I think Jay can pull it off, while Shady is strong, Jay has plot armor since his goal was to see North Blue, he can't die before then.

There she stood, the woman he had wanted to kill for as long as he could remember. He remembered her from the fighting pits, she watched him fight, grinning as his face was battered in by champions three times his size, grimacing as the young man broke their necks in front of her. Taek had noticed her distaste for him long ago, and the feeling was mutual even without her evil intentions, there was something off about her... Something wrong. Taek had tracked her down after escaping the pits and killing his uncle. For a moment he was protected by many of comrades, but he knew the day would come when she came back for him. Now.. there he stood in the middle of a desert, rock formations surrounded them, there were shinobi that watched from within the rock formations. Engineers had created an arena out of this desert, they had used the rock formations as bleachers hollowing them out to hold those that wished to watch the battle that was about to ensue. Taek inhaled, extending his right leg across the sand, and pulling his left elbow behind his torso. He placed his palm in front of him and finally exhaled. He stood still as the announcer floating above them began to speak, "LADIES AND GENTLEMAN!!!!! Many of you have been waiting in your seats, in anticipation for the arrival of the Scarlet Witch, and the magic promise to you all.. But today... what we are doing here today is beyond magic. Today we bring you a FIGHT! Now... you must be thinking the mystical Scarlet Witch surely transcends a great deal of renown shinobi, much less the blue haired boy you see before you today, but this boy is Taek Jae Kal. A man with the potential to beat the woman you see before you today. Who will win? Will the underdog triumph as we so rarely see, or will the witch devour him? Now, without further ado... FIGHT!!!!!" as the announcer shouted at the top of his lungs, Taek could hear gongs in the distance. He remembered his old friend, Akane.. one of his only friends in the fighting pits and the one that had helped him escape murdered.... at the hands of the Scarlet Witch. He could still feel her bleeding out in his hands, any remnant of the human being he had once been died with her, and as the memory faded, Taek slipped back into reality... the fight had begun. The young shinobi quickly channeled the suiton chakra to the back of his throat, exhaling and expelling it from his mouth in the form of mist.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Mist that would conceal Taek Jae Kal from Wanda's sight, and a tribute to those that had molded him only to be betrayed... then again it was called the Bloody Mist for a reason. Taek grinned as the crowd began to boo, their cries answered with a special monocle; one that would allow them to enjoy the battle regardless of whatever concealment jutsu was used. The mist would quickly spread across the battlefield, but Taek would waste no time immediately after expelling the mist from his mouth he channeled his chakra summoning the Three Fates of Forculus to come to his aid, two shark heads would jut from end his shoulders, while the third fate would be right above his naval. All of these shark heads would be facing forward, in the same direction of Taek. Fabulinus, The Second Fate, would create a plethora of arrows composed entirely of shark teeth. The arrows would be collectively at A rank strength, and would be expelled from its mouth towards the Scarlet Witch, the arrows would travel under the veil of the mist and cause a considerable amount of damage upon contact. Description: After becoming a notable user of the shark summoning contract, Mand'alor the Indomitable had set out in making the final ninjutsu to complete his already monstrous arsenal. In one fight with an old ninja named Kakuzu, Mand'alor the Indomitable noted the usages of the threaded man's hearts, each proving to be formidable and useful in their own way. Using Kakuzu's masks as a concept, Mand'alor the Indomitable underwent this overwhelming task on creating the ultimate shark ninjutsu. After surging copious amounts of chakra throughout his being, the Mand'alor would produce three shark heads that protruded out of his back and armor with each had different and unique abilities to aid him during combat, with all three being able to mentally communicate with their summoner and each other whilst having access to the Mand'alor's chakra pool. Due to the shark's heads and neck's being made of purely cartilage as well as being sentient, they would have a full range of motion to cover many different areas around the battlefield at once.

First Fate; Freyr ▽ Freyr, The First Fate, is a team player, not having any offensive abilities yet still being possibly the most useful of the three fates. The First Fate has the ability to smell chakra opposed to blood, but only within short range of it's location. While not being terribly useful on it's own, the First Fate couples this sensory mimicking ability with the ability to use the Mand'alor's chakra pool to help him from falling under illusions. If Freyr would sense the Mand'alor fall into an illusion, The First Fate could surge enough chakra for the Mand'alor to be freed from any illusion up to and including S-rank. This however, does not extend to MS level illusions. This ability can only be used twice and mimics Genjutsu Kai.

