Lets put RP into this.

Makenshi stands his cape flowing against the wind around him, his eyes closed. His hand shifts from his side up to his mask, manually retracting it.

Makenshi: Why lately am i fighting my friends?

He sighs low and long, letting the mask slide back into place. He then opens his eyes his green irises glowing as the sub sets. He scans the battlefield once, waiting for his opponent to show up...

*Korra comes walking through the snow being next to the lake while wearing her Akatsuki cloak with her Rain head band on. She has 2 scythes with chain on her back.*
Korra: This should be the right place.
*Korra then notices Makenshi and looks straight at him.*
Korra: Its been awhile my friend since I was in Kumogakure. Now I'm with the Rain and Akatsuki were I should have been the whole time.

Makenshi: All along eh? You never truly felt at home in the clouds did you? Thats disappointing my friend...

Makenshi opens his eyes, and grips his sword from his back...

Makenshi: no...no. I'm not using that yet, not unless i need to...

Makenshi, walks to the edge of the water, and looking back at you he smiles a devilish grin. Behind his cape, he performs the one handseal necessary(check bio water specialty) and creates a dragon of water that shoots out of the lake next to him launching its way towards you at high speed. Then he performs the bird handseal a moment later, causing spikes of earth to erupt behind you into your back. Then he causes a pillar of ice to entrap your legs, keeping you in place. As makenshi settles into the cold air, his mind clears, and his muscles loosen, giving him quicker reflexes.

Makenshi: Come now friend lets see what you've got.

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Korra: I did but this cloaks feels right on me ;)

*As Korra notices the dragon coming at her she uses her doton chakra to create a giant golem made up of stone to rise from the ground and use its body to block the dragon while at the same time the golem uses one of its hand to extend and grab you and crush you.*

-Maximum of 4 Stone Scouts.

His mind turns to a lightning discharge technique from his body, but then he notices the water bubbling at his feet with barely anytime to decide what to do he unleashes a torrent of wind and electricity from around his body around him spinning. The spinning vortex pushes the water away as it forms, and as the hand makes contact, it rips to pieces of rock and earth. Makenshi glares down, and launches the dragon head striking the head of the golem. (I believe this would render the golems body useless) With the golem crashing to the ground, makenshi weaves five handseals at a rapid pace (wind specialty) causing a net of wind to descend upon your last known location. With the wind net descending and finished, makenshi then performs the ram handseal and causes the earth you are standing on to become a sandpit that begins drawing you in so you can't move properly, and too crush/suffocate you if you go too deep.

Makenshi: Come now friend, i expect more from you after all this time...

The only thing that is weird to me is if you wait till my water jutsu starts forming wouldn't my golem already reach you since you are kinda waiting till my water jutsu happens when it is a pretty fast jutsu but whatevers :p

As Korra notices you send your dragon towards my golem Korra takes the opportunity with you being distracted with the golem and traps you in a genjutsu making you think you are sinking into the ground and butterflies are coming around everywhere. I do not get close to you but just use the genjutsu to keep you immobilized. While you are trapped in the gen Korra channels chakra into her feet to travel to long range at a faster speed.

The opponent then believes they are sinking into the ground, in reality making them immobilized; this allows the user to place one final exploding tag on their forehead before detonating all the tags simultaneously.

Once in long range Korra stomps her foot on the ground and sends her fire chakra into the ground causing a tunnel to form between us and causes fire to travel through the tunnel which turns into lava and I do a single hand sign causing the lava to erupt from underneath you causing you to get burn badly.

(Katon: Keshi Makuga Hara) - Fire Release: Exploding Flame Crater

Then Korra uses a huge amount of futon chakra in a shape of a tsunami wave from her mouth which covers the battle field and inflicts a severe blow to you.

lol, yea that water jutsu is definitely fast enough to begin forming/form before the golem hand reaches me xd

Makenshi: Butterflies really? Thats more unlikely then kirigakure is trustworthy

As the golem is destroyed, and makenshi goes to perform his next jutsu he suddenly sees many butterfly, appear. With his prior knowledge of the environment being a snowy area, where butterflies to his knowledge would not frequent, Makenshi realizes in that same instant that its a genjutsu. Further proof occurs when he to his mind he begins sinking, however his inner ear function tells him, that he is still in the same place, not sinking at all. In the second deduction it takes, Makenshi reaches behind him, and slides his left hand along his sword edge, splitting his hand open, releasing him from the genjutsu. As makenshi is released from the genjutsu, he witnesses you stomp on the ground (same time of me getting out of gen, then you going into long range). When nothing immediate happens, and you spew lava into the hole, makenshi thinks quickly, realizing that the fire would erupt from underneath him, and engulf him. After realizing this, makenshi performs the tiger handseal without hesitation, and rises into the air on an earth rampart. (this would work in two parts, one the tunnel wouldn't extend into the rampart, and when the fire would be released, it would harmlessly hit the earth rampart) As the earth rampart begins rising,i switch my chakra nature to fire, and perform the horse handseal before expelling a massive wall of flames, down at you. (this would prevent you from doing the wind tsunami tech, or if you succeeded in performing it, the fire would overpower it, and still hit you) After the wave of fire is flying towards you, makenshi clenches his right hand, forming a massive chidori condensed into it. He points it towards you, the opens his hand, sending 1000 birds of lightning at you. The majority of them, fly behind the wall of flames whilst others circle around it at every angle, in a large arc to come at you from behind. After he completes the lightning jutsu, makenshi unties the ribbon from his neck, and ties it around the cut on his left hand, staunching the blood flow. After the lightning jutsu, makenshi feels fatigued, and a little disoriented, from the surge of lightning he needed.

As Korra sees the fire coming at her she instead uses the lake next to her and forms a giant water shark and sends it at the fire. The shark collides with the fire and conitues on towards you but weaker (C/D rank) and hitting you.*

(Suiton: Daikōdan no Jutsu) – Water Release: Great Shark Missile Technique

Note: Technique can only absorb up to B rank level techniques and requires a Large water source.

Korra still notices you releasing a wide range chidori so she creates a wall of five tall tornadoes that hit against the chidori and beat it due to Wind > Lightning. And continue on towards you.*

Makenshi: You think thats enough to stop me friend?

As makenshi witnesses his techniques being countered, and your own rapidly lowering in strength, he unleashes a pressurized blast of air that tears through both your jutsu and continues towards you as b-rank. shifting his position into a crouch on the rampart, makenshi pulls out two kunai with explosive tags, and throws them towards your left, my right(close enough for you to be quite hurt in the explosion when it would occur) . As i do this, makenshi quickly performs a single handseal creating a water beast from the lake to your right. The water beast, launches towards you and discharges a powerful stream of b-rank water towards you. Makenshi then performs two handseals in quick succession, creating a swamp beneath you. The swamp extends to mid range around you.

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
