-Terrain: 30m diameter circular platform made out of steel earth with a large water source flowing around us. Water is 5m deep. Goes out to long range in all direction (20m) until it is pure land once more. 4 bridges connect the land together over the water source. (Like with the audience seating area being the outter land area. We're standing on the inner earth platform)

Description:

Somewhere along the lines of history, a boy named Tetsuo gained miraculous abilities within the ninja arts. His specialty was the usage of wind and sound release techniques and his name was known across the globe for how he was unrivaled in combat. That those who came to face him in battle were not known to survive. This was capable through a magnificent plating of armor cased around his right arm and shoulder plexus. It was forged form the finest indestructible alloys and constructed out of hundreds of pieces so that it fit the user like a glove. It slides onto the users arm and seals itself with fuuinjutsu edged into the alloy to respond to the users chakra unto the users body. He called this weapon Akira. Akira sustains itself by slowly extracting chakra form the user throughout the typical day so that sound waves are consistently compressed and ready for use.

Akira's ability is within its unique construct. Its constructed with inner hundreds of tiny holes and tubing that run along its form that compresses sound waves. For example: Like how a user would play a flute instrument by blowing air into the flute while holding the notes, thus compressing the air to form a tune. Akira makes use of that style by compressing the air that circulates around the user through the holes and from basic movement creating unique, compressed sound waves that the user can manipulate. Akira can also be thought of as a medium for performing sound techniques with ease and with more versatility pertaining to the weilders need.

Abilities Notes:

- Akira is a sound instrument that has the ability to project melodies or sound waves that reach up to long range and can be used for supplementary purposes.
- Using Akiras sound waves, it can be used to create small, medium, and large defensive sound barriers when sound chakra is applied that are short range from the user.

Restriction Notes:

- Must know sound release
- Sound waves and defensive Barriers are A ranked, and can be made big enough to protect two ninja if standing next to each other at close range. The barrier itself can be formed to about a meter distance from the user giving enough distance of protection from the opposing force.
- Defensive Barriers can only be used 3 times per battle
- Elemental Weakness and Strengths Still Exist




The time was here and Laxus knew he couldn't go easy on this one. Without any indication of an offensive act, Laxus would focus his wind chakra above & behind the man to create two assassins. They would use the air to silently approach the man from 5m away, swopping down, blades pointed forward to make quick work of their enemy. If successful, the man would be stab to the right side of his neck at the same time as he is stabbed in the left side of his abdomen by the other. With their first action, they would switch roles and copy the other's attack. One now attacking the left side of his neck with the next free hand while the other attacks the right side of the man's abdomen with the other free hand. Laxus casually throws two kunais as he is witnessing this before channeling his Bromine chakra into the ground after two handseals.

With the use of the two quick handseals, small moderate size geysers of Bromine would open up all over the field including under the enemy. The crimson fluid would emerge from the ground in geyser-like eruptions all across the battlefield on creation. Laxus was sure to control the geysers to the point of not having the waves of Bromine hurt him or approach close enough. But as for most of the terrain they both stood on, that was a different case.

Fuuton: Chouyaku no Shinpou) – Wind Release: Leap of Faith

Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Shusoton: Pirittokuru Tsunami no Mizunoo) - Bromine Release: Torrid Tsunamis of Poseidon
Type: Supplementary/Defensive/Offensive

Description: The user will perform two handseals and focus their shusoton chakra into the ground below to saturate the battlefield with with a large quantity of liquid bromine. The produced liquid will leech into the soil and propagate its various harmful effects on the environment. The released chemical will immediately make its herbicidal properties known, namely poisoning the ground and making it uninhabitable for plant-life and organic elements alike such as Mokuton. To signify this, any vegetation within the vicinity of this technique's reach will be discoloured a foul brown colour before withering away and dying soon afterwards. Due to this, this technique can be likened to a bromine-based version of Chidori Nagashi though it specializes in negating organic (plant-based) chakras within the ground and is not an actual full body surge. However, its utility isn't restricted to negating organic elements but actually extends to other earthen elements (metallics and non-metallics) susceptible to corrosion. Earth-based elements and substances susceptible to bromine's corrosiveness (any element weak to Bromine) will become virtually unusable in these conditions as on creation the "liquid fire" will immediately begin destroying them. The mere existence will weaken the structural integrity of earth across the battlefield (in addition to polluting it) meaning any and all earth-based or organic elements cannot be created and/or grown from the ground while this technique's effects last (excluding crystal-based elements). All of these effects are merely by-products of the bromine presence in the ground and do not constitute this technique's true purpose. The crimson fluid will emerge from the ground in geyser-like eruptions all across the battlefield on creation. These vertical columns of bromine can be spread out in a linear direction or omnidirectionally in waves to cover the full scope of the terrain (waves have a mid-range reach from where they were originally created). The resultant waves of bromine will corrode the ground itself as they traverse along it. Whilst seemingly powerful, a vigilant opponent may detect the presence of the dark red element by noticing the small vibrations in the ground upon its spread which causes the ground to slightly "inflate" in response to the added volume and it's pungent bleach-like odour. After the usage of the techniques purpose and gysers, the ground is left tainted with bromine. This bromine is unpure and mixed with earthen particles and debris, making it not suited as a source of other bromine techniques and otherwise being rendered harmless, not affecting the use of Earth Techniques or others that apply.