Second Fate; Fabulinus ▽ Fabulinus, The Second Fate, is rash and offensive in nature. The Second Fate's main ability is that of being able to regurgitate sharp teeth from his stomach in excess, then manipulate them in battle. In other words, The Second Fate's ability is that to grow excess teeth and by the usage of chakra, cause these teeth to attack an opponent or defend from an attack. This ability varies in power from C to A rank, and the creations of these toothen structures are quite limited. The shark can only manipulate the teeth to form walls, waves, and weapons only. The size of these structures, however, cannot exceed that of ten meters in length or width, and can only be used twice per battle. This technique also has a two turn cool down before re-use.

Third Fate; Faustulus ▽ Faustulus, The Third Fate, is explosive in personality, much akin to your average loudmouth. However, The Third Fate has quite a unique ability, that ability being to transfer part of the user's primary elemental specialty in shark ninjutsu (relating to teeth the user or his allies produce). While channeling this chakra into shark ninjutsu, the teeth would then take on properties of whatever primary elemental specialty the user has at that time. When these teeth make contact with opponent, they would not only have cutting damage, but the affects of the elemental chakra would be very similar to the Dragon Beast Kaito Tai techniques as well as being capable of defending against twenty more damage points than usual. This in no way adds damage to the teeth, however, just extra affects when the teeth make contact with other beings. This ability is B-ranked and can only be used three times per battle. While being instant in activation, this technique does take up a move slot and the user's chakra.

Wanda had even been responsible for one of those losses, so she knew he had some sort of ill will towards her. She could tell just by the look on his face, but she was also reading his mind (Legilimency in bio) just to be entertained by his dark thoughts of her.

Wanna meet your friends in the afterlife today? Or will you tuck your tail once you see blood, again? Actually, i won't allow you to run. You'll stay... You'll fight... You'll die..

In that moment, Taek began releasing the mist directly from his mouth in a streaming manner, but as it began spreading around him to obscure their vision of one another, Wanda smiled and reacted accordingly. Using her Mahou she'd activate a spell that specifically targeted the mist itself in a magnificent way.

Permuto....

In that moment the mist would take on a sudden and instant transformation; Changing from the mist state into a desired liquid before Taek could even notice what had happened. The mist was converted into an element known by wanda, which went by the name of Stygian Water, which held enormous corrosive properties that would take effect. Seeing as the mist was surrounding Taek and would be touching him since he was within it, the conversion into Stygian Water would mean that he'd be instantly drenched in the corrosive element and his flesh would be burned though immediately. This would leave his eyes, flesh, hair and clothes burned on contact, causing a great amount of damage and pain in that moment. Wanda would make sure to do this transformation before the mist spread far enough towards her to actually touch her person, thus leaving her safe from her own creation.

Immediately after transforming the mist, Wanda went on to another technique in the realms of Transfiguration, but this time it was conjuration. Obtestor..

With that word, 6m above Taek a vertically spiraling cloud of pure Mahou would conjure from thin air. The cloud would be a translucent Scarlett color while being pretty large in size. It was a bit thinner than the rest of the cloud right where Taek was, but the inside and outside of the cloud consisted of sharpened, swiftly rotating mahou that would shred anything that came into contact with it. The cloud was 9m wide and reached about 50m vertically into the air. Upon creation it would be diving down onto Taek in attempts to devour and destroy him in a moment's notice, moving twice as fast as wanda herself could move. Due to being full body burned by the Stygian water, Taek's senses should be hindered, notably his sight which would be in direct contact with the mist as it was converted to Stygian water. This coupled with the pain of the corrosive burns would make it a bad situation for the kid, but Wanda didn't care much, she had witnessed much worse.

This creation.... This Devourer of Worlds.. I will name it Galactus.. Now die.

