Rouge appears in a sudden plume of smoke standing upright with his hands crossed hidden underneath his special CW overcoat. His head being tilted down, eyes closed, the young shinobi smirks as he raises his head upwards to face an old acquaintance. Opening his eyes revealing his sharingan activated, the youngin talks sweet words to his old friend in hopes of winning back his loyalty.

Rouge would then suddenly rush towards his target after talking with the hopes of entering short range of them, all the while using his chakra to manipulate the earth underneath the person. The ground would then open up at various points underneath and around the man rapidly extending upwards four thick earthen spikes aimed to impact all at once. If successful, the thick spikes will impale the mans right achilles, left thigh, lower right back, and the mid left torso, dealing some good damage.

After the earth jutsu is performed Rouge would follow up by gathering a mass amount of iron sand above the man creating yet another spike, however this one was larger than the previous four, with the intention of finishing of breaking the ice of their reunion. Upon completion the 3m wide spike would be controled to slam downwards into its target finishing them off from above.

Once entering short range Rouge stops and maintains a 5m distance.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Created and honed by one with a magnetism KG focused in iron sand, the mini bot is designed to aid its user in battle via its special abilities related to the magnetic field the bot constantly emits. Draining chakra from it's user to fuel the aforementioned skill, the magnetic field Sensci emits stems short range from it's user, in which the bot must remain in contact with, and within this realm Sensci can feel movement where the mini bot can then relay that info to the user via a Mors code language which may just seem like normal rodent squeaks to outsiders. At the cost of a move Sensci is able to perform a special iron sand jutsu within the sphere of its magnetic field which even stems into the surface below the user.

- Manipulating a source of iron sand within the sphere of Sensci's field, the mini bot can create a hardened, dense balled up chinchilla of iron sand that resembles the shape of sphere with a fluffy tail. The jutsu is defensive in nature and can range in size depending on the source amount, but can never exceed 5m in dimensions. The chinchilla is even able to be formed around the user, encapsulating them, serving as a full defense. Use of this ability disables it's sensory related abilities, however. Being A rank in power this jutsu can be used 4x per battle, once per turn, with a 2 turn cooldown.

Arthur sat there.. Serious as ever. This person claimed to be a senpai of his, but Arthur didnt have any senpais. Only Camelot was his family, but Maybe he can help this young soul. As the person opened his eyes, he revealed that of the sharingan. Arthur was impressed. Other Uchiha were indeed out there trying to best others. Very well, Arthur met the person with the same energy. He Activated his Sharingan, revealing his 3 Tomoe as well with his sword in his hand

Description: Pykouta is a legendary sword of the Ninja world, created by unknown means but harnessed and held by Hakumen. The sword is roughly six feet which is always in its holster on the back of the user. The Hilt of the blade is roughly two feet while the blade itself is roughly four feet. This weapon has one main unique thing about it, and two sub unique things about the application of how its used.. The hilt of the blade has a jewel application that seems to be linked to fuinjutsu. For every turn the sword is being held chakra is being drained by the user, pooled into the sword to be used in conjunction with its later abilitites. By Stabbing the sword in the ground, it will absorb any chakra into the blade making anything that could have came from below as a form of attack would cease(occupying a move slot, costs equivalent chakra cost to what was absorbed), causing the jewel to glow a light blue. Doing this would automatically cause the chakra to surge into the blade of the sword increasing the kenjutsu based attacks by +20(+10 to S-ranks and above). The two sub unique things about this is its ability to use the chakra that was absorbed in either an defensive, or offensive way.

Trinity Ghoul:
Trinity Ghoul is the offensive part of this weapon. The user will take the chakra that was absorbed and release it in some form or fashion be it a wave of powerful destructive chakra, senbons, multiple whips/vines that can reach up to long range and short range in width.The great thing about this is that the damage output is equivalent to what was absorbed. The released portion plays on par with elemental damage. This application can only be used two times per battle

Wish Ender: Wish Ender is the defensive part of this weapon. The user instead of releasing it in an defensive manner, the user will release it in a form of a unique looking barrier infront of the user that can span as far and wide as two people. Upon impact with the barrier, anything non physical will be absorbed, and then released right back to the opponent but even stronger (+20 damage to the technique due to the pooling of chakra being drained from the user, +10 if S-rank and above.) If its anything solid, it will simply be obliterated upon impact, destroying it completely. This can only be used three times per battle and must be within the line of sight of the user (meaning this isnt an omni-directional barrier) If used for an Forbidden rank, it will cost an additional usage meaning the user will only have one usage left which can only be used on S rank and below.

