Vincent would be sat mediating with his 6 orbs sat around his neck a a necklace as an stranger approached him the women would be pale white almost as white as milk, she would have a strange attire and she wasn't obviously here for pleasantry's although Vincent wouldn't be taking any chances while mediating Vincent would begin to draw in the nature energy that is in the environment around them, he would draw this in an mix it with his own charka making a separate charka pool of senju charka as he drawed it in. "seems like your a long way from the beaten path stranger... and your path juist happened to cross mine do you find that mysterious or perhaps the fate drew you towards here... anyways im of no threat im just out here mediating and taking in the scenery away from civilisation and preying eyes.. what is your purpose here" Vincent would be trying to draw out an conversion with this woman while he entered his imperfect sage mode.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

Description: Special drone Orbs created by a Monk named Zenyatta. These Orbs are created out of an unknown chakra metal and filled with Zenyatta's chakra. The user will have six orbs that hover near the user or that can be warn like a large necklace. The user can freely manipulate these orbs through an attached transceiver connected behind the users ears. They supply their own power source within them via batteries. Depending on the type of orb used, they will create a link to a target glowing yellow for Harmony or purple for Discord. This link will supply a different effect to a target depending on the type of orb used.
Orb of Discord: Amplifies any amount damage the target takes by 30 additional damage. This doesn't cause damage, only increases the amount of damage a target receives.
Orb of Harmony: Slowly restores 15 health to the target per turn when wounded, or reduces the amount of damage they take by 30. Only one effect can be in place at a time.
These orbs can be directed to a target within a mid-ranged area. Once within short range of the target they will connect to the target and remain attached, even if a target moves to long range. They can be countered with B-rank lightning or A-rank technique, causing them to return to their owner. A-rank lightning or S-rank technique can destroy the orbs indefinitely.

The user activates these seals(one at a time or multiple at once depends on the situation of the technique they want to use) passively and releases out chakra infused bubble gum(different colors) to use the gum on/from his whichever clothings and/or weapons he or she sees fit. This allows the user to use Bubble Gum techniques without having to blow the gum from their mouth and gives them more of an unique way of using Bubble Gum techniques. At this point the user can use their mouth, clothings, and weapons to use Bubble Gum techniques. The user can deactivate the technique passively also.
-Must be posted in bio or at the beginning of the battle.

Kiana could spot the monk sitting there meditating from several miles away with her Byakugan. There was no real reason for her to be here other than to purposely disrupt and mess with the man. Kiana kept her demeanor calm while she listened to the man blabber some bullshit about fate or whatever. Truth be told, this angered her even more so she changed her idea. Messing around was no more an option. It was time to kill. All the while he talked, Kiana could see him mold his chakra as if he was drawing natural energy and saving it for later use so all that talk about not being a threat was empty lies. He was clearly angered that she interrupted his mental porn, thus when he mentioned Uchiha, she bluntly interrupted him.
"Uchiha scum. I saw you from miles away and came to kill you because you managed to annoy me from a mile away." she said with her Byakugan focused on his body and reading his chakra flow in an attempt to intercept his intent. Immediately as chakra surged towards his skull and eyesockets to activate his sharingan, Kiana would strike by reacting in self defense to the activation assuming it would immediately be used offensively. She would swing her hand with her index and middle finger stretched out like a sharp weapon, releasing a powerful slicing crescent of wind directly at the targets throat. The sharp and quick crescent would have a slight purple hue as it cut through the air, all the while Kiana would immediately unstrap her leg weights and dash towards the opponent in an arc from her own left side. This would serve the purpose to avoid an opponents technique if he was to send it directly back at her in an attempt to deal with the crescent slice. Furthermore, during her run as she entered short range in an arc, she would thrust both her hands forward towards the opponent and her sleeves would stretch out and be infused with water. Depending on her opponents actions she would either form them into sharp tools enough to inflict cuts or into a water infused infused shield that would protect her.

And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Vincent would see his opponents visual prowess of her own this didnt faze him though as he completed in entering his mode but this come with a drawback since it was unperfected his facial features changed drastically that being his nose long and now warty aswell as gaining toad like eyes. being able to sense Kiana charka he could tell she was manipulating towards an attack after uttering her words uchiha scum this would make Vincent pull a wicked smile as he harboured dark thoughts of what he was about to do to this bold stranger "you should watch your move insolence scum...." Vincent would perceive the wind blade she would release with sharingan tracking and predicting its movement. Vincent would expel a large chunk of rock that would form into a massive boulder that would intercept the wind blade overpowering it and continuing towards Kiana, As the battle has now started using his enhanced speed Vincent would dash and arc to the left while grabbing a tagged kunai from his pouch and throwing it to arc and land 5 meters from Kiana landing in the ground.

"Tsk." Kiana squeezed through her clenched jaw as her opponent spat a rock at her. It seemed to be like him, a speck of dust on this canvas, standing before her and trying to fight for his life. A speck of dust and dirt. Nothing more. It would obviously be child's play, thus Kiana instead of making the run after unstrapping the leg weights launched upwards using her flight technique. Launching herself into the air also seemed to mess with her opponents plans as she managed to avoid the bubbles that formed form the thrown kunai, rendering that form of crowd control naught. She would hover at some 10m in the air above her previous location, observing her opponent as he ran in an arc. This gave her the advantage as she was able to assault him in his tracks. A large scale attack seemed like the obvious choise thus she took out several kunai with pepper bombs attached to them, which she threw around the opponent. The kunai then multiplied in an abundance, covering the battlefield around the opponent and exploding, causing irritation to his eyes, nose and mouth.

Keeping his crimson eyes firmly placed on her predicting and perceiving her movements just before she made them would allow him to predict the next movements allowing him to plan in advance.
As the wind clashed with the kunai tagged with the chilli bombs they would explode and be dissipated within the powerful gale of wind the wind would continue as it overpowered her pitiful justu, Vincent would begin the next phase of his plan as it proceeding according to plan he had her where he wanted her suspended in the air and dealing with the wind Vincent would clap manifesting a portal 10 meters above Kiana dropping a massive torrent of large fire snakes "dance for me my little canary you you need flight to survive..." Vincent would let out a devilish smile as the snakes quickly descended upon her these would be controlled by Vincent hand gestures making them move in line with his visual prowess allowing him to control them in cutting off all of Kiana escape routes and gaps these and make dodging extremely difficult. the snakes binding to Kiana would wrap around all her limbs and inflict third degree burns to her body making it extremely difficult for her to move rapidly due to the agonizing pain.
Vincent would finish up his counter by testing his foes mental capabilities while being under much duress from his other justus, Vincent would induce Kiana into a genjustu with his visual prowess where a torrent of crows would appear all around her, pecking at points all over her body while she was flying in the air.
