Walking around despondently in a vast desert that could be seen as far as could be seen, even with his Byakugan activated, Ryuu wondered if he would ever find his way out. It was almost sunset now, and he was growing weary of walking around. Then he noticed someone else approaching him. Perhaps he would get some help from the stranger? He stayed his distance though and waited to see what this person would do.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Once she knew it was futile to try and cover her appearance - she lifted the heavy cloak and revealed her face, as an air of royalty filtered the air surrounding the combatants. “You’re quite the nimble one. She said stopping mid range from him. She was wary, but she knew she could handle a child without issue. “Come on, let’s not make this more difficult than needed” she said as she reached for ninja wire in her tool pouch and started kneading chakra into it. Immediately, she controlled the shape and form of it to quickly transverse across the terrain towards the target infused with lightning. Once it was close enough, she reeled her arm around to control it to form into a lasso of some degree - aimed to snare the opponent and cause electrical shocks to his body, making his movement impaired. If successful, she would yank him forward, attempting to drag him on the floor until she was close enough to his face.

Description: Utilizing normal, durable ninja wire, the user channels chakra to it and utilizes it to bind his opponents. The user can elect to increase the friction the strings, making the wire hotter and able to case burns, making it a good technique to use for torture and information gathering. The strings can take on whatever form the user wishes making it quite a versatile technique to use with ninja wire. By channeling lightning-type chakra to the wires the user can increase their cutting power to cut through solid earth of A-Rank and lower. The user can also elect to not channel chakra to the wires and instead use a more suitable lightning technique to fit his situation. The strength of the binding is A-Rank. The technique itself does no damage until combined with lightning.

Description: A relatively small ability often used out of combat. Flames of the Storyteller (FotS) allows the user to abruptly release marvelous flames from varying body parts such as hand and quickly shape those flames to animate miniatures of a moving object, animal or the likes for storytelling purposes. Those flames do not harm the user as they are made by his/her chakra. The flames can also be shaped into text to convey messages that either seem to combust out of someplace from the user's body, appear hovering around the user, or burned into a solid, such as ground to leave a message behind. This is not only restricted to text, it could also be symbols or plain art. Burning a scroll or warming up objects is also a feasible task with this technique. FotS also has offensive applications by solidifying fire-natured chakra from one's body to create a simple, humble-sized object to protrude from the user's body, such as spikes of hand length.

Heated Conversion - The user's B rank and lower Fire techniques can now be used as Basic Blue Fire jutsu. This does not apply to techniques explicitly stated to enhance Fire jutsu or similar descriptions. This allows him to enhance his normal Katon techniques with Blue Fire. Requires Blue Fire Usage skill.

Fortified Flames - The user's Blue Fire has strengthened over time, gaining a notable +30 damage boost. Requires the user to have first obtained Incomplete Transformation level.

Clearly he wasn't going to receive any help from this woman, but instead trouble. Ryuu hated fighting, but he didn't really see an alternative here. The woman before him wanted something he had, probably his core, but he wasn't going to give it up so easily. He would just have to fight and escape when she was weakened. From her tone of voice before she attacked, he caught a hint of something like regret in her voice; he wasn't so sure... If he had to take a guess, she was probably a little confused about facing someone as young as him. But that didn't mean she would have mercy on him, so he would still have to get himself out of this sticky situation.

Ryuu noticed as the woman took out some wire from a pouch, and of course he could see everything she was doing with it with his doujutsu. As soon as the wire started travelling towards him, Ryuu performed one hand seal, inhaling whilst kneading his chakra, before releasing it as a giant blast of wind. It travelled towards the woman, gathering all the sand in its path so that his opponent would essentially be caught up in a mini sand storm, hindering her vision. The wind was quite loud too, which would hopefully muffle the sounds of his next attack.

Immediately after the wind, the earth specialist performed a single hand seal before slamming his hands onto the ground, channeling his chakra through it. With it, he created 2 massive rock formations, one on either side of the woman. He also performed extra hand seals to add extra chakra into the technique, increasing its power and size, the latter which would extend to a little further than if this extra technique wasn't used. This happened in a very fluid motion, before the rocks would come slamming together, ready to crush the woman if she didn't escape. The least he could do was to give her a quick and relatively painless death, rather than a drawn out one.

This is one the most strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid range from the user.

