lol that mission xd
---
As soon as the battle begins I reach into my ninja pouch with my left hand into order to collect a five shuriken while with my right hand I reach into my vest pocket and grab a flash bomb. My first action is to throw the flash bomb in front of my while at the same time closing my eyes. As soon as the flash bomb is in front of me, it explodes resulting in a blinding flash that temporarily hinders your vision. After hearing the sound of the flash and the light dissipates, I open my eyes. After the flash bomb was released from my right hand, without waiting a moment, even before I open my eyes, my right hand reaches into my ninja pouch as my left hand exits it. I collect five shuriken with my right hand as well. The stack of five shuriken all have ninja wire attached to them individually as well as explosive tags attached to them. The ninja wire attached to the stack of five shuriken come together at one point where they are all tied together and form a loop. I insert my ring finger into the loops as I bring my arms together and cross them to form an "x". I slide the shuriken on top of each other so that the shuriken form a step-like pattern while being held in my arms. I extend my arms outward and flick my wrist to release the shuriken into the air.
The shuriken are release widely to your left and widely to your right. The shuriken, from the looks of it, have no chance of hitting you at all (though you should still be blinded by this point and have no idea that they have been released). The step like pattern that I arranged the shuriken in allowed to shuriken the were the farthest out (or the highest step if you want to think of it like that) are released farther than the ones that are closer (or are the lower steps). This results in all the shuriken being released at slightly different angles and thus changing their paths and the causing them to be different distances from you. As the shuriken go to both of your sides, as they reach the appropriate distance, I quickly retract my index finger causing the shuriken to be pulled toward each other. The momentum of the shuriken causes them to approach you from both sides. After the shuriken have changed trajectory, I slip the look off my fingers and cause the wires to be free. Afterward, I reach into my vest and grab a scroll.
I grab the scroll with my left hand and hold it in front and allow gravity to unravel it while I hold my right hand under the scroll in preparation. As soon as the scroll is unraveled, a long chain is summoned from it which I quickly grab with my right hand. I swing the chain forward and force it to wrap around your entire body preventing you from moving. As the chain is moving toward you, I channel lightning into the metal chain to increase its effectiveness. As soon as the chain touches your body, the lightning flows into you paralyzing you while the physical iron of the chain wraps around you and prevents your from breaking free. The shuriken continue to come at your from both sides and as they approach they explode on contact one by one in a staggered manner.
(Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15

An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
(Kuchiyose: Tetsurensa Housou) - Summoning: Iron Chain Wrapping
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
description: The user summons a long chain from a scroll and wraps the enemy with it. When the enemy is trapped, they use another scroll to launch a rain of weapons at the enemy.
(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current
Rank: A
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short (Mid if channeled through a medium)
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used to boost weapon damage)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
