The raucous crowd filled the arena with excitement as they awaited the death match that was promised. Grievous preferred to do his business in the shadows, but an opportunity like this was rare to come by. Music echoed out from a dark tunnel at one end of the arena. Loudly it played to the crowd and drew their attention. The song rang out from Grievous's pip-boy 3000-C as he emerged from the tunnel to thunderous applause.

He stood tall with a cape draped over his wide shoulders hiding his narrow and sharp body. Yellow eyes peered out from behind his metallic mask, slightly altered with short spikes running along the middle to take on the gladiator gimmick. His walk was slow and deliberate which allowed the anticipation to build in the crowd. He stopped at the center of the arena as the song from his forearm faded and waited as the crowd quieted. He reached up to his left shoulder with his right hand and bowed to the crowd. He then threw off the cape and revealed his technology enhanced body in all its glory and waited for his prey.

General Grievous

Description: The Pip-Boy 3000 is an electronic bracer that is worn around the user's forearm. It is crudely made with a clunky body and a minimal display. The main function of the Pip-Boy 3000 is to monitor the health and chakra of the wearer, showing a basic human diagram with health, chakra levels, status labels, and damage percentages. This can tell the wearer when they are poisoned, when limbs pass damage thresholds, if they've been paralyzed, hydration and hunger levels, or if their chakra flow is irregular. The bracer can alert the wearer when they've entered an area with dangerous environmental conditions such as poison, toxins, radiation, excessive heat, excessive cold, etc. While the device lacks the technological advancements needed to remedy advanced afflictions, it can be used to shock the wearer out of illusions, causing 10 damage for D and C ranked illusions, 20 damage for B and A ranked illusions, and 30 damage for S ranked illusions. This is not automatically triggered when caught by a genjutsu, and instead must be activated by the wearer through chakra. Outside of the in-battle uses of monitoring health and hazards, it also acts as a hub for information and can display a world map, or a local map showing landmarks such as cities, towns, or discovered locations (which will not be shown unless discovered first). The Pip-Boy can also be used to keep track of the user's missions, inventory, contacts, or just mundane notes, and comes equipped with a flashlight and audio player. An advanced model exists solely for use with Cyborg individuals: the Pip-Boy 3000-C. This model serves the same functions as the standard model, however it is directly linked to the cyborg's body. This allows them to receive the information from the Pip-Boy without having to look at it. It has one advanced system called the V.A.T.S system, an advanced targeting system that allows the cyborg to hone in on specific body parts. When using the V.A.T.S system to supplement an attack, should that attack land it will automatically count as a critical strike. As this system is designed for precise targeting, it can only be used with precise, small scale attacks, as described by the standard critical strike rules.
-Self shock costs a move and is triggered by chakra, costing chakra equal to the damage created.
-Self shock disables the Pip-Boy for 1 turn per shock level.
-V.A.T.S can only be used by Cyborgs and can be used four times per battle, with a cool down of one turn between each usage.

Description: Pykouta is a legendary sword of the Ninja world, created by unknown means but harnessed and held by Hakumen. The sword is roughly six feet which is always in its holster on the back of the user. The Hilt of the blade is roughly two feet while the blade itself is roughly four feet. This weapon has one main unique thing about it, and two sub unique things about the application of how its used.. The hilt of the blade has a jewel application that seems to be linked to fuinjutsu. For every turn the sword is being held chakra is being drained by the user, pooled into the sword to be used in conjunction with its later abilitites. By Stabbing the sword in the ground, it will absorb any chakra into the blade making anything that could have came from below as a form of attack would cease(occupying a move slot, costs equivalent chakra cost to what was absorbed), causing the jewel to glow a light blue. Doing this would automatically cause the chakra to surge into the blade of the sword increasing the kenjutsu based attacks by +20(+10 to S-ranks and above). The two sub unique things about this is its ability to use the chakra that was absorbed in either an defensive, or offensive way.