It seems the youth wouldn’t take the offer to make things easier. “Sigh, I didn’t want to but…you're leaving me no choice” she uttered as she responded in kind - as the powerful gust of wind was released. She smiled, as she stopped focusing on the ninja wire and reached into her tool belt to reach for a unique item of hers. “Never got a chance to test this one out yet…” she said, holding a camera shaped ninja tool in hand and aimed it at the wind storm. With a press of a button, film strips erupted from the lens - rapidly expanding out enough to cover the entire opposing technique. With its absorbing properties, the wind technique was forcefully sealed within as it instantly came back into the camera and printed a polaroid copy of the technique from the hand. “A souvenir for the kids when I get back” she thought but she continued to use the camera, now looking through the viewfinder. It allowed her to zoom into and get a better idea of the landmark, but also to track her target’s chakra.

Description: C.R.A.C’s or commonly known as Combat Ready Action Cameras are a unique line of DSLR and Mirrorless cameras. Engineered by the company known as Yukimura Films, these are specialized and outfitted with Scientific Ninja Tool technology, while also serving as a regular ole photography camera (cosmetic usage). In actual combat, the cameras all share unique properties mentioned as follows.

Polaroid Stills (Active) - By pressing the shutter button of the camera, it will release from the lens a rapidly moving trail of photo film towards an intended target. These film scripts are designed with a similar function to that of the “Absorbing Arm” SNT, which upon contact, the chakra within the film would absorb an opposing technique into it. As it does, the technique is forcefully sealed away into the film strip, as it instantly retracts back into the camera and prints out a polaroid image made from the same material used for scrolls. Within it, prints a copy of the technique, crafting a unique photo of it forever. This was derived from Ink Ninjutsu’s “Tiger Vision Staring Bullet” which forcefully seals a technique or person caught by the tiger into a scroll as a work of art afterwards. This ability can be used thrice per battle, with a cool down of three turns between each use. The user can only absorb up to 40 chakra with this ability.

Electronic Viewfinder (Passive) - The ability constitutes the user looking into the viewfinder of the camera while channeling chakra into it. This would passively enable the camera to display unique information. This information includes any foreign chakra sources within the landmark, the ability to zoom the lens out enough to see across the same landmark or up to long range in a fight. It also is capable of displaying names of people the user has programmed into the camera’s system to remember. This activation is passive but drains -10 chakra per turn to sustain, though can only remain active for four turns before slightly overheating the camera and forcing it into a cooldown period of two turns should it remain active for the full duration.

Interchangeable Lens (Passive) - The last ability of the camera is the ability to change the lens of the chakra. The lens that initially comes with the lens known as the ‘kit lens’ comes with “Polaroid” as its unique perk, but all lens are capable of using Electronic Viewfinder. In order to make or attach new lens, one must have the “Primary Crafting Expert” specialty in their bio. The new lens will provide a bonus perk, but usually will replace “Polaroid Stills” with its unique perk.

C.R.A.C all come in an assortment of colors and designs, being unique to each and everyone who has one. The user can carry two of these cameras but they must have different lenses, each one taking their own individual SNT slot in one's bio.

However by the time she found him, he proceeded into performing quite the technique. Two mountain size slabs of earth erupted from either side of the maiden but she smiled as with sole mental command, a seal located on her body triggered. This would absorb the opposing technique the moment it touched her - causing her body to glow a light brown coloration indicating the absorption of earth based chakra. Without a word, she used the information about his location and immediately blitzed towards him.

Once she drew close enough; if allowed to - she would fall to the ground as she immediately landed on her hands and started to spin rapidly. “Kuro Ashi: Parti Tableau!” she shouted, planting the kick into the target’s face - immediately sending him flying away up to sixteen meters from the impact. Alongside, this impact was accompanied with a blast of earth based chakra which evidently increased the force of the strike.

Look, kiddo…I really don’t want to hurt you, ok well…kill you to be more accurate. However the employers of mine really made it clear they wanted this thing, so let’s be adults about this and end it now. You clearly have some power to your skillset, considering that earth technique isn’t so easy to perform” she complimented his skills but really wished to make things a lot less cumbersome. Any more resistance will likely result in his termination…

( Kōdona Uzumaki Fuuinjutsu: Tsubame no gyakuten ) – Advanced Uzumaki Sealing Technique: Body Of Teach!

