Terrain (Mid Range Start):
Kusasōgen is rich in forests of bamboo and, more interestingly, giant mushrooms. The two rarely intertwine and the local inhabitants often shield one from the other to keep both healthy. A rare, black and white species of bear lives in the bamboo forests, while its mushroom counterpart is mostly uninhabited by animals larger than insects and small birds. Kusasōgen also features a number of rivers, upon the banks of which many of its villages and towns can be found. A number of deep ravines can also be found here, though bridges have been built across most of these.
I'll be utilizing Mirabelle in signature (slight outdate, no longer has Alcohol Release and now has Perfume Release instead) , post your bio and declare whose got first move.

Oh? Faye my darling!” Mirabelle was amazed at her lover somehow managing to find her here. Or at least, originally. She remembered she gave her one of those cards, allowing Faye to track her down no matter where she went via a piece of her soul being attached to the card. An air of ominous intent rolled into Mirabelle’s mind, as she loomed at the idea of a confrontation to come about. “You’ve gotten stronger…I can feel it” she said, two katana’s mounted on either side of her hip, realizing that Faye might be a bit upset with her antics. “Look…I know I haven’t been the best girlfriend in the world…but coming at me with angst isn’t going to help you here…besides…we both know you aren’t strong enough to beat me…” she intentionally provoked her in a sense.

Besides…”; Mirabelle’s tone became a lot more somber, a familiar feeling of love and cherishing memories flushing into her mind. A light, almost invisible mist would leak from her rosy lips, filling the air around her with a lavishly smelling scent, one of which would discretely enter into Faye’s nostrils. Mirabelle approached her, arms wide open as she came to embrace her lover, the sweet sense of roses was quite potent, as the mystic and ever fickle Mirabelle approached Faye with a hug. “My sweet heart…” she said, leaning in and pressing her soft lips onto Faye’s. Of course, this little ruse would be merely an illusion casted by Mirabelle. She would keep herself however masked within the illusion, thought it mattered little considering Faye's innate skill.

Description: This is a very discrete genjutsu, both in it's casting and it's effect. To cast, the user simply needs to do an hand gesture, in the direction of the target. It doesn't change anything about surroundings with the exception of people, and the immediate terrain they're placed. In essence, it allows the user to change how someone perceives someone else, and even create illusionary copies of people the user knows. The illusion is complimented with slight changes to the terrain, like bending foliage, opening doors, etc, but only if manipulated by the illusionary people. It can also remove people from the target's perspective, or remove certain characteristics of someone within sensory range of the target. While inside the genjutsu, the target is free to move and speak, which the user is able to respond through any of the illusionary creations, or him/herself, case the user chooses not to disappear.
It masks slight ambient alteration by "hidden" people, such as footsteps and speech, but not techniques. Likewise, the illusionary people can't perform techniques, only speak and interact through body motions.

Description: This technique stands as the ability to change the medium of a Genjutsu to that of scent, utilizing Perfume chakra to cast the Genjutsu. This can be done handsealessly, spiting out a nearly invisible mist of vaporous colorful perfume that will spread up to 15 meters in a direction or all around (Short-Mid) or with 1 handseal, allowing the user to grow a great flower, resembling a voodoo lily, made of liquid perfume, within range, though at least 3 meters from the opponent which will spread the scent 15 meters around it (Short-Mid for creation of flower; Genjutsu effect up to Mid-range around the flower).