Noro finds himself on yet another battlefield, and so his nightmare of an existence continues. Yet another bijuu hunter would die at the young boys hands.

The start of the battle is obvious as the air around Noro is disturbed by the formation of the wind assassins. As Noro naturally feels the air disturbance around him, he assumes a threat approaches from behind and thus crouches and claps his hands onto the ground, creating an immense golem of liquid lava from the ground directly behind him, sufficient in protecting his back and simultaneously attacking you. Worthy of note, a barrier surrounds the golem, enhancing its defenses. The golem erupts upwards and forwards, leaning over Noro and surging up into the wouldbe assassins as they move in on him. The assassins are ultimately unable to even remove the defensive barrier from the golem's exterior as they are easily overwhelmed (3 ranks higher). Simultaneously, the golem's massive right fist darts forward, easily reaching you on account of its own length and the fact that the golem's torso leans over Noro. The punch closes the distance with a surprising speed, interrupting you from your second jutsu and obviously intercepting your thrown kunai as it attacks you head on.

(Yoton: Hiwofuku)-Lava Release: Igneous Drudge

Description: Hiwofuku is a technique which administers the destructive capabilities of lava efficiently by focusing it into the defined shape of a golem. By first performing three hand seals and then slamming their hands on the ground, the user will cause a large golem of lava in either the solid state or a condensed liquid state to form from a connected source of lava or earth within a mid-range, though it can move up to long-range away afterwards. It is frequently necessary to create it further away from the user both for their and their ally's safety. The golem has a rather slopey and undefined shape, and can stand quite tall, reaching up to 20 meters, though it size and structure are largely shaped by the user's preference. It is sufficient to say that the Igneous Drudge exemplifies the destructive nature of the lava element, as it is capable of moving quite fast and with immense force in addition to intense heat. The technique does however come with heavy restrictions. The user will be able to control its actions provided that they keep their hand pressed to the ground. Furthermore, a sufficiently large source of earth/lava is required to perform it, and must at least be large enough to span a short-range radius from a central point. The golem must be created at least five meters away from an enemy. While manipulating the golem, the user's elemental jutsu is limited to lava, earth, and fire. Once manipulation is ended, the golem will freeze in place if the solid form was used, or melt apart if the liquid version was being used, carrying forth any prior momentum/power. The golem can last a maximum of three turns, and a four turn wait time is required between uses. In the turn after this is used, the user will be unable to perform S rank or above Lava techniques. Can only be used twice per battle.
Note: Only usable by Jinchuuriki of the Yonbi.
Fuuinjutsu: Zōkyō no Bia) - Sealing Arts: Bia's Augmentation

Description: A purely defensive and supplementary jutsu, the user creates a barrier around a selected shield, armor or other body used for defensive purposes. This can range from chakra armors to physical shields/barriers to raw chakra bodies around the user and various types of defensive jutsu. The purpose of this barrier is to reinforce the defense of the targeted jutsu by means of the barrier around it. What this does is add additional chakra to the barrier when it's created, increasing the power of the jutsu by 20 damage points by making a thin physical barrier around the jutsu made to act as a second layer around the jutsu to allow it to augment it's effects and defensive aspects. While simple, the barrier acts as a small coating that can only be described as skin tight in relation to how close it is to the jutsu it's applied to.
Note: Can be used 4 times with a 2 turn cool down in between usages.
Note: Because this jutsu's effects are reliant upon another jutsu being used, this can be used in the same timeframe as another.
Note: Cannot be used with Cursed Seal: Soter's Deliverance
Noro, thankfully protected from the lava's heat by his staff, observes you closely as you react to his creation from beneath the golem, it's half exposed body leaning so closely above him that all he'd need to do to get lava in his hair is tilt his head back. "No! I won't let you take Son!"