Description: Body Of Teach is a simple sealing technique only passed down to the head of the Uzumaki clan of each generation. The seal would come in the form of small vertical straight lines across the body that are not noticeable by the naked eye while dormant. Each line would be small written kanji of each basic element over and over in a row, forming the straight line. The kanji is so small, even those capable of seeing the lining on the body wouldn't notice they are actually kanji writing unless they had some sort of vision allowing to see such small writing. The seal would come into effect when the user wills it to, actively sealing an elemental technique that would have come into contact with the users body; Allowing them to seal the element into the lining, causing the lining to glow a color similar to the element sealed (Yellow = Lightning, Blue = Water, Brown = Earth etc.). Once the element is sealed, within the next 2 turns (including the turn the element is sealed) the user can release the element passively next to any taijutsu performed; Not only giving the attack a heavy damage boost, but also causing an outward shockwave in the direction of the attack, which would expand the damage out to mid range. Once the element is added to the taijutsu attack, the kanji for the specific element would disappear from the lines on the body altogether. In case of AE or CE being sealed, the kanji for every element that makes that element up would disappear Also. Of course this means once an element is sealed once, that specific element that disappeared can't be sealed and used as a boost again. Being an advanced Uzumaki seal, it can seal techniques with chakra up to 70 or below. Anything beyond that would be unsealable.

The user's legs are spread out in the splits as they spin with great speed to slam into the opponents that may be surrounding the user. The user spins with such speed and strength the user is capable of hitting the opponents, or whatever is hit by this technique into the distance of sixteen meters. With this technique the user is capable of moving around with their hands while still spinning. Some users spin around in a small radius moving in a circle to ensure that they hit their targets if need be.

This woman seemed to have an interesting sealing technique, and she was proving to be rather strong. Not wanting to take any chances, Ryuu decided to ramp it up to see how strong she really was. Hopefully in the process he could get away. As soon as she started sealing his technique away, Ryuu created a clone besides him. Then when his opponent rushed towards him, he bent down to slam his right hand on the ground in front of him, channeling his chakra through it to create a giant stone golem. As it rose, Ryuu stayed atop it on its right shoulder, keeping in contact with it. The golem would then bring both its arms down in order to crush the woman in front of it. Ryuu's clone stood just behind the golem, looking towards the enemy through the gap in between the giant's legs.

At the same time that Ryuu created the stone golem, his clone performed a single hand seal, before releasing a very thin but powerful stream of water out towards the woman, hoping to cut her up and end this fight. If she moved, he could just move his head to continue to keep the stream of water on her. With both attacks, it would be very difficult for her to escape.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

(Doton: Dai iwa Kyojin no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique

Description: The user creates an even larger, much stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem solely from the ground. In order to do so, they slam a hand on the ground and manipulate it until a giant warrior hewn from stone has taken form, which then can be controlled so long as the user continues to keep in physical contact with either it or the ground. Naturally, they must continue to fuel the technique with their chakra. While the height of the golem can reach up to 30m, it has a capacity for moving quite fast that belies its hulking stature.

Description: After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Mirabelle’s initial idea to approach the opponents was momentarily thawed as both himself and the clone quickly unleashed a combined attack towards her. “Interesting choice of techniques; let’s see how well they hold up against this”. As she quickly said this, her next choice of action would follow with her kneading Blue Fire and Yin Release natures into her physical form. While on the surface it didn’t seem like much, it allowed her form to shift - becoming an embodiment of the elements; and she stopped her movement as she allowed the opposing technique to clash with her.

Description: Yōkai is a technique derived from "Blue Fire Release/Yin Release: Corrupting Hellblaze; borrowing on the concept of merging high amounts of Yin Energy into the Spiritual Blue Flames. What causes this technique to differ from its parent technique is applying the principles presented to the physique of the Jinchuriki instead. By surging the chakra throughout the body, the user immediately turns themselves into an embodiment of the mixture. This comes with some immediate benefits, as the user is no longer physically present and now in a spiritual flaming state, chakraless taijutsu techniques would simply pass through the user's form, gifting them complete immunity though of course. Anyone who passes through the user's form will be inflicted immediately with a high amount of spiritual damage, while also applying the "Burn Heal" to them, though targeted to their spiritual side instead as it burns away at it. This form naturally lasts three turns, in which the user is only capable of using Blue Fire Release, Fire Release and other non elemental based techniques. Other chakra based techniques are capable of interacting with the user, which if impact is made, the user still suffers damage directly upon impact. Once the technique ends, be willingly or not forces a cooldown time of three turns before being able to be used again, though in that same timeframe leaves the user unable to use Yin Release and Spiritual Blue Fire of A Rank and above.

