As Neji would release the mist and fireball into the hole, he noticed that it started to rain, and on a practically sunny day. Due to his training in Suiton, he knew that she used the Rain Tiger at Will technique so she can sense him wherever he went. As Neji would see that the fire attack didn't work because of the water vortex, he jumped down from the cliff and back onto the fine sand. "Not one to talk huh? No matter." As he is finished speaking, he is able to see a build up of chakra forming around the sand with his Byakugan and soon the sand itself began to pickup and circle around him. Neji quickly thought to himself, -What kind of jutsu is this? Well whatever it is, I'm not gonna stay in here.- While he was thinking, Neji begins to gather up a sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he molds that built up chakra into doton and proceeds to channel said chakra into the ground. When this happens, the ground below him turns to fine sand and he starts to sink into it. Fully submerged, he constantly channels a steady amount of chakra into the rocky deep soil, so that he is able to dig through the newly formed sand [Avoiding the kunai barrage and the Fire/Wind Style technique completely]. When he re-submerges, Neji finds himself standing near the ocean waves that were coming onto the beach [still in mid range].

It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

Ready to go on the offensive, while standing medium range from his opponent, Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his stomach, while simultaneously weaving the necessary six hand seals [Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger,] and uses nature manipulation to create very intense katon. When Neji is finished building up his fire chakra, he finally forces it up though his throat and out the mouth, spewing out a large fireball [via blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger] that travels towards the woman. "Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!"

As Neji spewed his fireball, he had noticed that the woman had created a firewall in response to overpower it. Immediately afterwards, he sees her fling an explosive kunai at him [since the Byakugan can see through the mist, #MangaPhacts] and thus he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a dome-like shield. As the shield is still up, it stops the oncoming attack and repels it. When he stops spinning, he stands in a small crater that was created by his shield.

After doing so, he quickly makes a flicking motion with his wrist and flings the ball toward the woman. Instead of hitting the her itself, the flame hits the surface near it and while this happens, Neji focuses his chakra within the ball by forming the tiger hand seal and creates a ring of fire around it. Lastly, after five seconds have passed, the flame circle erupts into a huge column of fire that reaches up to twenty feet high. Momentarily, the high temperature of the flames causes the ground heat up, slowly turning into lava and engulfs the Suna ninja in a blaze of Katon.

Description: The user molds a small amount of chakra in their hands and then flicks it into a small ball of fire towards the enemy. The purpose of the technique is not to strike an enemy, but to make sure it reaches near the area they are currently on. Once the small ball of fire comes into contact with the ground, it’ll immediately grown by the user focusing chakra into it by making one handseal (Like Deidara does to expand his clay) and surround the target in a complete circle. There is a small five second delay before the flames begins to ignite and erupt into a huge column of fire, reaching up to twenty feet high. The heat generated from the flames is so hot that anything coming into contact with the column will be burned instantly, with the high temperature of the flames the ground heats up, slowly turning into lava. This technique is mostly used to trap an opponent inside a blazing fire like prison and it is large enough to encompass one or two people. Suffocation is possible and likely should they not be able to escape, as the flames will quickly devour all available oxygen.

gather her katon chakra and send it from her
mouths. As this attack being made to evade the fire technique collided with the ball, the ball still continued moving in her direction. She quickly clapped her hands and a cascading wave was stopped the technique
. After this, she sent her chakra into the boy's plain making him see herself in a flower bod which then explodes. While he is stunned, she threw a Kunai which was sent at the heart.

As Neji had flung the small fireball, he immediately noticed that the mystery woman had countered it via fireball and then with a water shock wave, which doused it. -I'm wondering if she'll get tired of using that same damn water technique already.- As he is thinking this, he springs onto the nearest cliff to avoid the water rampaging below. Suddenly, as Neji had jumped onto the cliff, he suddenly found himself within a fairly large flower bud that encased him. While he was briefly investigating the flower that had "swallowed" him, Neji maneuvers his hands to preform a possible hand seal to bust out of the flower, he noticed with his Byakugan that his chakra flow was irregular; just like as if he is under an illusion. To break out of it, he whips out one his kunai and stabs himself in the thigh [but it's just a small wound]. By the time Neji breaks out of the genjutsu, he sees that the mystery lady had hurled an ordinary kunai at him. In response, Neji quickly stretches out his right arm out & spreads out his hand he quickly begins to gather and charge up chakra in said hand. Amlost immediately afterwards, Neji forces out a combined burst of chakra that repels the kunai effortlessly and continues onward towards the woman.

When Neji is finished building up his wind chakra, he infuses it inside of his hand and uses shape manipulation to make it extend outwards in the shape of a big wind claw protruding from Neji's hand. After doing so, he uses his to grab onto his opponent and flings her toward him. As she is still flying in the air, he gathers a huge amount of chakra into his right palm. When she is finally close enough towards him, Neji forcefully thrusts his right palm into his opponent's forehead, or more specifically their brain. He then releases that gathered chakra and transfers it into their cerebrum, demolishing it and sends his enemy falling to the ground, dying from brain damage. "Farewell."

As Ameyuri had sent the wave and also cast her genjutsu on the young boy, she saw the boy had jumped to avoid the water. She then cast the genjutsu. She watched the boy struggle a bit and she noticed that the boy had immediately detected what had happened. She saw the boy stab himselfIt must have been the byakugan. I wonder how to defeat someone who sees my next move.
As she looked up, she noticed the guy had just spread his hands.I got carried away. No time to play, he's a worthy opponent. Its the earlier technique. He quickly compressed air around himself and was able to withstand the attack

them in a near-invisible spherical prison of wind
trapping them and restricting their movements.
Once trapped the target is unable to move while
within it due to the density of the air. Because of the
density of the air it can be used, to a limited extent,
for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. While
active, the user cant preform any hand-seals. The
technique last 1 turn maximum and user must wait
two turns before each use.

Immediately after blocking this, she sees a claw made of wind protruding out of Neji's hand. Seeing this, she spread her hand and shoots out fireballs which trails the wind back to Neji.

When Neji sees that his air palm attack had failed and his opponent had released a few shots of fireballs towards him which traveled through the claw, he immediately disconnects the wind chakra from his hand and jumps down from the cliff and moves 2 meters upwards to avoid the imminent Katon explosion. As he lands, he looks up at Neji opponent; his eyes piercing through the woman standing before him. Ready to take the offensive, Neji begins to gather and mold his futon chakra inside of his lungs while weaving the necessary hand seal [ram]. He then takes a deep breath, and quickly exhales a large, gust of wind. He then uses shape manipulation to create mini tornadoes that attack his opponent. Immediately afterwards, begins to gather and mold his fire chakra while weaving the tiger hand seal. After doing so, Neji creates a stream of fire by spewing it out of his mouth and uses shape manipulation to turn it into an intense ring of flames. As the flames come in contact with the wind jutsu, it combines to create a massive, flaming hurricane that heads towards the woman. When he comes to contact with the wind-fire combo [Short Range + Mid Range = Mid Range], she is swept up by the tornado and severely burned by the flames.