( Transfiguration ) - Transfiguration

Description: Transfiguration is a field of mahou that deals with changing the form and appearance of an object, animal, or person. Different to other forms of mahou in radical ways, many wizards have difficulty grasping the fundamentals of Transfiguration due to its strict nature, every aspect of the spell must be done correctly for a Transfiguration to be completed. Often requiring firm and decisive wand movements, Transfiguration mahou is (along with charms) almost the signature mahou of the Kisei, as wizards are commonly thought of as making things appear or disappear. The mahou takes the form of a beam of magical energy that ( if it successfully hits the target ) transfigures upon contact. Transfiguration is divided into four main branches/applications:

Transformation - Supplementary ( D - S )

Thought of as the most basic of the four types of Transfiguration, transformation spells focus on deforming the physical features of an object. All Transformation spells are triggered with the spell ( Permuto ). Transformations are divided within 2 types, easily seen based on their applications and targets. The first Basic Transformations, reminiscent of the Transformation and Combination jutsus, are transformations that change the physical properties of a targeted item. This allows the user to change the properties of an item to give it new traits or properties. The user is able to transfigure a solid into a liquid or another solid, a liquid into a solid or into a gas/another liquid, or a gas into a liquid or another gas, all of proportionate size and directed at speeds based on the natural speed of the item manipulated. These items can only be basic items in the sense of they cannot turn something into the properties of an element the user does not have, nor can they change the properties of something created by another Kisei unless with equal or higher power/chakra. Of course, the amount of chakra used must exceed the amount of chakra present in the object being transformed for any change unless the object has no chakra present in it at all ( like a simple chair, stone, pool of water, etc ) in which case it is transformable with a simple D rank application of the spell for small things A for larger things. With an S rank application, the user is able to transfigure his own person and take on temporary enhancements such as using mahou to transfigure his upper body into that of a shark, or his legs into that of a bear, etc, and can only lasts up to 2 turns each usage and can only be used 3 times. The second, Switching greatly resembles general transformation, but with with two main differences: firstly, the features of the two targets are switched simultaneously; secondly, the change in one of the pair is dependent on a change in the other. For example, if the armor on a statue is targeted with the user's clothes, then the two items will be "switched", akin to the outcome of Substitution jutsu. The only restrictions applied specifically to this type the items must be of comparative size and within mid range of one another. Transformations of any kind can only be used once every 2 turns and cannot target sentient (living) beings besides the user and summonings.

Vanishment: - Defensive ( A )

A purely "A" ranked spell, requiring the use of only a single incantation to vanish almost any object ( Evanesco ). Vanishment is the art of using Mahou to cause objects to go into a state of non being; essentially, making it so that the object does not exist anymore. While called vanishing spells, it should be noted that the title is a bit misleading; while items it makes contact with are “erased”, they do not vanish entirely from existence. When the vanishing spell makes contact, the chakra within it causes it to cause the targeted item to collapse inwards on itself, appearing to fold into space rapidly as it is destroyed. However, this branch of conjuration is unable to be used on objects infused with chakra above A rank. This also isn't capable of being used on the opponent nor any animal or living being. Upon the beam making contact, the item vanishes in a thin mist proportionate to the item vanished, a thinly veiled yet visible mist left behind that doesn’t hinder vision. Usable once every 3 turns. Target is left vanished for 3 turns.

Conjuration - Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary ( D - S )

The most difficult branch of Transfiguration, conjuration deals with the usage of Mahou to create objects from nothing. Conjurations are done with the use of the incantation (Obtestor). With a usage from D-S, the user is able to conjure anything he desires within reason from chairs to swords. However, being the most useful facet of Transfiguration, also leads conjuration to be the most restricted. Nothing within the realms of custom elements, for example, can be summoned. The user could not conjure a "sword that cuts through anything" or an unbreakable shield for example. The Conjured objects are imbued with a measure of mahou, ranging from D-S rank and guided by the user's wand at speeds up to twice as fast as the user's speed. Conjured objects last a maximum of 4 turns before automatically fading away, draining 10 chakra per turn. Additionally, the user is unable to conjure people or sentient/living beings, or anything within short range of the opponent. Additionally, when several items are conjured, the rank of said conjuration is split evenly. S ranked Conjurations can only last 3 turns and be used 3 times in all.