Burn Heal - Blue Flames that impact the target causes 10 damage per turn until they're healed by Yang. Medjutsu or other healing abilities will not remedy this. Requires Blue Fire Usage skill.

Enhanced Flames - The user's Blue Fire has strengthened, gaining an additional 20 damage against Water and Wind jutsu. This is due to Water's difficulty trying to put the flames out and Blue Fire's inherent strength over Wind. Requires Blue Fire Usage skill.

Spiritual Flames - The user gains the ability to make use of Spiritual Blue Flames, aimed at causing high damage to the opponent’s spiritual network. This causes half the damage to the opponent’s spirit. When 0 is hit on the spirit, they will be rendered comatose until healed by techniques retrieving the soul. This also allows Burn Heal to cause spiritual burns, aimed at the target's spirit and not body. Requires the user to have first obtained Incomplete Transformation level.

She said, with her empowered form affording her enough defensive power to completely overwhelm both attacks and remained unharmed (Yokai is treated as 155 vs the Water due to Enhanced Flames). When the enemy's techniques crumbled, she quickly resumed her intention - quickly stomping the ground, as the terrain beneath the opponent started to violently shake.

From below the surface; a giant swirling vortex of flames erupted beneath the real shinobi. It scaled 15 meters into the skies, but five meters wide as the flames violently swirled and generated a pulling motion. This would drag both the clone and the original into the flame’s vicinity and attempt to burn them alive. Mirabelle would have also passively applied the effects of “Flames of Purgatory” to the spiraling mass of power (+20 Chakra Used), with consistent exposure possibly resulting in harsh punishments.

(Katon: Barioria no Unmei) | Fire Release: Doom of Valyria

Description: An extremely powerful jutsu, Doom of Valyria allows the user to (after making 4 handseals) flood immense amounts of fire chakra into the ground, and through it raise gigantic pillar(s) of fire. These pillars will spiral ferociously as they rise which, is not just a cosmetic effect, but rather serves to imbue the rising flame with the effects of ‘Aggravate’. That is, the rotating columns of fire will, through use of convection, create shifting high to low, and low to high airflows that will serve to exert a powerful suction effect. The suction effect will span out up to short range away from the pillars, and can neutralise propulsion forces of B rank and below. The scale of this technique can be such that it would be capable of affecting large swathes of land, each pillar affecting up to a short ranged radius area and towering up to 15 meters into the sky

Note:
This technique can only be used twice, with a two turn cooldown in between uses. Once used, the user will be barred from utilising fire techniques above B rank for the rest of the turn, and cannot use fire above S rank next turn. Because of its effects, this technique is potentially fatal if used within short range of the user, unless they have some kind of countermeasure

Description: Flames of Purgatory is a technique used to extend the fundamental properties of Katon jutsu. It is considered a passive technique, is instantly activated and can apply to all future fire techniques. The effects of this jutsu are quite simple - the alteration, when applied, will utilise the infusion of additional chakra into the chosen fire technique (10/20/30) to greatly increase the exothermic power of the technique in question. From this the chosen fire technique will be produced in a state that is far hotter than usual. This won't translate into a direct increase in physical damage; what it will result in however is that the affected fire technique will radiate waves of chakra as heat as it travels. The intensity of the heat produced by these chakra waves will be so great that any enemy that stays within the vicinity (short range) of a Purgatory infused fire technique for more than a turn will begin to experience fatigue symptoms, losing (2/5/10) health from the next turn onwards per turn. As a result, it is vital that enemies extinguish the flames of Purgatory infused fire techniques on the turn that they are produced (in which case they will suffer no tangible effects), otherwise their stamina and physicality will be gradually reduced by the waves of heat so intense that prolonged exposure could lead to severe negative effects in accordance to health lost. Naturally, the intensity of the heat waves produced by the flame scales upwards in accordance to the amount of chakra added to the fire techniques creation. The greatest drawback of this technique is the large expenditures of chakra that it's affects require. This technique can be deactivated at will, lasting four turns maximum, with its effects persisting in fire techniques that it is applied to within this period until their very expiration. It can be activated twice. Once this technique ends it cannot be activated for two turns thereafter.