The formation of the assassins dont really give off that indication ya know lol

"Oh my.." Laxus said in his mind as he witness the formation of a large crimson red liquid golem. The plan for the use of the Bromine was immediately scrapped. Instead, he focused on his prize element; Raiton right after the assassins made one final attack to the rising golem b4 death. Channeling Raiton chakra within his body with additional chakra and might thanks to his advance ninjutsu. The golem would quickly become infused with Raiton chakra coursing all over & within it's colossal body as it was pushing forward with it's hand and Laxus the same. Immediately as Laxus took control over the golem, he would make a small gesture move to have the golem's free arm come inwards to it's body, scraping along the ground to ram the boy back into it's massive stomach. While the golem's hand was coming inward with speed, Laxus who was already looking around and scanning the field began to move slowly to the right. He couldn't let his guard down at all. The hand movement of the golem's free hand happens simultaneously to two other actions from the it too. The hand that was going forward for the punch instead immediately stop in the middle of the field while the golem lean forward to lay down on the boy without reaching too far to harm Laxus.

Raiton: Zeus Kontorrou)- Lightning Release: Zeus's Control

Description: The user either by the use of a touch or by releasing the chakra forward towards their intended target through their limbs, will specifically release a surge of unfocused lightning. With the lightning, the user will not aim for the opponent themselves but instead aim towards the opponents jutsus, specifically earth material type jutsus. Lightning that is unfocused will act to move along and around the earth substance, almost as if the earth will act as a conductor. There has been showcases of lightning moving along earth like substances without breaking them apart using this same concept (e.g. Earth/Lightning Release: Electric Rock Pillar). The lightning will act to overpower the rock section or construct completely engulfing the rock and rendering the opponent's chakra within the section of rock useless. However this does come with a certain type of consequence, since there is still chakra of the opponent's harboring within the section of rock it will cause slight damage and cracking along the rock, this is simply an act of the lightning attempting to overpower the earth material but the material of earth will be weakened due to this (Exactly one rank would be deduced). As this step has been completed, with the user's lightning chakra now within the earth material, the user is now capable of taking complete control of the section of rock and send it towards a target or move the rock section around with complete ease but focused required as well, this concept similar to that of Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation, as in how lightning is able to mask over the material and take control of its movements. This is exactly what would occur with the earth like substances. The appearance of the constructs will look quite normal, just a few cracks in and around its body and a light yellow aura of lightning along its body. The constructs can be controlled at will, the user can either send specific construct towards the opponent as a projectile or they can remain focus upon it and guide its direction. The constructs will retain the same sort of defensive and offensive property it had before it was taken control from the lightning, when taken control the objects obtain a certain shock type of damage which can indeed numb the opponent just like regular unfocused lightning would cause. This technique can not be used on the user's own earth constructs. The lower rank the earth construct the lower amount of chakra the user can use to overtake it. While though this technique makes out to earth, just about any elemental technique the opponent is using on the user that is either weak against lightning or can conduct it, can be used against it, such as wood or steel. Material like water is also able to be controlled but the rank has to be one grade higher then the water (so S-Rank lightning to control A-Rank water) and even with this, the water will still be weakened down a rank due to the chakra combating the opponent's technique to take control of a theme across this jutsu.

Description: The user will activate an ability that will allow them to release ototon chakra into their Raiton techniques for the next three turns. Activating this ability is instant and consumes no time whatsoever since it's designed to work in the same time-frame as other techniques. Both Lightning and Sound Release are based on high frequency vibrations, allowing the two to be seamlessly combined together. The sound chakra will serve the purpose of increasing the frequency of the vibrations within the lightning technique. This heightened frequency means they will become higher energy, thereby increasing their damage and cutting capabilities in the same way as Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword. These enhanced vibrations will also change the noise produced by lightning techniques, creating a cacophony of screeching noise that drowns out all other sound. This takes away any stealth they may have once possessed but makes them dangerous to those with enhanced hearing through the use of Inner Sonar Skill or a different method. Those individuals will suffer bleeding ears and will be permanently deafened if they are unfortunate enough to hear this noise.

Notes:
-Lasts two turns
-Can only be used twice per battle
-Cooldown time of three turns in between uses
-The boost only applies to Lightning base techniques up to and including S ranks.


Now imo the normal S rank usage of the Lightning technique would have suffice. I'm not combating your technique (Dmg vs Dmg) instead I'm infusing my chakra into it, which is superior especially with the elemental advantage. Your barrier doesn't play a role here since I'm not attacking it.