Untransfiguration - Supplementary ( B )

The final branch of Transfiguration magic, and perhaps the second simplest (behind transformation). Untransfiguration deals simply with undoing the effects of a previous Transfiguration, turning something back to its original state, and undoing a conjuration. The amount of magic used in the Untransfiguration is at constant rank of 'B'. Mostly used when students perform a Transfiguration incorrectly, or when the user wishes to return something to its original shape. The incantation used is ( Reparifarge).
Note: S rank applications are usable only by Year 5 Kisei and higher.
Note: After S rank variants have been used, the user cannot use any version S rank and above the next turn.
Note: Only usable by members of the Kisei clan.

Due to being full body burned by the Stygian water, Taek's senses should be hindered, notably his sight which would be in direct contact with the mist as it was converted to Stygian water. This coupled with the pain of the corrosive burns would make it a bad situation for the kid, but Wanda didn't care much, she had witnessed much worse.

( Transfiguration ) - Transfiguration

Description: Transfiguration is a field of mahou that deals with changing the form and appearance of an object, animal, or person. Different to other forms of mahou in radical ways, many wizards have difficulty grasping the fundamentals of Transfiguration due to its strict nature, every aspect of the spell must be done correctly for a Transfiguration to be completed. Often requiring firm and decisive wand movements, Transfiguration mahou is (along with charms) almost the signature mahou of the Kisei, as wizards are commonly thought of as making things appear or disappear. The mahou takes the form of a beam of magical energy that ( if it successfully hits the target ) transfigures upon contact. Transfiguration is divided into four main branches/applications:

Transformation - Supplementary ( D - S )

Thought of as the most basic of the four types of Transfiguration, transformation spells focus on deforming the physical features of an object. All Transformation spells are triggered with the spell ( Permuto ). Transformations are divided within 2 types, easily seen based on their applications and targets. The first Basic Transformations, reminiscent of the Transformation and Combination jutsus, are transformations that change the physical properties of a targeted item. This allows the user to change the properties of an item to give it new traits or properties. The user is able to transfigure a solid into a liquid or another solid, a liquid into a solid or into a gas/another liquid, or a gas into a liquid or another gas, all of proportionate size and directed at speeds based on the natural speed of the item manipulated. These items can only be basic items in the sense of they cannot turn something into the properties of an element the user does not have, nor can they change the properties of something created by another Kisei unless with equal or higher power/chakra. Of course, the amount of chakra used must exceed the amount of chakra present in the object being transformed for any change unless the object has no chakra present in it at all ( like a simple chair, stone, pool of water, etc ) in which case it is transformable with a simple D rank application of the spell for small things A for larger things. With an S rank application, the user is able to transfigure his own person and take on temporary enhancements such as using mahou to transfigure his upper body into that of a shark, or his legs into that of a bear, etc, and can only lasts up to 2 turns each usage and can only be used 3 times. The second, Switching greatly resembles general transformation, but with with two main differences: firstly, the features of the two targets are switched simultaneously; secondly, the change in one of the pair is dependent on a change in the other. For example, if the armor on a statue is targeted with the user's clothes, then the two items will be "switched", akin to the outcome of Substitution jutsu. The only restrictions applied specifically to this type the items must be of comparative size and within mid range of one another. Transformations of any kind can only be used once every 2 turns and cannot target sentient (living) beings besides the user and summonings.

Vanishment: - Defensive ( A )

A purely "A" ranked spell, requiring the use of only a single incantation to vanish almost any object ( Evanesco ). Vanishment is the art of using Mahou to cause objects to go into a state of non being; essentially, making it so that the object does not exist anymore. While called vanishing spells, it should be noted that the title is a bit misleading; while items it makes contact with are “erased”, they do not vanish entirely from existence. When the vanishing spell makes contact, the chakra within it causes it to cause the targeted item to collapse inwards on itself, appearing to fold into space rapidly as it is destroyed. However, this branch of conjuration is unable to be used on objects infused with chakra above A rank. This also isn't capable of being used on the opponent nor any animal or living being. Upon the beam making contact, the item vanishes in a thin mist proportionate to the item vanished, a thinly veiled yet visible mist left behind that doesn’t hinder vision. Usable once every 3 turns. Target is left vanished for 3 turns.

