Stepping into the arena once more, Mirabelle couldn’t help but yawn – she has been here for several days now fighting simply to keep in shape. One’s truly been a challenge for her as yet but there was something rather off with her new challenger. Her eyes…they weren’t normal, or at least if they were then they were simply weird as shit. However, who was her to judge considering she had split personalities. Never the less, she didn’t wait for the introductions. She would simply zip her jacket down, tying the sleeves to her waist as she prepared for the fight. “Let’s try this…” she said to herself as she made four hand seals. This immediate process of would cause three swords of chakra to form around her in a triangular formation, as a sealing script immediately ran from them.

This causes Emily to become restrained by the force of the technique pushing her down but also feeling her chakra being suppressed. She wasn’t done yet; as the last seal was made with specific intentions. The first is the passive application of Wuxing being applied to the technique as it was wrapped in the external variant but also adding in a minor amount of chakra to increase its efficiency.

Once this was finished; Mirabelle simply ends the combination – as she would make another seal, allowing for her to create a mist around the battlefield made of Seraphic Water.

Description: SotRL is one of the more powerful and unique fuinjutsu that was created. The user will start off by doing three handseals, one for each "sword". Doing this, the user will cause three swords made of pure chakra to strike down from above the opponent in a triangle formation in an mid range radius. Once the swords strike the ground, a seal formula will form doing two things. The first thing that will happen, will create a powerful force pushing them down, similar to MIE, restricting them from movement. The second thing that will happen will be the disruption of the opponents chakra, not allowing the opponent to form chakra above A rank. The swords can be broken by A-Rank equivalent damage. The sealing potency of the swords cannot be augmented.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.

Note: chunin can only use this technique every three turns. Jounin can use the technique once every two turns. Dragon/Head Ninja can use this technique once every other turn, and master ninja can use this once per turn.
Note: Passive use of this technique at any rank increases the cool down duration per use by one turn and can only be utilized 4 times per battle.
Note: S-rank version of this technique can only be used once every three turns.

(Iryo Ninjutsu: Hijoushoku ) Medical Technique: Emergency Provisions (Passive)

Description: A basic application that demonstrates the superior chakra control traits of a medical ninja. Initially trained into understanding the essentials of chakra control - this technique seeks to emphasize on this to a certain degree. Passively activated, the user may use this technique to willingly allow an increment of +10 to be infused into a single technique of their choosing. This of course under normal circumstances would prove to be useless in battle - but in some situations such as with Fuinjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu or other abilities in general this proves to he highly beneficial. This can be used once per technique, capping at +10 chakra. This technique cannot be used in consecutive turns.
(Seraphumizuton: Tamieru no Shitsumei; Fumetsu Kiri)- Seraphic Water: Tamiel's Blindness; Undying Fog

Description: With a single hand seal the user will release either from his body or any existing Seraphic Water sources within mid ranged of his position an immensely thick variant of the release: mist. Although technically fog due to its density, the technique more or less behaves like mist where it greatly hampers the opponent's visuals. When active, the Undying Fog renders anyone (other than the user) within it unable to see past 4m of their position in any direction. Doujutsu is also ineffective as the fog is permeated with the user's chakra, acting like a screen both to natural and supernatural senses. What makes the technique noteworthy though are three things: true to its name, the Undying Fog is seemingly limitless in that so long as the user keeps the chakra upkeep it will keep spewing from its source (be it the user's body or a Seraphic Water source) and is able to last more than the turn it is created up to 5 turns at a time. The second is that the fog carries with it the regular properties of the Seraphic Water element, where if it comes in contact with living things it immediately gets to work desiccating the opponent(s) from the outside, with emphasis on moist tissue/areas such as the eyes, exposed flesh, etc. But on the inside... If the fog is breathed, ingested, or taken into the body by other means, it causes great nausea in the first turn, preventing opponent(s) from performing techniques above A ranked. On the second turn the nausea turns to uncontrollable vomiting, which needless to say prevents the opponent from doing most things such as standard rotary movement like walking or forming more than two hand seals at a time. On the third turn diarrhea kicks in. By this time the opponent(s) would lose almost half of their bodies' natural water and will begin to look mummified. By the third turn the aforementioned effects would have almost doubled along with the opponent having very blurry vision as the moisture is sucked from their eyes. If the opponent doesn't leave the mist or remove it by the end of the third turn they will perish unless immediate medical attention is had, at which point the technique would come to an end. If the opponent manages to leave the Fog the turn it is performed then they would escape before any of it harmful effects take hold. However, if the target fails to flee or dispel the Undying Fog after one turn, any of its effects (i.e the nausea, vomiting, etc) will linger for one turn after, even if they manage to leave. But not to be entirely linear, the Undying Fog can also be used as a source for other Seraphic Water techniques by having it condense back into mostly liquid. However, if used to fuel a Seraphic Water technique above A ranked, it is immediately terminated and will go on a three turn cool down. Regular usage places it on a two turn cool down.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.

Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for other Rinnegan bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. Description: Arcane Bond is an F-Ranked Advanced Fuuinjutsu body seal technique developed by Emily Kaldwin I. Arcane Bond is a seal/tattoo that can be placed on any location of the user's body. This fuuinjutsu is unique in it's ability to link the user and the Gedo Statue in a similar way to how a Jinchuriki is linked to their Bijuu. By foregoing the ability to summon the Gedo Statue, the user is able to seal the Gedo Statue within this kanji formula. This Kanji formula allows the user to be linked to the Gedo Statue within the seal, giving them access to the Gedo Statue's techniques. The statue while sealed within this Kanji forumla is dormant and immobile, not granting the Gedo Mazo capabilities to break Genjutsu for the user. However, if these techniques require certain activation of paths, those paths have to be activated before technique usage. Also, this technique does not grant the user the Gedo Statue's defensive capabilities. What Arcane Bond does do is increase the potency of chakra rods produced by the user. While not a damage boost, Arcane Bond passively increases the potency of chakra receiver rods, granting them the ability to negatively influence the opponent by injecting the user's chakra into them with these rods. This affects the targets ability to mold chakra properly, reducing the strength of their techniques by one rank, these debuffs usually last as long as the chakra receiver rods are within the target's body.

Gift From The Outsider - (Bugai-sha kara no okurimono)

Description: Gift from the Outsider is a weapons utilized by Empress Emily Kaldwin that takes the form of a sword . The sword is made entirely of Chakra Receiver Rod material due to Emily's usage of the Rinnegan allowing her to produce this weapons from anywhere in her body for usage, and as a result can reproduce this sword if it should be destroyed at the cost of 40 chakra from her body. Attacks with the Gift from the Outsider do S ranked damage and cost a move per turn. The Folding Sword is a three foot sword capable of cutting through most materials. The true abilities of Gift From the Outsider reside in the chakra rod material to transmit the user's chakra over distances. This comes into play when using any of the Six Paths, as a result Gifts From The Outsider gain additional abilities depending on which of the Six Paths are active.

Preta Path: While the Preta Path is active, Gift from the Outsider is capable of absorbing chakra and techniques regardless of their chakra nature following the same restrictions as ( Fūjutsu Kyūin ) - Blocking Technique Absorption Seal . This absorption method is done by intercepting an attack with the blade of the sword. However, this can only be done twice per battle with each usage taking a move in a turn. However, unlike the Blocking Technique Absorption Seal, the chakra from the absorbed technique is stored within the sword itself and is not transferred to the user.

Asura Path: Under the effects of the Asura Path, the user is able to transform the sword into a handheld crossbow that is no larger than the size of a pistol. This crossbow is capable of shooting chakra rod crossbow bolts that reach into long range. The crossbow due to its compact size is capable of firing these crossbow bolts silently. These crossbow bolts do that same damage as the regular attacks of this technique.

Human Path: Using the ability to remove the soul of its target, the Gift From the Outsider is capable of piercing or slashing an opponent weakening their spirit/soul. While this ability cannot completely remove the soul of target, it is possible to weaken mental and spiritual techniques utilized their opponent causing a debuff to the opponent weakening their Genjutsu, Yin Release techniques, Dojutsu or other spiritual based techniques by one rank. This debuffing effect lasts for a total of three turns.

Emily passively activates her chakra sensing ability after her opponent completed her three and detects three chakra entities above her. It seemed she wanted to utilize a surprise attack . Tapping into her Arcane Bond, Emily produced an omnidirectional shockwave from her body to destroy the swords that had formed above her and began to descend. This shockwave continued towards the opponent.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.

Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

( Gedō Mazō Shōgeki no nami ) - Demonic Statue of the Outer Path Shockwave

As said the technique would be reduced to B rank; with you currently under the technique’s effect due to not breaking the swords.




Mirabelle was a bit perplexed, considering that the opponent seemed to have created/unleashed a technique intended to destroy the swords but it seemed to have failed. Never the less, she would call froth a squadron of roughly one hundred water assassins that immediately swarm into life. They would all rush towards the wave of chakra, tanking the blow and continuing towards the enemy. Mirabelle would have made a seal, causing a parasite to become attached to the assassins that the moment they make contact with the wave, it would reduce it in power even more.

This causes the parasite to immediately become attached to the woman as well, further weakening her potential chance of escaping. She would then make a quick set of hand seals, causing a giant wave of ionized ash to be summoned forth from the terrain in front of her. This wave would effectively crush the opponent under the weight but also ionized her body to the point that forcefully turn her into the element as well.

Description: The user will channel their water chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of mist with a slight blueish hue. This is the brother technique of "Wind Release: Leap of Faith" and thus has very similar applications to that of its wind brother. However, it does contain some slight mechanical differences due to its watery composition. The assassin's may be able to disperse themselves into mist, or form into their regular shape at any time, and passively may do so. This allows them to effectively evade physical based attacks and continue their assault. However, they may not attack in mist form. But when in mist form, they do possess a defensive capability to sustain their presence of the field. This mist form allows the assassins to supplement what its brother technique could not do, and that was block against attacks. When used in offensive purposes, the mist will condense its water droplets tightly and essentially "turn" into a water form, quite solid, and able to pierce, stab, and slash the opponent in similar methods to its wind counterpart. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

(Inton: Gaki no Jutsu) - Yin Release: Hungry Ghost Technique

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.

(Dakuiton: Sakusei no Mukou ) Dark Vacuity Release: Void of Creation

Description: Void of Creation encompasses the basic formations of the element. Exploiting the ionized ash particles, the wielder is capable of forming it into its standardized cubic form or in any form he/she desires. This includes, but not limited to, basic constructs such as tools, body surges, waves, weaponry, spikes etc. It is only limited to the imagination of the user, as the formation can begin/manipulated from anywhere in the terrain (though must be spawned at least five meters away from the intended human), directly from the body and or through direct contact with solid material. The structures forged imitate their realistic counterpart with an array of coloring detail, thus making the creation made from the ionized-ash quite realistic.

As outlined in the element however, should the ash come into contact with solid material/water etc, the ionized ash will cause it to collapse upon itself. Should the ash be stronger – it’s capable of ionizing the target before assimilating it within itself and returning back into its compact form, although a bit weaker. The user can control the implosion not to trigger, remaining inert if he or she chooses too. During a process of implosion there’s two types of interactions that occur under certain circumstances; A) when this jutsu physically interacts with a solid object, the ionizing of the targeted object of aim happens in a process of it being ionized (short-range subjects will be pulled into the wind drafts created by this implosion) before it’s broken down into energy becoming ionized ash altogether, B) when this jutsu interactions with a non-solid element, unlike regular interactions this will cause ionized particles fumes which are able to change the area’s illumination to the user’s choice (perceivable to the human eye), upon overcoming the interaction as it assimilated it within itself. If this jutsu was countered/ if that interaction results in this jutsu becoming overwhelmed, segments of ionized ash will succumb and remain mundane in the area of effect and with no inherit chakra. It should be noted that these effects are outlined for all Dark Vacuity based techniques, requiring the user to post this technique as a reference each time or simply mentioning it at the start of the battle.

Note: This technique needs one handseal to form the B rank version, two for the A rank and three for the S ranks. In the case of the S ranks being used, the user is unable to use Dark Vacuity Release techniques A rank and above for the same and next turn, while A rank use causes them from using above S rank for the same amount of time. A rank may be used thrice per battle, while the S ranks twice per battle with each use having a cool down of two turns. Fumes utilized to creating an area illumination are hazards to the opponent, if they so much so in inhale them, it would result in -10 dmg to their health per turn, for each turn they're inhaling them. The user may create multiple constructs, however the power is divided evenly among them based on the rank used.