I'm gonna have to think about this a bunch then contact you. That lightning jutsu is beyond poorly made, it's actually pretty funny.

Alright, Inch asked me to check this. Towards the issue of whether or not Venom's jutsu can affect Inch's, technique specifically notes it can target any Earth-based material, particularly ones weak to lightning. Inch's lava meets the criteria, even in its liquid form as the technique makes note of being able to work on water.

Venom's Sound jutsu also states it works on any Lightning S-rank and below, so this is fair game.

As for the issue of Inch's barrier and if it'd prevent Venom's jutsu. The barrier is a B-rank Fuuin, neutral to the boosted S-rank lightning. Should Inch's barrier pose any deflection to the lightning as he says, then the lightning would win with the rank difference bringing it down to normal S-rank power. If I were being generous, Strong A-rank would be the lowest it'd be reduced to. Given the lava would then become a regular S-rank in terms of chakra, Venom's jutsu would affect it either way due to lightning chakra being superior to lava.

So in short, Venom's lightning takes control of the lava with standard S-rank lightning power and Inch's barrier is negated. Continue.

edit: Yall already know what the help going on. Venom's jutsu would actually cancel out with Inch's due to chakra increasing in increments of 10, not 20. Inch's lava falls on him, but he's alive thanks to his CW. Proceed.

Noro, observing the lightning entering and disabling his golem, forms a hand seal and claps his hands on the ground, causing two gigantic quarter spheres of rock to rise up on the ground five meters on either side of you, their flat edges facing inward. The proportions of the slabs is such that you'd have to travel a mid-range in order to escape their path no matter what direction you flee to, though obviously they are not so large as to hit Noro himself.

(Doton: Yama Eikyō) - Earth Release: Mountain Smash
Type: Offensive

Description: The user will do 3 handseals (Tiger → Ram → Rat) and slam his hands on the ground which creates two enormous rock formations that close in on the opponent from two opposing sides with tremendous force, smashing everything caught in between. Both of these formations are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size. This is one the most strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid range from the user.

After the cataclysmic smash, Noro reshapes the remnants of the golem that yet linger around him to surge upward and forward, ultimately raining lava down upon you wherever you linger after the Mountain Smash. Though the lava comes beneath, behind and around him, it simply parts around Noro as it proceeds to bolt directly towards you. The blast of lava has a 5m radius.

(Kyousei Yoton no Jutsu) - Greater Lava Technique

Noro, observing the lightning entering and disabling his golem, forms a hand seal and claps his hands on the ground, causing two gigantic quarter spheres of rock to rise up on the ground five meters on either side of you, their flat edges facing inward. The proportions of the slabs is such that you'd have to travel a mid-range in order to escape their path no matter what direction you flee to, though obviously they are not so large as to hit Noro himself.

Description: The user will do 3 handseals (Tiger → Ram → Rat) and slam his hands on the ground which creates two enormous rock formations that close in on the opponent from two opposing sides with tremendous force, smashing everything caught in between. Both of these formations are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size. This is one the most strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid range from the user.

After the cataclysmic smash, Noro reshapes the remnants of the golem that yet linger around him to surge upward and forward, ultimately raining lava down upon you wherever you linger after the Mountain Smash. Though the lava comes beneath, behind and around him, it simply parts around Noro as it proceeds to bolt directly towards you. The blast of lava has a 5m radius.

Without missing a beat Laxus quickly jumped back into the offence by performing the required procedures for the reverse sunmon. This would happen shortly as the earth began to rise. As we're transported away from the battlefield, your hands would istantly be stuck within the flesh of the toad below you. Your feet also included (you never stated to to get up so yeah). It would squeeze harder and pull u in just as fast. This would prevent the use of handseals completely on your behalf.

Over on the Lightning Sage's side, he would quickly activate a sigil to increase his power as he simultaneously goes in to close the gap with this newly found speed. He would arc to your left and before you know it, his right leg (shin) would be right next to your face. Delivering a savage blow to not only snap the neck, but send you rolling to the side. (Sigil's activation and Tai in same TF, due to no chakra usage with the second).

Description: Hierarchy of the Heavens are among the most useful Sigils of the Enochian clan, consisting of Runes that run along the user's arms. The Sigils grant that which is branded with them the property of empowerment, and depending on the Sigil used, the user can empower their own bodies or objects for destructive and offensive usages.

