Kotaro stand with his arms crossed across his chest with a stern look covered by his visor. with the handseal statue behind him he waits for one of his obstacles he must become the best. Kotaro was never one to run battle and fought each battle as if it is his last battle, giving his all on all of them, including this one.
She makes her through the corridor and into the room, taking the liberty of removing her hefty coat and gently dropping it down around her. Hana, with an all black crop top, short shorts, knee-high combat boots takes the liberty of giving him the first go.
"If you want the badge, earn it", she seemingly taunts.
Kotaro approaches the opponent while extending his right hand towards the opponent to summon a two headed snake from his sleeve that shoots fast towards the opponent. In the same instant, with his free hand he forms the confrontation seal to place the opponent in an immobilizing genjutsu causing the opponent to experience a snake emerging from the ground and constricting the opponent before biting on the neck. In reality one of the dual headed snake bites and grips the opponent's wrist while the other bites the opponent's jugular veins causing the opponent to choke on his own blood and die.

Description:
The user summons a double-headed, snake to attack his enemies. The snake is not big but is very fast and dangerous. Its bite carries a B-Rank physical damage and its body is small and slippery. Its mass is somewhat larger than the user but not by much.

noticing the shards of lightning moving down the snakes as they shred them into nothing, instead of doing what he originally planned, mold lightning chakra before focusing it to his dominant hand before channeling it thru the remainder of the snake and thru the air itself to defend the lightning making its way to Kotaro's hand while shredding thru the snakes and whatever remain would defend him from some that soared thru the air approaching Kotaro's location.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
At that instant, Kotaro flooded his body with his swift chakra while weaving the boar handseal before in a flash of speed he disappear and reappear behind the opponent virtually instant. Kotaro then flood his body with raw chakra before unleashing a straight punch to the spine, using the right hand, producing enough force to cause damage to the spinal chord leaving the opponent's body in momentary shock. Kotaro then with his other hand produces a open hand left hook to the opponents right side with enough force to causes to the twist off his feet and facing Kotaro, before using both hands to perform a rising double palm thrust to the opponents diaphragm finishing the combination in quick succession, with enough force to launch the opponent into the air.

Description:
In response to an enemy attack, the user will produce both a defense and counter by making one handseal (Boar) and infusing his body with chakra. As he does this, he moves at extremely high speeds in what can be described as virtually instant, out of the way of the technique and behind the opponent. Upon reaching behind the opponent, the user is free to either do a simple, powerful taijutsu attack and take advantage of the speed to a surprise effect or, by losing the surprise effect, produce a weapon or ninjutsu attack.
To finish off the opponent, while the opponent remained in his aerial position, Kotaro weaved the ox handseal while focusing lightning chakra to his left hand before leaping to the opponent and thrusting the lightning covered hand thru the opponent's chest, killing the opponent.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals
