Although the wind is only short range, because of the large gust that it creates, the nearby dust that it creates would be sent towards you, intended to blind you.

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

As the dust is heading your way, Peter notices you begin to form several handseals. Instead of being rude like some people, Peter allows you to finish and notice the wave of lightning being released from your hand. Instantly, he swings his right foot in a manner that it forms a small gust of wind. He then swings his left foot, releasing a large gust that conjoins with the smaller one, overtaking the lightning in a spiral manner and continuing towards you. With the trajectory of the wind spiral, it would hit you somewhere between your neck and stomach area intended to pierce you. Although some people are scared to get into short range of this man, despite the stories Peter has heard, he dashes in at half speed. With Peter holding his katana with his right hand only, it provides for faster strikes when needed.

Description: The user will do 2 handseals and Swing Both of their legs back to back Once. The Right Leg when swung will create a huge gust of wind that travels to the left. As quickly the left left when swung will travel to the right. Causing the two winds to meet in the middle causing something similar to a tornado. The tornado will travel towards the opponent in a vertical manner, with the tip of the tornado facing the opponent.