*The mist/flower remain active for 2 turns in the air unless countered or dispersed. The scent itself has the autonomy of 1 turn without the support of it's origin.*
*Can only be used 4 times for an A rank Genjutsu, and 2 time for an S rank Genjutsu*
*The genjutsu used through this technique must be posted along. The chakra cost will still stand for both ( 10 + Genjutsu ), but it will count as 1 jutsu*
*The mist itself is a D-Rank Perfume technique in strength and can be countered following normal elemental strengths and weaknesses; rank of the illusion cast is that of the original illusion with no added strength*

If you really want that feeling…come get it by force” she mentally said to herself, as she flanked from Faye’s left side; quickly allowing the terrain to be filled with a potent technique, as Algae immediately bursts from underneath her feet and started to cover the area completely - producing a jungle of algae, crafting an ideal world. “I will bury you here…not after the betrayal!” she snarled, as she freely controlled some of the seaweed spires to wrap around the waist of Faye, alongside her arms and legs, sinking her into the bottom of the pit.

Description: This technique involves the creation of masses of algal sludge from either a water source, moisture rich earth, or through the release of rapidly proliferating algal blooms that will spread out from the user's body into layers of expanding algal sludge. The sludge will exhibit an incredible growth rate that will have it multiply in size several times per second - the end result will be perhaps the most powerful terrain-change afforded by Algae techniques. The battlefield will morph so that every square inch is covered by thick, expanded layers of algae sludge that will blanket unevenly across the terrain. At certain points the blanket of sludge will peak into giant twists and tangles of seaweed that will spire up from the layer of sludge high into the air. While numerous spores will be released from the sludge and spires to harmlessly float about the battlefield. Ultimately, this technique will bear resemblance to the birth of an algae forest, or perhaps world. While the user will be capable of traversing over the layers of sludge unencumbered, opponents will find their footing unstable and the viscosity of the sludge precarious, resulting in a 3 point reduction in their base speed. Furthermore, the sludge will cut contact with the ground below and passively metabolise both earth and water, therefore preventing the use of earth or water techniques from the ground below (excluding those above S-Rank), and, the algae, being especially predatory towards water will prevent the materialisation of water from the air by rapidly absorbing any precipitation to remain hydrated. Water or Earth released from elsewhere will, if in contact with Genesis Algae for a turn be passively metabolised and transformed to become a part of the Algae forest. The Algae forest can be easily destroyed by a suitable lightning or wind natured technique of adequate scale. The sludge and seaweed can be passively manipulated for supplementary and obstructive purposes, such as binding and defense.
-Can only be used twice, lasts until destroyed and upon destruction has a four turn cooldown between uses.
-Any spores on the battlefield will be triggered by the initiation of Genesis, and will rapidly proliferate and expand into Genesis sludge so as to facilitate a faster creation of an Algal world.
-No Algae techniques above A rank for the rest of the turn.

Faye yet again finds herself in interesting lands. The area was filled with bamboo and giant mushrooms, a combination rarely seen. At least she wasn't exploring the strange forests alone, Bermuda accompanied her and the two conversed as they made their way through the forest. The two arrived to the place where Faye was to meet Mira, Bermuda would stay behind at long range as Faye kept walking towards Mira arms crossed. Although slightly annoyed at her girlfriend, she still loved her, but she wouldn't let her off the hook without getting a few answers, even if by force.


Anyways, I'll let my new partner handle this. I would like to see what you're capable of so I'll won't assist you too much. Bemuda said to Faye mentally.

The ambrosial scent of roses filled the air as Mirabelle approached Faye, arms wide open. Faye would lift her eyebrow in annoyance as she watched her girlfriend's soul begin to move towards her left despite Mira visually still "walking towards her."
Arms still crossed Faye would release an omnidirectional lightning based attack through the ground through her legs, whilst simultaneously clenching them to release her leg weights. The lightning would rip through Mirabelles technique and electrocute her, thus paralyzing her and causing her to fall face first on the ground.


Angst? You're running around everywhere, doing god knows what with god knows who, probably that red haired ska- ... woman, and I'm being angsty!? You're talking to me about betrayal? How exactly did I betray you? You know people have seen you kissing tavern wenches right!?

Faye slowly approached Mirabelle performing a single handseal and compressing the air around Mira's ankles.