Primordial Vessel: This Sigil was created to enhance the physical capalities of the user, granting their bodies the property of empowerment. This Sigil appears as several Runes that translate to “Strength” in the Enochian language, and increases the flow of Nature Energy through the user’s body. The Sigil focuses this increased flow to enhance the physical energy of the user, creating an increase in strength comparable to that of Tsunade or Sakura and a boost in speed equivalent to that of a Second Gate user. This Sigil requires the user to spend chakra equivalent to A-rank to activate, and lasts for four turns with a two-turn cooldown between usages and only capable of being used 3 times overall. Within the turn of activation, the user will be unable to utilize Val techniques above S-rank.

As Noro is teleported away from the battlefield, he realizes the danger he is in and taps into Son Goku's power. As his hands meet the soft, slimy innards of the toad, they are covered in red lines of chakra as Noro enters his initial transformation, a red column of chakra shooting out of him as a shockwave of chakra blasts all the flesh away from him, freeing him from its confines.

Description: When the incomplete form is activated, Roshi roars and releases a bright crimson chakra burst to short range and creates a coloumn of chakra shooting into the sky. He is then covered in a bright crimson shroud of chakra with four tails. He also has spiked hair coming from the top his head right down his back. The chakra shroud burns an opponent who touches it, much like fire. It is hotter than the Nibi's chakra shroud. Whilst in this form Roshi gains a boost to his Lava, Fire and Earth Techniques.
Note: The Transformation lasts for maximum of 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used twice, after each usage the user cannot activate it for at least 8 turns. Should it end, the user is left unable to use any Bijuu jutsu above A rank for two turns.
In the next moment, Noro releases an immense torrent of fiery lava from his mouth. As the blast of lava is launched forward, it would naturally cut off your forward rush, leaving you with little room to dodge as the blast of lava nearly perfectly spans the diameter of the toad stomach. Because this lava carries a special effect which causes the flames on its surface to spread across whatever it touches, Noro simultaneously activates a second jutsu upon using the first, causing him to be immune to the flames which would spread across the toad's stomach if you fail to promptly destroy the blast of lava.

Description: Ryu Kasai is a unique and exceptionally feared form of lava for its tremendous power and the pain it inflicts. Stringing a set four of hand seals together, the user will either focus a large quantity of chakra into their stomach or a source of lava/fire made by the user. In this case, the user will focus intensely on the state manipulation aspect of their chakra, as Ryu Kasai, Dragon Fire, is a unique form of lava which closely resembles fire and is indeed easily mistaken for it. Befittingly, Dragon Fire contains a much higher ratio of fire chakra compared to most lava jutsu, resulting in a massive increase in temperature when compared to other jutsu of the element, which is the source of the jutsu's power. Because it exists at such a high temperature, this form of lava possesses a low viscosity to an unnatural degree, causing it to flow more freely and quickly. Furthermore, the user focuses the high amounts of fire chakra in this mixture to cause every droplet of lava to be ablaze with a fire which will ignite whatever it touches, covering it in flames of the same temperature. For that reason, it is easily mistaken for fire instead of lava lava to the untrained eye on account of its fast flow and the flames it carries on its surface. Though powerful, Dragon Fire possesses limitations as a result of its difficult to produce state. The user is unable to produce any lava with this technique other than in the form of simple blasts and streams of lava, with the blasts/streams never exceeding a short range in their radius.. Furthermore, the user will be unable to perform lava jutsu above b rank for the rest of the turn, and in the following turn after usage, lava jutsu above A rank will remain disabled. Only usable twice per battle.

Description: A variant of ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’, Pyromania is a passive technique that allows the user to infuse extra chakra into a Fire based technique upon creation. The infusion will apply an effect similar to ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’ to the technique, whereby aligning the chakra of the technique to an entity the user will be capable of preventing said substance from being burned, or negatively affected by the heat of the technique. Essentially, Pyromania allows the user to produce a fire technique that does not burn indiscriminately, but rather selectively, as it is capable of filtering out the user, and other desired items from its innately destructive effects. This is highly effective as it not only allows the user to become immune to that particular technique, but unlike the original it also allows them to safeguard allies and other entities from harm upon contact with the flame. Furthermore, just as is the case for ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’, those safeguarded will become capable of interacting with the Fire technique as if it were a gas, liquid, or solid, and thus freely moving around within it without risk of asphyxiation or other adverse effects. This effect is applicable to Fire, and Fire based KG/CE, such as Lava and Scorch.

Note:
Lasts until the targeted technique is destroyed, can only be used on one technique at a time with a two turn cooldown between uses, and can be used a maximum of three times.
