When Neji is returning from a risky adventure, roaming through an ancient catacomb on the other side of the cliff side, he returns to the beach to get ready to row his boat over to another island to explore. While he is walking down the long trail that leads to the beach, Neji is easily able to see a woman awaiting him on the sandy shore below. ~Well hello, who might you be?~ As he is thinking this, he slowly finishes his trek down the path and enters the encamped coastline. Neji looks dead on at the woman, who was kind of good looking, and gives a semi-serious glare. Without getting any closer to her, he shouts. "Oi, can I help-" Before he could finish speaking, he couldn't help but notice hearing her say: "Let's get this over with." Immediately, Neji had noticed that she clapped her hands, indicating she was about to perform a jutsu. With extreme precaution, he quickly jumps 2 feet in the air while gathering a small amount of his wind chakra. After doing so, he exhales a long stream of wind that propels Neji 15 feet into the air, just fast enough to narrowly avoid the rampaging water coming out of no where and the raiton technique that followed afterwards. As he falls back to the ground, he manages to lands on top of one of the large nearby rocks (still in mid range).

~This one might prove troublesome. Looks like my adventure is going to have to wait.~ As soon as he lands on the rock, Neji closes his eyes to focus. Immediately, he begins channeling a mass amount of his chakra into both of his eyes while weaving the one necessary hand seal [Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up], manipulating the chakra within the swift movement. After a moment passes afterwards, Neji can feel his veins bulging from his temples, activating his Byakugan. After activating his visual prowess, he gathers his fire chakra and molds it inside of his stomach. Immediately, he forces the chakra up into his throat and out of his mouth; spewing a bright, small fireball that travels towards the mystery lady and burns her on impact.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being
created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and
Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their
opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the
user from the dōjutsu.

As Neji sees that his fire technique had been canceled out by a water jutsu, he immediately sees his opponent beginning to weave a sequence of hand seals. Before he would let her finish, Neji quickly stretches both of his arms out & spreads out both of his hands [with his right and left thumbs barely touching], he quickly begins to gather and charge up chakra into both of his hands. "Too late!" At the blink of an eye, Neji forces out a combined burst of chakra from his palms that blows the woman away and sends her crashing into one of the nearby cliff faces (into long range) and manages to sprain her left shoulder blade and right ankle.

As Neji sees his opponent withstand his air palm, he couldn't help but notice her jumping up in the air and spewing out small fireballs. In quick decisiveness, he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a dome-like shield. As the shield is still up, it stops the oncoming attack and repels it. When he stops spinning, he stands in a small crater that was created by his shield. "Not good enough."

Ready to go on the offensive, Neji hops out of the crater and throws a flash bomb behind him, blinding the mystery lady in the process. Neji then starts to gather a lot of his chakra and channels it within the water source below him. After doing so, he gathers some chakra into his hands before weaving the necessary hand seals [ Dragon → Tiger ]. Momentarily, a large amount of chakra infused water emerges from the lake. He then uses shape manipulation to transform the water into a large dragon, which attacks his opponent with its mouth. "Suiton: Suishū Gorugon!"

After Ringo sees her technique was not successful, she found the young Hyuuga boy picking something out. Thinking it was a Kunai or shiruken. She quickly made a wall of fire. Though, After this, she was affected a little but recovered in few seconds. Well, lemme give you a K.O. As he said this, she clapped his hands, causing a B rank wave coming at you. She immediately brought her Kiba swords and sent a discharge in the sky, and when the water is at close range to you that the only way out was up, she summoned lightning strikes on her opponent and the water at the same time. If he leaves the ground, he gets striked. If not, same result.

When Neji sees that his opponent had sent of wave of suiton towards him, he was able to pick up that the lady had sent of discharge of lightning with his Byakugan and could also easily see her chakra in the sky. Finding it best to go up again, Neji springs up into the air while simultaneously gathering up his wind chakra. As Neji sees the lightning strike come down from the sky, he claps his hands, creating a powerful gale and nullifies her attack. While being in the air, Neji uses this to his advantage. Without the use of hand seals, he molds the chakra inside of his stomach & forces it up into his throat and out of his mouth. As he releases the fire, Neji uses chakra manipulation to create three enormous fire bullets that rain down like meteors and smashes his opponent. After the fire bullets make contact with the ground, it causes a tall geyser of fire to rise up in the air.

Immediately after he spews the freballs, Neji had noticed that she fired off some dragon shaped fireballs at him. While he is still in the air, Neji quickly gathers a small amount of his wind chakra. After doing so, he exhales a long stream of wind that propels Neji 4 meters backwards, just fast enough to narrowly avoid the flames [So because the flames are moving diagonally, I use this wind jutsu to go horizontally so I am able to dodge] and lands himself on top of a 15 feet tall cliff; in long range. After landing on the tall cliff, Neji stands near the edge and speaks to the woman. "You're not half bad. What's your name?"

Momentarily, he begins to gather his water chakra and steadily releases it via mouth in the form of a thick mist, covering up his presence. Almost immediately, with his opponent blinded Neji brings up his right leg and forcefully brings it back down & stomps a whole the ground. Unknown to his opponent, he actually created a long tunnel underground that ends right under them. While he is doing so, Neji simultaneously gathers up the necessary amount of his fire chakra and fires it into the small hole. As the fire enters the tunnel, it quickly travels down through the cliff, and into the ground; causing the fire carry rock and other debris with it as it travels, melting them. When the fire reaches very near under his opponent, Neji weaves a single hand seal, causing a huge eruption that engulfs & burns her alive and reduces his opponent to ashes.

As the fire was expelled, She already knew and ran towards and moved towards him and moved towards Neji. Now in mid range, he cancelled it out water vortex... After this, he sprays some kunai at him
After this, trying to keep him occupied until the kunai comes, he made 2 handseals and the wind in 5m radius started to carry sand around Neji.
when the Kunai hits Neji, he formed the tiger handseal and he was enclased in a glass

particles, it look as if it is a sand technique but it isnt.
The user will then do the tiger handseal causing fire
to cover the whole outside of the sand surrounding
the opponent. This will cause the sand to harden into