Trinity Ghoul: Trinity Ghoul is the offensive part of this weapon. The user will take the chakra that was absorbed and release it in some form or fashion be it a wave of powerful destructive chakra, senbons, multiple whips/vines that can reach up to long range and short range in width.The great thing about this is that the damage output is equivalent to what was absorbed. The released portion plays on par with elemental damage. This application can only be used two times per battle

Wish Ender: Wish Ender is the defensive part of this weapon. The user instead of releasing it in an defensive manner, the user will release it in a form of a unique looking barrier infront of the user that can span as far and wide as two people. Upon impact with the barrier, anything non physical will be absorbed, and then released right back to the opponent but even stronger (+20 damage to the technique due to the pooling of chakra being drained from the user, +10 if S-rank and above.) If its anything solid, it will simply be obliterated upon impact, destroying it completely. This can only be used three times per battle and must be within the line of sight of the user (meaning this isnt an omni-directional barrier) If used for an Forbidden rank, it will cost an additional usage meaning the user will only have one usage left which can only be used on S rank and below.

Note: The user can use the absorbing property once every two turns and can only absorb forbidden rank once per battle which still onlyy gives +20/+10 to kenjutsu based attacks (This would increase the cooldown by +1 making it a 3 turn cool down before being able to use again). While only being able to Absorb A and S Rank twice per battle each.
Note: The User has +20 damage to kenjutsu for 3 turns, before it goes out. In which the user has to release it before the end of the third turn or its simply wasted.
Note: The Technique can only be used a max of 5 turns per battle.

As Hakumen came upon the battlefield. The crowd Roaring. He was once known as Hakumen the Mandalore, but now finally accepting his roots as Hakumen Noah, his birth clan. He was known all across the ninja world, being once the holder of the Crimson Demon, now holding onto a weapon of his true. Gazing at the crowd. Normally he wouldnt go out of his way to make in appearance in such manner but he had been doing battle for a long time against those against justice, and he heard good things about this person he was fighting, and he also felt like this may bring about a prize.

The Crowd Still going wild, Hakumen slowly raises up his chakra (My Pressure Of Kings Custom.. dont wanna post it since its cosmetic but its -40 chakra) causing the whole arena to feel very heavy, making those who arent skilled in the art of ninjutsu feels as if their suffocating. Though of course Hakumen didnt intend on this, he was simply bringing out more power than he want. Gripping the hilt of his Pure Rebel weapon, He speaks right before the bell ring

Grievous cackled with a raspy voice, a product of his once burned body. "Right to the point! Very well then...my name is General Grievous, a hunter of ninja." He reached behind him with his left hand and freed the shorter wakizashi from its sheath. He started forward taking slow and heavy steps while holding the blade out to his left. Grievous flowed his chakra over the wakizashi and extended it using the samurai saber technique.

He felt a pressure that quickly extended to the fans in the crowd causing some to faint while others struggled to catch their breath. It was quite the show from his opponent, a warning perhaps, or an invitation. Grevious flashed into action as he swung his sword forward and released a crescent of chakra towards Hakuman.

Once the crescent was released, Grievous dashed to his left in an arc and with his right hand he pulled his katana free from his left hip and threw it at Hakuman, coming from him from the 2 o'clock direction.

Hakumen with his Sword in his now hand, saw his opponent release what seemed to be a crescent of chakra aimed at him. Not moving much, he utilize his chakra to form around him manipulating the space. Doing this, he caused the space around him to revolve, doing this the crescent shape that was aimed would revolve around me, heading back towards the location you was once at. Hakumen doing this, seeing you run at an arc, you throwing your katana at him, Hakumen made sure to swing his sword in the same direction as the incoming katana, knocking it back, as he began to launch in your direction

Description:This is the most basic act of spatial displacement utilized by Noahs. The user displaces space such that incoming objects are diverted away from or around a particular entity eg him/herself. The technique uses spatial displacement to indirectly influence the direction of incoming objects/attacks. Visualizing the space an attack travels through as a revolving corridor, this technique is used to rotate the corridor in any manner, effectively imposing control on the object’s trajectory. Visually the moment of distortion may elicit irregular shape but no harm happens to objects which pass through such distortion.

+No Spacial displacement techniques can be used in the same turn as this.

It seemed this ninja had some interesting abilities. The space around him seemed to shift and Grievous's crescent was sent back at him. It didn't appear to be done through force, not gravity, but it turned nonetheless. Grievous stopped short in his path and took a quick step back to allow the blade to pass in front.