I cannot find the leg weights jutsu just pretend its there

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Description: A basic automated clamp designed to read the electrical input of muscles contracting allowing the user to simply flex in a specific way to release them. These clamps are integrated into Leg Weights to hold them in place. Allowing the user to simply flex their leg in a specific manner to passively release the weight gives them freedom of mobility. These clamps give no added bonus or benefit other than releasing the weights in a more versatile way, better suited for combat.

Description: A jutsu originally developed to be used on prisoners ,the user performs a lone handseal before focusing their fuuton chakra around their target's ankles or wrists, using this chakra the user will compress the air around the joint until it's very dense and heavy, so dense that it gives off a bright blue glow, this "heavy air" is attached to the ankles or wrists depending on which joint is targeted, due toits immense density and small volume, the compressed air has a lot of mass and weight and would weigh down the targeted joint.
Note: The compressed reduces the target joint's speed by 5 points i.e if a target's leg speed is 20 and this jutsu is used on his ankles, his leg speed gets cut down to 15 as they aren't used to the immense weight and also the damage from this joints is reduced by 10 i.e say...if this jutsu is used on a ninja's wrist, the punches or palm thrusts jutsu the target pulls off from this hand gets a - 10 damage as long as this jutsu is active.

Mirabelle’s attempt to flank was intercepted, or at least seemingly - as the omnidirectional nature of the electrical stream was aimed to be channeled through the surface of the terrain. Mirabelle’s eyes narrowed for a moment, as she overheard Faye’s claims which honestly caused a smile to creep on the maiden’s face. “So it’s about that?” Mirabelle thought, fully amused at her little lover’s jealousy over it. The electrical technique would have been handled with - as Mirabelle simply quick draw her blade, Hagakure to be exact and slashed downward, generating a powerful defensive wind sword, splitting the approaching electricity down the middle. Despite parting the technique - it required no chakra to achieve, and thus allowed her to perform a ninjutsu at the same time.

(Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu: Yamato Takeru) - Weapon Art/Sword Art: Gathering Clouds

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu or Bukijutsu, it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra-based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

Notes:
- The B rank and below version of this technique has unlimited usage, while A rank can be used four times and S rank two times.
- If used by a Samurai with Samurai Sabre Skill, the effective range of the technique will be increased.
- This technique can be used not only through swords, but other weapons as well.

For someone who’s abilities are designed to allow her to control her emotional state a lot better than others, you really are naïve to believe each and every person who whispers in your ear. It’s unbecoming of you…Faye…color me disappointed!” she said, as she utilized the mist as a source for her next technique.

Immediately; Mirabelle controlled the perfume mist as she repurposed it into another technique - allowing three arrows of purple perfume to form, as she molded its shape. It’s lavender scent was quite pungent as it quickly fired off directly from behind the opponent’s location - but these weren’t designed to cause any damage, as the three arrows splashed onto the surface and released their scent into the air up to 20 meters around. The scent would cause general irritation to the opponent’s eyes, but it couldn’t be said the same for her summoning companion.

Bermuda would quickly be inflicted with a sense of familiarity with Mirabelle; viewing her as an object of interest…but it viewed Faye as an enemy. As such, Bermuda would turn to Faye - and quickly striking her down with it’s fist - preventing Faye from performing her next intended technique. “How does it feel to be betrayed by your own ally, Faye? DO YOU NOW FEEL AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IT FELT LIKE WHEN YOU LEFT ME FOR HELLSING?! YOU ACT LIKE YOU DON’T KNOW, BUT YET YOU VERY CLEARLY DO! DON’T TAKE ME FOR SOME KIND OF IDIOT, FAYE!” Mirabelle yelled, tears welling at her eyes - as the sheer and raw emotion started to get to her, her voice cracking as she high octaves she normally wouldn't be able to.

Description: Allows the user to preform any Water element jutsu using the main release perfume with an added +10 chakra cost. This does not add to the damage of the water jutsu. This technique works by expelling perfume in its vaporized form which will mix with the water and transfer it's properties to it, as such, when a water jutsu is used short range (spat, released from one's hands, etc), it can come out out infused with the Main Release perfume, with a slight glow like tiny diamond petals, of varying color, depending on the user. This jutsu is always coupled with a water jutsu. The combination will retrieve the chakra cost from both techniques, but will only count as one move towards the turn's count.

Embed in this skill is the ability to use Water/Perfume chakra to manipulate a standing source of liquid perfume, as the perfume's body is heavily composed of water, in addition to the ethanol, infused with scented minerals and chakra, thus allowing jutsu that require a water source to be used with perfume, the range depending on the water technique. With water chakra, through the use of water techniques, the user can pick up active perfume techniques and give them new shapes and motions. The perfume will retain it's properties and time-restrictions, or use water jutsu to pick up inert perfume ( perfume techniques past their time-restriction ), and give them new shapes and motion. The inert perfume is composed mainly of alcohol/water, and will keep perfume's main release S/W, without it's pheromone based scent. If used with a Perfume technique, the user will reinvigorate the inert perfume and give it new properties, instead of using whatever source the perfume technique described.

This technique will then be purely passive, the only jutsu adding to the chakra cost and move count being the perfume technique that stands as the source and the water/perfume technique that stands as the motion. The opponent is unable to do the same, as the perfume is infused with the user's personal chakra, likewise, the user is not able to manipulate other Perfume User's techniques, as each perfume is personal.

Description: The user joins the fingers, before stretching them out like pulling a bow string, creating up to 3 long arrows made of a purple-ish perfume, with fletchings made of dotted iris petals, which she can then shoot up to long range. Once they hit something solid, instead of piercing through, they will spread their scent up to 20 meters, whereas in arrow form the scent only reaches 5. Although imperceptible for humans, the scent will cause the animals to feel hostility towards their owners/summoners/allies, putting them in a state of confusion and anger, and making them attack, while at the same time creating a sense of familiarity and friendship towards the user. An underlying genjutsu will enhance the physiological reaction by showing the user in a form of a parent or a an object of affection, needing to be protected and the opponent as a form of adversity, food, etc.

I've lived long enough to know and read the souls of people Mirabelle. Yours wavered when i mentioned the tavern wenches, so I know there's truth to what i've heard.

As she spoke she would feel three light splashes on her back followed by a strong lavender scent. It was then that she realised that Mirabelle must've learned a new scent based skill. Things would definitely be harder from here on out.

I can sense how hurt you are about me joining helsing, just as I can sense the sudden hostility in the soul of my rapidly approaching summon.

As Faye said this she would simply release the summon causing it to poof away a cloud of smoke as she continued.

And just so we're clear, I never left you Mira, you left me. You went on your own adventures, and so did I. What did you want? For me to stay on Mount Katsuryoku just waiting for you to return? Your problem with Alucard is between the both of you, I'm very much capable of loving you and working with him. He helped me when I needed it, befriended me when all I was by myself roaming the lightning mountains while you were off with that red head enjoying your life. Tell me Mira did you even ONCE think of me while you were living it up!?

Using her full speed Faye would burst forward delivering an explosive palm thrust to Mirabelle's Sternum. This was not all however, upon contact a nerve toxin would enter Mira's body before she's sent flying backwards. Her sternum and other surrounding bones would be shattered and the wind knocked out of her. This would only worsen as she coughs up blood from her ribs shattering inwards puncturing her lungs. I wouldn't instantly kill her though.
Although Mira would be able to track Faye's speed without her leg weights, her own would be severely lacking and also further hindered by the wind shackles around her wrists and ankles, blocking would be impossible.

