- Once the armor is deactivated, it cannot be activated for the rest of the battle.
- May be taught only by Shigure.

Description:
A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.
Note: This version can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios once every 2 turns, a maximum of 3 times.

While using the body flicker, Minato makes 3 handseals stopping inches in front of his opponent and slamming a Raikiri through his mouth, because he talk too much.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Zer0 sees the man in front of him, Zer0 claps his hands together in a praying style not doing anything just preparing for his opponent as he didn't know what he was capable of. Seeing the man disappear two rings of fire with 8 beams appears around zer0 with a quick handseal making the fire beams begin to rotate this would act as a defensive incase this fast shinobi got close.

Description : This is one of those jutsus, which is not only powerful, but also appealing to the eye. It gets its name from its ability to illuminate the dark night with its powerful light source. The user begins by clapping his hands together, in a praying style. Suddenly, a ring of fire appears around him, close to his body (giving enough room for him to move around easily). The ring covers only the user's torso, so it's more like a cylinder. As soon as the ring materializes, 4 beams of fire shoot out from all around the user, from the ring, from his chestal level. So, one would shoot from his chest, one from his back, and two from either side of the shoulders. The fire beams are released continuously, and so it looks like steadily emitted laser lights. Similarly, 4 fire beams are released from the ring, from the user's abdominal level as well. These beams of fire are very concentrated due to which they can cut through huge boulders with ease. Apart from their incredibly sharp cutting ability, they will also evaporate all the moisture in the air, due to the intense heat. The second phase starts when the user forms a single handseal, to make the ring rotate around him at very high speeds, as fast as a ceiling fan rotates (but can still be tracked by naked eyes). The upper part of the ring rotates clock wise, while the lower part rotates counter-clockwise. This means that the beams too, rotate with similar velocity, as they are emitted from the ring. The two phases happen very quickly, and as such happen as fast as other techniques.

Zer0 then quickly activated his jetpack quickly bursting into the air while the rings of fire still rotating around him acting like a defence but now mid range from the opponent again.

Zer0 made two handseals and manipulates the air around him making a layer of wind over him and a dome outside Minato, so he is trapped between these two (which is not very visible) In a quick movement, the armour expands and the dome compresses. They both change at a very high pace, carrying dust and debris and all sort of obstacles with them sending Minato flying.

Description: The user begins by forming two quick handseals and initiates the technique. The user then manipulates the air around him (very close range) to form an armor around his body. He can also do this by releasing the wind chakra from his body. In quick succession (the same timeframe), a dome of wind is created far away from him (such that the opponent is between the dome walls and the user). The armor and the dome, both are A-Ranked in strength, although their thickness (and size of the dome) vary according to the user's requirements. In a quick movement, the armor expands and the dome compresses. They both change at a very high pace, carrying dust and debris and all sort of obstacles with them, to meet the target at the center, where they collide and cause a huge blast. Should the collision happen in the short-range to the user, he will get affected too. So it is best to be used against an opponent standing mid-range from him. The technique explodes similar to two electrons colliding with each other and releasing a large amount of energy. Anyone caught inside will have their bones broken and smashed internal organs. The dome has to be created at least five meters away from the opponent.

Kirikoe stands tall arms by his side slightly, legs spread apart as he keeps a close eye on his opponent, ready for anything and prepared to act at a moments notice he waits, his focus reaching a point that he drowned out the outside world around him, all he could focus upon was his opponent.

As his opponent activated his lightning Armour, Kirikoe in response would activate his own technique, A coating of wind would surround him and at the same time solidify itself into extremely sharp winds capable of shredding apart anyone or anything which came into contact, the technique itself would simply give off a glitter like effect around him which could easily be mistake as dust within the suns light making it hard to tell whether Kirikoe had done anything or not, while its true that Kirikoe could not track his opponent with his eyes, he could however sense his spirit thanks to his passive spirit sensory abilities, his opponent would approach incredibly fast and as his technique would come into contact with Kirikoe's own it would cancel out if not overpower his opponents and tear his opponents hand and arm to shreds as he made contact with Kirikoes technique.