Hakuman parried the thrown sword with ease and it clattered to the ground. His opponent now went on the move and began to charge towards Grievous. The General waited until Hakuman had passed the sword that was lying on the ground and then with a series of subtle and simple hand gestures the sword sprang back to life. Chakra ports wrapped around the sword's grip lifted it off the ground as a blade of chakra formed on it just like the one Grievous was holding. The sword shot forth aimed at Hakuman's back while his attention was focused forward.

Description: The RC Grip is a ninja tool designed to wrap comfortably around the grip of a weapon and give the wielder control over said weapon from a distance. The grip is lined with four columns of vents that run along the length of the grip. These vents expel chakra and can be used to levitate and move the weapon to allow for ranged attacks for what is normally a close quarter weapon. Each grip is linked through chakra to a glove that is worn by the wielder. This glove is used to control the movements of the weapon through gestures, though the hand movements required are simple, more akin to puppetry than an exact one-to-one mimicry. It also allows the wielder to transfer their chakra directly to the weapon allowing them to not only perform simple attacks, but chakra enhanced attacks as well. Cyborgs can have the function of these gloves built into their hands instead.
-The number of grips usable at a time is limited to the number of hands a person has.
-Grips can be applied to weapons during battle, or placed in the user's biography prior.

As Hakumen was launching towards his opponent, He noticed that the sword that was knocked back was now heading in his direction from the back. This was thanks to his spacial sensing, he was able to pinpoint everything with extreme ease putting his sword back into the holster. Quickly taking the space between both Hakumen and Your location, he decided to shift the space, essentially pushing us two in an arc. With extreme haste, we would appear in the opposite spots that we were in before, causing the sword to stab you , in my place while I continue to launch towards you. (so what happens is just imagine us teleporting in each other spots.

Luckily this would put Hakumen within a nice range. Due to his Kenjutsu specialist, all his kenjutsu techniques would reach an additional range. He begins to draw his sword out once more but this time he channels sound chakra into it. As he does this, It will release an extremely powerful screech that would throw you off your balance and even cause you to go death. As he draws the sword he does a horizontal strike towards your mid section. Thanks to Hakumen sound specalist, the sound is drowned out, making the deafing effect mute.

Understand that you and I are not equal by no means

Description: This technique is designed to apply the Concentration Gradient and Distance Gradient simultaneously. The user focuses chakra into the space on either side of two entities in an arching fashion. On one side of the entity, space begins to rapidly unfold while on the opposite side the space begins to fold in on itself. This forces the entity to quickly progress towards the location of the second entity while the second entity is pushed away from the first. This technique essentially allows two entities to rotate into different spaces by unfolding and folding space simultaneously swapping positions relative to each other. The direction of these arcs are completely dependent on the user as they can choose to either put these arcs on the left and ride side of this entity, above and below the entity, diagonal to them, etc. This can be used to completely rotate the orientation of a room, or the orientation of two techniques. Due to these predetermined arcs, the movement is always in a semi circle for both entities but the summed of movement of space would be a circle (To visualize this movement, pick two end points of a circle directly opposite of each other and rotate the circle.) Despite being extremely fast, this technique is not instant as the revolution occurs at 2 times the users' speed for Generals and higher. Seconds can perform this technique at 1.5x their speed and lower members execute this technique at their base speed.
Note: The displacement causes no lasting harm to objects used on.

Description: This technique is used in conjunction with sword arts of the user. The user will begin by initiating a sword strike towards the opponent. The moment the sword is in motion it will give off a very loud and powerful screech till the sword strike is finished. This technique is used to throw off the opponents equilibrium while in the middle of a strike, causing the opponent major dizzyness causing the opponent to stumble and lose balance while the screech echos in their ear. This technique is a double edge, as if no precaution are made the user is just as effected by the screeching effect.