Note: The user can use the absorbing property once every two turns and can only absorb forbidden rank once per battle which still onlyy gives +20/+10 to kenjutsu based attacks (This would increase the cooldown by +1 making it a 3 turn cool down before being able to use again). While only being able to Absorb A and S Rank twice per battle each.
Note: The User has +20 damage to kenjutsu for 3 turns, before it goes out. In which the user has to release it before the end of the third turn or its simply wasted.
Note: The Technique can only be used a max of 5 turns per battle.

As this happen, He noticed the gathering of earth chakra from beneath him. Taking the sword out he stabbed the sword in the ground to absorb the chakra, rendering the technique useless. Once done Arthur noticed Chakra gathering in the air above. This too was strange. Arthur released the chakra that was gathered from the sword and erect it as a barrier. The Iron sand would slam into the barrier completley obliterating it. (Refer to custom weapon above)

"You are indeed worthy.. Your heart is even pure. I like you.. Though if you pose a threat to my home, I cant.. no.. I WONT forgive you.. So show me your resolve.. and in return... Ill show you mines"

As Arthur says this, his 3 Tomoe formed into a unique Mangekyou sharingan pattern, revealing it to be inferior to the previous tomoe.. It was time for arthur to show the fruits of why he is called the king of kings.

Description: The Mangekyo Sharingan, literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest form of Sharingan. Awakening MS requires the user to have possession of 3 Tomoe Sharingan and to witness or simply go through some extremely dramatic emotional event. Upon this event, the user awakens MS. The most noticeable MS users gained it by witnessing the death of someone important to them, sometimes by their own hand. Once activated the appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the tomoe seals, and gains a shape unique to each user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual illusions A-rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast genjutsu without the need for Handseals as long as he has a line of sight to the target. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. The chakra cost is so high that it drains the users stamina and chakra at increasingly high speeds. Once the side effects of it's use take place, the user is left blind and unable to activate his sharingan. While keeping it active is already quite hard, the user will drain the time he can keep it active at each MS technique he uses. While some can decrease one turn, others can decrease even more.

Seeing the man activate a sharingan of his own sent thrills down the spine of Rouge who couldn't help but smirk as his eyes intensified with anticipation. There was nothing better than a fight against a worthy opponent who can push ones limits, and Rouge fully intended to be pushed beyond his boundaries this day. Finally!! he thought to himself.

Before Rouge could even get his earthen attack to exit the ground the man seemingly canceled his attack via some kind of unique sword in which Rouge deduced had the power to absorb chakra based on how it, well, absorbed his earth chakra. This was quite an amazing feat Rouge deemed would be a nuisance later on in this battle. The man would then lift the sword out of the ground and into the air above erecting some sort of barrier which makes easy work of Rouge's iron sand attack, while Rouge reacts in the meantime. Waving three hand seals the sand shinobi creates a single seagull made of iron sand short range above his location which upon being made flies into long range above the battlefield where it then takes on a circular flight pattern between Rouge and his opponent.

Tsch!? Your bone?? Please, tell me what loyalty means to a man like you!! Rouge shouts back at the man in response to his words as a thick mist springs fourth on the entire battlefield from his mouth. The white, thick, dense mist would be a sufficient tool to mask the prescience of Rouge who takes off to the right in order to position himself to the direct left of his opponent, who he feels through the mist, all while keeping mid.range distance.

While running the sand shinobi flicks his hand out of his overcoat sending a sharp compact blade of wind towards his target's torso which silently cuts through the mist in hopes of also cutting through his target.

Description: Demi Darts is a simple iron sand ninjutsu that creates bird like creatures that resemble a seagull in size and stature within short range of the user after waving three hand seals.The amount of birds created is up to the user, dividing in rank if so, and upon creation the creatures soars mid range heights above the battlefield where they then wait for further instructions in the air above their targets, even being able to follow them up to long range distances away, while taking on random flight patterns distinct from one another like seagulls flying around a school of fish above the ocean. The offensive part of this jutsu is then triggered in the succeeding time frame where the birds, abiding to the user's will, will fix their wings linear to their body as they dive down upon the target in order to pierce them like a spear with great force and speeds. The amount of birds triggered to dive, as well as their direction angle, target, and time of impact is all set by the user 's will, and can be done at anytime while the jutsu is still in play within the entire 3 turns of activation.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.