Ryuu quietly observed how the woman before him surged chakra throughout her body, turning it into a different kind of composition, one which was clearly very strong against both him and his clone's attacks. For a split second, he stood there stunned with his mouth a little open as he nimbly dropped back to the ground next to his clone, shocked and in awe that someone could defend against both those attacks without lifting a finger. It was quite impressive and unique. He also came to the realisation in that same moment that separate attacks which were weaker against her form would be useless, and so he would have to join forces with his clone to make an equally strong attack against her. At least she wasn't attacking him again... yet.

Nodding to his clone, they both jumped a couple of metres back by pushing against the ground, whilst Ryuu's clone performed a single hand seal. He would try this again, but at a stronger level. The clone then slammed both his hands down onto the ground, again creating two giant rock formations on either side of the woman. At the same time as he did this, Ryuu transferred extra chakra to him by touching his arm, in order to make the technique even stronger. On top of that, the clone also performed extra hand seals to add even more chakra into the technique, increasing its power and size. The extremely strong and giant rocks would come smashing together to crush the woman in between them. Ryuu would see how her form would stand against this now.

Both of these formations are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size. This is one the most strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid range from the user.

This is an advanced ability that ninjas with great chakra control can learn to use and that Bijuu possess innately. The user will release his or hers unmolded chakra onto another ninja, effectively transferring it. The technique has many uses, from restoring an allies chakra to releasing him from a Genjutsu or simply to give him more chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically boost the power of a technique. Tsunade could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal multiple people at the same time during Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to power the use of a technique, the recipient of the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him, meaning that both the transfer and the technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct contact between user and target and restores the targets chakra by up to 100 points per turn. The technique can even be used by ninjas with natural energy passively coursing through their chakra flows, as a medical ninja's near perfect chakra control enables them to filter the unwanted and sometimes harmful energy from entering the recipients chakra system.
Note: Only usable by bios with great chakra control (NB Medical Ninjas, Hyuuga bios, Canon Medical Ninjas). Bios seen using it in the manga can also use it.

Mirabelle’s attention to her opponent suddenly came closer as she squinted her eyes. “What are they doing?” she pondered enough to halt her own technique from forming. The ground beneath her rumbled once more - as she smiled and laughed with pure bliss within her. “I swear you’re a special kind of stupid” she uttered out loud as she placed her hand out. As a result, a multitude of chakra chains erupted from her palm as they all quickly spiraled and contorted - swiftly ravaging the surrounding terrain. These golden chains was the signature technique of the Uzumaki - as they whipped through the opponent’s technique due to a two key factors.

In the same time frame as their conjuring- an invisible chakra barrier was released first - quickly flushing over the terrain and ‘read’ the opposing technique. As a result, the barrier detected infusions within it and with that - absorbed one of them (Chakra Transfer). This weakened the technique by -40 while she also passively infused additional chakra from the battery located on her pouch. This would have increased the chain’s powers by an additional +20, allowing it to completely overwhelm the technique and keep herself guard.

As they occurred, she continued to move now once more now guiding the remaining chains into the general direction of both her enemies with intent on now capturing him. “You’re out of you’re league child, give up

Description: The user erects a transparent barrier that spreads out from their body up to mid-range, carrying with it no damaging properties or physical characteristics. To the untrained eye this barrier is entirely invisible, though chakra sensors and other Doujutsu users will be able to perceive its existence easily. The barrier’s purpose is temporary, acting to intercept a single technique and perform its functions on techniques or fields that have boosted or augmented it. The barrier’s mechanics allow it to ‘strip’ a single technique that it intercepts of its boosts or augmentations; in other words, the barrier must be able to physically intercept the targeted technique. Those that are intangible, like the Hands of Sloth, would be incapable of being interacted with under normal circumstances by this barrier technique unless it was modified by an external technique. In terms of boosts, this barrier is capable of stripping infusions that are directly infused into the technique in question – this counts passive infusions, as well as those actively done by techniques that infuse chakra directly into a technique. When the infusion is stripped the effects of that infusion are also removed. Note that if an infusion applies more than the chakra of this technique, then the barrier will be unable to strip the targeted boost. This technique can be used within the same timeframe as another technique, or used on its own.