(Kisenonton: Bakuretsu Kūhashō) Xenon Style: Explosive Air Palm Thrust

Description: Explosive Air Palm Thrust is a powerful technique, which can cause heavy damage to opponents with ease. One would often get this technique confused with an Taijutsu technique. The user generate a tremendous amount of Xenon into their fist, then once formed the user will thrust their hands forward creating a powerful explosive shockwave of xenon. This technique is able to disperse or break techniques and even repel them up to 5 meters away. The blunt damage from this attack, can easily break bones if it connects to somebody body, while even knocking the wind out of their body.
Note: Can only use twice per battle

Note: The user can only use this burst of wind to push objects weaker than it is. If the object is of equal strength or greater, it will break said object or fail.

(Dokuton: Doku no idō) Poison Release: Poison Transference

Description: Poison transference is a basic ability which allows poison users to transfer poisons from one organism into another, either through the user or a whole other being. The technique somewhat uses the properties the Nerve Agent Technique by allowing the user (after performing 2 handseals) turn any part of their body or entire body into a yellowish-brown nerve affecting gas of poison. The gas is a regular pain inducing nerve agent that enters the body through the pores or via inhalation. If it enters via pores the nerves within and slightly around of the area of the opponent which made contact with the gas (e.g. a fist, arm, leg etc.) will shortly after begin a burning/stinging sensation which will gradually become worse with every turn until the opponent is unable to manipulate chakra correctly, perform hand signs or think coherently due to the immense pain which they are in. At the most they would probably wish death was a better option than the pain. Eventually they would pass out from the pain by his/her 5th turn. Inhaling said nerve agent would obviously work faster causing a mild headache which would turn to a full-blown migraine by the second turn after which since they inhaled the gas, all the nerves inside their body would be set ablaze with intense pain, knocking them out by the 4th turn.

Note:
- With the addition of another handseal the user is able to turn the gas into their own custom poison in which case symptoms and effects of the technique will follow ONLY the rules of their own custom poison.
- Alternatively the user can choose not to perform the handseals at all and still be able to transfer the nerve agent via their own pores, as long as the user is making physical contact with the opponent. The handseals are strictly to turn the body/parts of the body into the gas.
- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- Cooldown period of 2 turns per battle
- Can only be taught by El Alucard

Yea, you’ve completely lost it, if you can’t even read my soul properly then I don’t know what to tell you anymore…” Mirabelle’s tears dried up, her sense of hurt quickly fading and being replaced with anger. Now she was starting to realize how much Alucard and his band of merrymen brainwashed Faye. “I did, and it seems I was foolish to believe you’d understand me…so let me correct my mistake and bring you back, by my side and away from that shithole you call a home now”. With the summon no longer being an additional issue, Mirabelle sighed as Faye rushed after her though Mirabelle had already decided how she will intercept her opponent. Without needing to make a hand seal; Mirabelle would release a pinkish liquid scented with the allure of sexual desire, smell of sex and lustful intent was littered in the liquid, though it was a unique one, only Mirabelle and Faye would know about. It would firstly break the bindings on her (carries no damage and Liquid Perfume is stronger than Vaporized Perfurme). As this occurred, it would have been molded into a depiction of a ladies’ hand, as the liquid managed to tank the blow of the Xenon, as Mirabelle had also empowered it with an additional amount of chakra into it. A very sexually charged Mirabelle approached, as the hand grabbed onto Faye but not crushing her, as music started to legit play across the terrain.

Description: Grande-Plié allows the user to materialize a large quantity of Main Release perfume from her body and direct it to the opponent in a multitude of manners. The strength and quantity of the perfume are dependent on the chakra and rank used.After the user directs the perfume, the user is able to change the direction once, with one handseal. The liquid has the appearance of a swarm of jasmine blossoms and fine brioches, even though it's a concise mass of liquid. A particularity of this technique is that, while having the properties of Main Release perfume, its actual scent is variable, allowing for the user to mimic any smell, be it chocolate, croissants, fruits, etc. Exposure to air has the perfume become scentless and inert after 3 turns.

