With Byakugan activated, I do a few handseals extremely fast and spew a giant fireball which charges at you

Let's start things a bit slowly shall we.

Mystogan, with his Staff #3 in his right hand and his other 4 staffs on his back, claps his hands together, condensing all the moisture in the air around him into a spiraling vortex of water just in front of his forhead, which then explodes into a wave, which Mystogan commands with his hand (though because he's using his right hand, he appears to command it with his fan-headded staff) to consume your fireball, thsu creating a small cloud of steam in the middle of the field. Then he pulls out his skull-shaped staff and holds his hands with his left lower than his right, which is extended to the sky. With his hands in the specific positions, mist is expelled from his mouth which because it's hidden behind a mask creates an ominous fog-lie aura begining form Mystogan's face, and then spreading through the field to take away sight from both Mystogan and his opponent.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