(Chakurachēn) Chakra Chains

Description: Known by some members of the Uzumaki clan, this technique is the manifestation of the strongest of chakras within the clan and not a simple Ninjutsu technique. The user is able to focus and materialize chains from their body that can be used for various purposes. However, what makes it a technique that goes beyond the normal Ninjutsu category is that the user can manifest these chains in reality, using them to attack, defend or restrict a given target but can also manifest these chains in his mind, in a purely spiritual field. This enables the technique to act as defense against mental attacks (Genjutsu, Yamanaka Clan techniques, etc) by using the spiritual manifestation of the chains to "attack" the mental intrusion and dispel it. It was this ability that allowed Uzumaki Kushina and Uzumaki Mito to serve as perfect vessels for the Bijuu Kurama, as they could use it to restrict the 9 Tails Demon Fox inside their bodies. When manifested as a Ninjutsu attack, it has both great range and strength. The chains can be used to attack (each chain ends in a kunai-like spear which can be used to pierce a target as a spear or the chains can be used to slam into the target or surround it and "crush" it) or defend (using the same methods) against enemies and techniques but its main purpose is to restrict and contain targets. The restriction effect is achieved partially due to two aspects: their physical strength (which restricts the target physically, preventing it from moving) and their inherent "sealing property". This property enables the chains to have a restriction effect that goes beyond the physical restriction, preventing the target from being summoned, teleporting, etc. This effect can be boosted to a full sealing effect (including the targets ability to mold chakra, etc) if the user spends additional chakra. The effect isn't a sealing technique, however, because it will only work while the user fuels it with chakra, unlike normal seals.

( Kyuu-tsuki ) - September (Passive)

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of 10% of the wielder's normal chakra supply.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to 10% of their chakra supply from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra passively, this senjutsu chakra allows them to enter Sage Mode but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Surprised at being called stupid, when he was always ever known as intelligent, he couldn't even get angry at the woman's comment, but rather, he looked a little perplexed. He was even further surprised when she brought forth another sealing technique, as he could gauge with his eyes. Not only that, but there were chains as well, which unfortunately destroyed his earthen rocks. He would really have to up his game.

So in response, as soon as his opponent brought out the chains and used them to defend, Ryuu's clone slammed his hands onto the ground, channeling his chakra through it to lower the ground beneath the woman up till 100 metres. The ground that fell was 5 by 5 metres, with the woman in the centre. She would not be able to have a good footing, possibly limiting what she would next do. The clone used this technique in order to create some distance between them so that the chakra chains would not come to them immediately, giving them some time. The chains would not be moving faster than the earth drop, thereby effectively 'pausing' the chains.

At the same time that the clone did that, Ryuu got a little more serious and reinforced his body with Yang chakra, increasing his physical abilities to the max, whilst at the same time running towards the now hole in the ground. As the chakra chains would come up, Ryuu charged his elbows and knees with fire chakra, using them to strike at the chains in different ways, eventually getting rid of all of them. He then looked down the hole to see what the woman would do from that distance. Once the clone had completed the earth technique, he too came to join Ryuu.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

This allows him to become physically very strong (beyond the normal levels of chakra enhanced strength), increases his resistance to physical damage (decreasing 60 damage from any physical contact), his speed (boosted to 3.5x his normal speed), and grants him a passive healing of all minor wounds at 30 damage per turn. However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, he becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).
Note: Can only be used twice per battle and lasts 4 turns per use.

Conventional, boring tactics like this will never work on me” she said, making two hand seals after releasing her Blue Fire Form which upon the final one being made- Mirabelle’s body quickly broke down into hundreds if not thousands cubic orbs. The shift in anatomy made her weightless, allowing her to float over the pit the opponent made as shhung in the air watching down on him.

Not bad kiddo, but at this time- I’m just killing time until some of my techniques come off a cooldown…can only use em a certain amount of times a day so; yea…

She admitted and remained airborne as she slowly drifted towards his general direction due she also wish to learn more about his own moveset, now taking the slower approach.