Note: B rank and higher can only be done once every 2 turns. A rank can only be used 5 times. S rank can only be used 3 times per battle.

Description: A unique technique that utilizes the chakra of which a Bijuu is capable of transferring into it's Jinchuriki. This chakra is commonly refered in two different types, negative white chakra and positive black chakra as seen when a Jinchuriki/Bijuu is stabilizing the ratio within a Bijuudama. However this is infusion technique in which allows the Jinchurki to separately infuse one of the mentioned chakra forms above in order to achieve unique effects, while also recreating the ratio balance within i.e elemental ninjutsu.

Positive Black Chakra when infused into a technique of the Jinchuriki becomes mixed into the technique; allowing for the selected technique to have it's nautral weakness removed and instead behave akin to Bijuu Chakra; thus being neutral to all. This process is done by tampering with the ratio of the technique, allowing for the infused jutsu to be created just as normal but with the additional chakra it would play the role of neutralizing the selected technique. The infused technique of course remains the same; having i.e fire still capable of dealing burning damage etc. One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more darker than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.
Negative White Chakra when infused into a technique of the Jinchuriki becomes mixed into the technique; will seek to become enhanced and gain far more power than before. The technique in question will gain an additional rank for A Ranks and below while S Ranks and above will gain +20. This is based on the idea of wanting to empower other techniques the Bijuu has no inherit affinity towards such as the Nibi towards Fire Release and as such cannot be applied to it. One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more lighter than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.

Each infusion can only be used twice per battle; though the technique over all may be used four times. Infusion lasts as long as the applied technique, while this technique goes on a two turn cool while no S Rank and above Bijutsu in the same and next turn.

Description: Eywa encapsulates the user's universal control over Algae. Through the use of a single handseal, the user can birth algae, or re-shape preexisting algae into various offensive, defensive, or supplementary structures of varying strengths and sizes. By exploring the full spectrum of Algae’s semi-solid, formless and aggregate nature various effects can be achieved, such as waves and blasts of sludge-esque algae, densely packed algae for hard walls, rigid spears, spikes and the like, or shaped yet flexible structures such as whips or tendrils and so on. Algae can adopt various hues and colours, continuously grow and proliferate if left unattended. Birthed algae can either be released from the user's’ body, from a source of water (whole or aggregate), a pre-existing source of algae, or from moisture saturated earth, and its strength and size will vary according to the amount of chakra utilised to create it. In the case of reshaping existing algae however, the size and strength will correlate to that of the original structures. Eywa also facilitates the creation of seaweed-esque structures, and the release of Algal spores that can be triggered at a later date.( These being generic spores that entail generic applications explored and alluded to within the CE submission.)
- At the cost of 10 chakra per turn, the user can sustain control over created structures for continuous manipulation that allows structures to be guided through land, sea or sky, this however limits the user to the usage of Algae, the elements it is composed of, and non elemental abilities. It can be maintained for a maximum of four turns.
- By expending 5 chakra the user can amplify the colour pigments of the created algal bloom for the effect of bioluminescence- bioluminescence is prevalent across a variety of algae species and - in accordance with Algae's generalist catch-all nature, and the nature of Eywa as a generalist technique of such an element, the effect of bioluminescence can be summoned in Eywa Algae. Bioluminescent algae will glow with an intense light.
- S ranked applications require two handseals and can only be utilized thrice.

(Sandāu~ēbu ) - Thunderwave (Passive)

Description: Thunderwave is a basic chest plate outfitted with a surround sound speaker system, and a microphone. It can be used to play music or make noises more audible than normal similar to a karaoke machine. It is able to produce sound louder than most techniques or the clashing of techniques and can be much louder than the user or opponent can scream. In essence it can act like the (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique passively at all times being louder and stronger than even that basic technique. It comes pre-loaded with all of the wielder's favorite songs. In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.
(Kansō) Requip (Passive)

Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed.