Description: Myōna hyōjō is the sister technique of , utilizing the intangible and pressurized aspects of Fuuton. Unlike its sister technique though, Myōna hyōjō isn't used on a projectiles or techniques being used, but instead a technique used directly on the user himself or melee weapons he is holding. The user would create a thick "shell" of Fuuton Chakra around the shape of either his entire body or a melee weapon i.e. a sword, hammer, club etc. being about 5m thick and about an inch away from actually touching the user. The shell of Fuuton initially takes on the unique intangible state though it gives off a pale white glittering affect on whatever it is around, (see photo. Lel). Once the shell is created it stays active around the user for three turns before the Chakra runs dry and the shell vanishes all together. While the shell is active it isn't affected by solids such as earth techniques, water, steel, or other human bodies, though the shell reacts to energy based elements and such according to elemental strengths and weaknesses. This means the shell would be unphased by a kunai or earth technique coming in no matter the rank, but would combat against a fire, wind or lightning technique according to rank and weakness. The pressurized usage of the shell comes into play when the user wills it to, by spending an extra +10 chakra for the shell, thus pressurizing it to give it a physical aspect of aggressive cutting wind. This means the user can be performing a Taijutsu technique with the shell around his body in the intangible state, having no affect on how his Taijutsu attack is defended from when it comes to non energy defenses, but at any point the user can spend the needed chakra for the shell to pressurize and rip up anything it is in contact with. The shell becoming pressurized only lasts a brief moment before returning to non aggressive intangible wind again. This means for each attack to be pressurized the user has to spend additional chakra. Due to the wind staying present around the body, it becomes impossible for the user to use any other technique related to another element besides Fuuton. Even though the usage of elements is restricted to Fuuton, the user can still use Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu as long as it is raw chakra or Fuuton.

Kirikoe stands tall arms by his side slightly, legs spread apart as he keeps a close eye on his opponent, ready for anything and prepared to act at a moments notice he waits, his focus reaching a point that he drowned out the outside world around him, all he could focus upon was his opponent.

As his opponent activated his lightning Armour, Kirikoe in response would activate his own technique, A coating of wind would surround him and at the same time solidify itself into extremely sharp winds capable of shredding apart anyone or anything which came into contact, the technique itself would simply give off a glitter like effect around him which could easily be mistake as dust within the suns light making it hard to tell whether Kirikoe had done anything or not, while its true that Kirikoe could not track his opponent with his eyes, he could however sense his spirit thanks to his passive spirit sensory abilities, his opponent would approach incredibly fast and as his technique would come into contact with Kirikoe's own it would cancel out if not overpower his opponents and tear his opponents hand and arm to shreds as he made contact with Kirikoes technique.

Description: Myōna hyōjō is the sister technique of , utilizing the intangible and pressurized aspects of Fuuton. Unlike its sister technique though, Myōna hyōjō isn't used on a projectiles or techniques being used, but instead a technique used directly on the user himself or melee weapons he is holding. The user would create a thick "shell" of Fuuton Chakra around the shape of either his entire body or a melee weapon i.e. a sword, hammer, club etc. being about 5m thick and about an inch away from actually touching the user. The shell of Fuuton initially takes on the unique intangible state though it gives off a pale white glittering affect on whatever it is around, (see photo. Lel). Once the shell is created it stays active around the user for three turns before the Chakra runs dry and the shell vanishes all together. While the shell is active it isn't affected by solids such as earth techniques, water, steel, or other human bodies, though the shell reacts to energy based elements and such according to elemental strengths and weaknesses. This means the shell would be unphased by a kunai or earth technique coming in no matter the rank, but would combat against a fire, wind or lightning technique according to rank and weakness. The pressurized usage of the shell comes into play when the user wills it to, by spending an extra +10 chakra for the shell, thus pressurizing it to give it a physical aspect of aggressive cutting wind. This means the user can be performing a Taijutsu technique with the shell around his body in the intangible state, having no affect on how his Taijutsu attack is defended from when it comes to non energy defenses, but at any point the user can spend the needed chakra for the shell to pressurize and rip up anything it is in contact with. The shell becoming pressurized only lasts a brief moment before returning to non aggressive intangible wind again. This means for each attack to be pressurized the user has to spend additional chakra. Due to the wind staying present around the body, it becomes impossible for the user to use any other technique related to another element besides Fuuton. Even though the usage of elements is restricted to Fuuton, the user can still use Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu as long as it is raw chakra or Fuuton.

Minato watches as he dashes forth his Raikiri prepared. However as he forms the blade mid run in reaction to the wind he focuses intense amounts of additional chakra in to the Raikiri turning it in to a fire elemental attack of forbidden rank punching a hole straight through the wind based defensive jutsu and slamming it in to the opponents face once more.

Description: This jutsu will be used after the user has used a lightning jutsu. It is similar to the way that when Darui used a lightning jutsu to add to his water jutsu as he was spitting it out against Sasuke. After having release a lightning jutsu, the user will focus more chakra into it. As they do they will focus upon the heat of the lightning. In doing so they can do one of two things. They will either:

1. By adding the extra chakra they will control the heat, causing flames to wrap around the lightning jutsu the user jutsu make, making it a fire lightning combo. This will add 1 rank to the power of the jutsu from the extra chakra used. The fire would stay wrapped around all the lightning as it's being produced from the lightnings heat.

2. Use their chakra to convert the full heat of the lightning into fire, changing the state of the energy, so that the lightning now becomes a fire attack. So if the user used chidori spear, they would be extending it, then control the heat to change it into a sharp flame spear extending form their hand, changing the chakra nature through the use of physics.

The user can only used this on one jutsu, and once they have used it they can't change it back.
