There is no Ebon Hawk or Republic ship there of course. There is a vast ocean to your left and my right, short range from us. Also, as you can see, there are many rocks and cliff faces around.​

Nikodo was casually walking trying to have a nice day at the beach, when he saw a creepy figure appear close to the water source. Nikodo was at the same distance away from the see. He knew that Kirigakure shinobi are quite adept and didn't have to underestimate them. He got into position, and started making the handseals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird. As soon as he clapped his hands he used the water from the see and created the ring a lot quicker then if he had created the water himself. The ring of water was relatively close to the shinobi and started hurrying towards the Shinobi

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

After making the seals of that jutsu Nikodo directly started focusing chakra in the other side of the creepy Ninja. Nikodo made the seals and created a spehere of water in the right of him. The water source after being created shoots out various water whipswith insane speed towards the enemy. The water source was 5 m away and judging by the speed it would reach the shinobi quicker then the first attack...

Ok, Now let us follow it with this...

Nikodo made 2 handseals and created 3 suiton clones that started dashing to where Nikodo was, the reason being for him to prepare for the next jutsu. Nikodo used the chance when the shinobi wasn't aware and hid 3 paper bombs in each clone and made them run towards the Kirigakure Ninja in 3 various directions...

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.