Conjuration - Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary ( D - S )

The most difficult branch of Transfiguration, conjuration deals with the usage of Mahou to create objects from nothing. Conjurations are done with the use of the incantation (Obtestor). With a usage from D-S, the user is able to conjure anything he desires within reason from chairs to swords. However, being the most useful facet of Transfiguration, also leads conjuration to be the most restricted. Nothing within the realms of custom elements, for example, can be summoned. The user could not conjure a "sword that cuts through anything" or an unbreakable shield for example. The Conjured objects are imbued with a measure of mahou, ranging from D-S rank and guided by the user's wand at speeds up to twice as fast as the user's speed. Conjured objects last a maximum of 4 turns before automatically fading away, draining 10 chakra per turn. Additionally, the user is unable to conjure people or sentient/living beings, or anything within short range of the opponent. Additionally, when several items are conjured, the rank of said conjuration is split evenly. S ranked Conjurations can only last 3 turns and be used 3 times in all.


Untransfiguration - Supplementary ( B )

The final branch of Transfiguration magic, and perhaps the second simplest (behind transformation). Untransfiguration deals simply with undoing the effects of a previous Transfiguration, turning something back to its original state, and undoing a conjuration. The amount of magic used in the Untransfiguration is at constant rank of 'B'. Mostly used when students perform a Transfiguration incorrectly, or when the user wishes to return something to its original shape. The incantation used is ( Reparifarge).
Note: S rank applications are usable only by Year 5 Kisei and higher.
Note: After S rank variants have been used, the user cannot use any version S rank and above the next turn.
Note: Only usable by members of the Kisei clan.

As the mist surrounding him it began to darken Taek could only assume it had to do with the waving of the Witch's wand, some magical trick. Taek had no time to think, his reactions were entirely based on instinct, he responded by channeling his Suiton Chakra all around his body, and expanding it like armor. The corrupted mist would be purified upon coming in contact with Taek's water sphere, and the Stygian Water would be surrounded by water, due to the properties of the element the water would gain corrosive properties upon mingling with the element (as stated in your CE submission) it would then be launched back at woman in the form of a mystified blast of Water, now thanks to it's mingling with the Stygian Water it gained corrosive properties and it traveled towards Wanda, upon contact it would corrode her skin causing her unimaginable pain, melting her down to her bones.

Description: The user will generate water chakra outwards and manipulate it in a way to create a sphere around the user. Initially very difficult to notice for the normal eye, it becomes even clearer to see when it clashes with a technique. Essentially the water acts as a cushion against techniques, absorbing the impact of the attack. The moment the technique is rendered useless, the sphere will begin to form itself around the technique it negated. Creating what many would consider an exact replica of the technique, but this time in a watery form. However, depending on the nature of the technique, it might contain a trait, done by waters unique elemental interaction with different - but logical working - elements. Example is if the sphere touches fire, it will create a replica in a watery form, but very hot to touch. Lightning makes the water shocking. Wind makes the water sharper. Regular water will simply recreate exactly how it was. This transfer will only work on techniques A-Rank and below to (Strong S-Rank fire and below and other elements weak to Suiton ; A-Rank and below for elements strong to Suiton). Not all elements will be able to cope with this, such as, solid earth, wood, steel, etc. Solid elements that might have a chance to be effective (lava, mud, etc), after contact will exist as material devoid of chakra. Elements that do not reciprocate with the technique at all, will not be effected, and clash with the original technique making the sphere nothing more, but a defensive tool. The reflection can be of any sort streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. As well as elemental variants (ash, gas, unfocused electricity, etc).

As he created the sphere of water, Taek had managed to manipulate the flesh on his shoulder blades, creating hole like appendages, and immediately expelling a blast of chakra from these holes in order to propel himself at incredible speeds, evading the rotating storm cloud completely and closing the distance between himself and the witch, should he ever want to turn this into a fist fight he was at a suitable distance to do so. He still had the advantage, she didn't know where he was, what with the mist covering the field completely. If she thought she could kill him that easily she had another thing coming...

-Cannot be made larger than one metre per ring's length.
-The chains become breakable by force capable of breaking rocks of the same size once the user uses a different chakra affinity or loses contact to the ground