Description: Through the swift formation of two hand seals – the surges their Dakuiton chakra. This willingly turns the user’s body into that of the iconic ionized ash. The ash is formed into an avian form of the user’s choosing, be it insects, birds or any winged creatures in a swarm like formation as they move. Due to their bodies natural weight being reduced, as they move in this state they are moving twice their base speed. The intentions of this technique is to act as a gap closer or inherit dodge, using the transformed state and speed as a means to achieve such a feat. However due to the user being in this state of form, they are restricted to the elements that compose of Dakuiton, alongside other basic non elemental abilities. In terms of dodging, due to the user’s small form – is capable of avoiding most techniques though those with wide range can prove to be troublesome. Techniques that overpower the transformed state will cause the user to shift back into his/her human form while taking the rest damage after interaction; while technique's which doesn't fully overcome it - the user remains in said form if they so chose thought weakened. The unique part of the user’s transformation, is that when interacting with elements weaker to Dakuiton(up to S-rank), those elements are ionized as norm – but the user remains unharmed and simply reverts back into their human form having dealt with the opposing technique. This may be used three times per battle, with a cool down of three turns between each use. The user is capable of sustaining the form for three turns, and may dodge a technique using its sheer speed once per turn at the cost of a move.

This woman was constantly evading his attacks, this time staying afloat in the air as the ground was being lowered. Although, when the duo noticed that she was not going down, the clone stopped the lowering of the earth, so it was only a few metres down at this point. The chains had come to them and Ryuu had defeated them with his attack, and now the woman was approaching them again. He waited just enough time that she was not hanging over the pit anymore but over solid ground as she approached, before rushing towards her in a burst of speed. As he reached her in a blur, he stepped aside and went behind her, delivering several one knuckle punches onto the centre of her back, all the strikes landing on the same spot. This would cause great injury, shattering her spine if not defended against.

At the same time as Ryuu was running towards the woman, his clone had shaped his right hand into a finger gun, shooting a red bullet of ink which had come from a tattoo on his hand. He also infused it with fire chakra in order to make it stronger. This bullet traveled behind Ryuu as he ran, covering it from the opponent's view. And of course, since Ryuu was a bit faster than the bullet, it would not hit him. Once Ryuu was behind the woman and was making his own attack, then the bullet would strike the woman's heart, causing great burns.

Description: The user will have three distinct tattoos located on each hand, each representing a single shot with this technique. After aiming at a target location, the user will shape their hand into a finger gun and shoot a piercing bullet of hardened ink, capable of piercing through rock easily while also moving twice the user's base speed though can only travel in a linear path thus making it quite easy to dodge at range. Can only be used thrice per battle, with a cool down of related to how much bullets where fired in a turn (i.e firing three will cause a three turn cool down). A max of three bullets can be fired per turn (with the power being divided per shot, though firing all three counts as one move). There is some aesthetics to this technique, such as the color of the fired ink blast and the dormant tattoo state, all being up to personal preference of the user.

(Ninpo: Iro no Tatchi)- Ninja Art: Touch of Color

Description: With the ability to manipulate Ink, the user will go through the delicate process of infusing the substance with elemental chakra. In doing so the ink will change color depending on the nature of chakra present within it, with the exception of Doton chakra. Katon turns the ink blood red, Suiton turns it blue, Raiton turns it purple, and Futon turns it into a faded grey color. In addition to changing the color, each elemental nature also changes how the ink behaves. Red Ink becomes scalding to the touch, like boiling water while Blue Ink is viscous and sticky similar to starch syrup technique. Doton channeled Black Ink contains properties of Super Added Weight Rock Technique. When contact is made with the ink technique the affected target would have its’s/their weight increased.(Initially 10x, then 30x, 50x, etc). The weight increase remains as long as contact with the ink exists + one turn after the removal of the ink for 10x increase, two turn after for 30x, three turns after for 50x etc. Purple Ink numbs whatever it touches due to lightning coursing through. (Numbing would last for one turn)Lightning would work similar to how lightning is channeled through liquid and water, having the ink technique electrolysed in a sense, which in turn affects the target. Grey Ink is given great cutting capabilities when used in pressurized streams or solid constructs the wind would surround the ink construct similar to a shroud, thus removing the possibility of negatively affecting the ink technique. This technique can be used as a standalone to create weapons, animals, and constructs of ink using scrolls or other methods of ink usage. It can also be applied in the same timeframe of another Ink technique for added damage.

Note(s):
-Usable three times per battle, with a turn cool down in between.
-The user can imbue the ink technique with more than one element once every three turns, although elements strong/weak to eachother can not be infused at the same time. The damage increase remains at +20 to the ink technique.
-Can't be coupled with other Ink boosts.