Note: The Screech lingers in the opponent ear for 2 turns
Note: This technique restricts the opponent from using techniques based on alot of focus (Genjutsu, Yamanaka techniques, etc) S rank and above

Against his will Grievous was pulled in an arc, moving towards where his opponent had been while Hakumen slid opposite of him. Reaching to his chest he grabbed a device and threw it out to his right towards the middle of the two opposing arcs. The device landed and accessed the jaguar contract in which it was attuned to summoning Nanaki. The jaguar raced towards Hakuman to meet him at Grievous's previous location, lunging forward and sinking his teeth into the enemy. The beast reminded the crowd of the gladiator battles of yore, where lions and exotic beasts we let loose on the fighters to the roar of the spectators.

Description: As the Kote has gained notoriety among Shinobi, Samurai too have looked at the technology as a way to expand their arsenal. The Beacon is an altered Kote, capable not of using Ninjutsu, but of preforming Summoning in place of the user, intended for use by Samurai. A beacon has a disk inside it upon which a summoning contract is inscribed, much like how one would sign a traditional contract. Unlike Kote, to use the Beacon does require chakra - an equal amount as would be required to normally preform a Summoning, but unlike traditional summons, the Beacon acts as its namesake, allowing Summons to pull themselves to the wielder's location.
*Note: Allows Summoning to be preformed by Samurai.
*Note: Chakra Cost and Damage are dependent on the Summoning being used.
*Note: Use of the Beacon itself is passive, but the Summoning still consumes a moveslot.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Nanaki) - Summoning Technique: Nanaki

Description: Nanaki is a descendant of Hunahpu, the Hero Twin of the Sun and the son of Seto. Like his father he holds a strong affinity for fire, and has even surpassed his father in its usage. Like most Jaguars he stands on all fours and has the traditional orange and black coloration. When on all fours his back reaches five feet, slightly smaller than Hunahpu. His powerful jaws are capable of crushing any physical defense C-rank or below. While not as physically impressive as some of the other warrior jaguars, his skill in fire usage is unrivaled. Once he enters combat he continually focuses fire chakra throughout his body causing his orange and black fur to turn a fiery red while a flame grows from the end of his tail. While in this Lunatic High his fire techniques gain 15 damage, though he receives that much more damage from water. He can use fire ninjutsu that the user knows up to A-rank and his normal attacks such as clawing and biting gain an additional heat element. Twice per battle Nanaki can use an A-rank attack called Sled Fang. With this attack he focuses fire chakra to his paws while hunkering down. He then uses the build up fire and releases it through his feet to launch himself forwards at rapid speeds (2x kage speed) where he claws through the target, coming to a sliding stop several meters behind them. Once per battle he can use a unique S-ranked fire technique called Cosmo Memory. He rears his head to the sky and howls manifesting a ball of flames high in the air. Numerous smaller balls of fire circle and collapse into the central one, raising its heat while keeping it condensed. Once the final one merges with it the ball releases the pent up heat as a focused blast down at the target. It starts out a couple of feet in diameter and rapidly expands to a short-range radius, incinerating everything in its reach.
-Lasts four turns once summoned.
-Can only be summoned once.
-Lunatic High is B-ranked, counts as a move to activate, and lasts as long as he is summoned.
-Sled Fang is A-ranked and can be used twice.
-Cosmo Memory is S-ranked and can be used once.
-Disperses regardless of turn after Cosmo Memory is used.

Avoiding his own sword was a simple matter of dancing his fingers to adjust the weapon's path using the RC Grip attached to it. The sword twirled around and landing with its handle in Grievous's right hand. The Cyborg triggered a compartment in his right chest that let out four drones. The drones rose up into the sky and flew overhead of Hakuman and Nanki, aiming to give the jaguar aerial cover while it battled the man, observing for now without attacking.

( Mikagami Dorōn ) - Mirror Drone

Description: This Scientific Ninja Tool is a disk-shaped drone that can be controlled remotely with chakra to fly and attack. The user can have up to four in his possession, which he can use to fire Jutsu Bullets from, that are strong enough to render a target unconscious and move at comparable speed to Lightning jutsu. These drones are able to be used up to long range, or one landamark adjacent to the user's location.
Note: User can only have 2 max, taking one of his Tools slots. Cyborg bios can have up to 4, counting as 1 slot.
Note: Once deployed, Mirror Drones last up to 10 turns before their chakra runs out, requiring a break of the same amount of time before they can be used. Cyborg bios have double the using time for half the charging time ( only 5 turns to recharge battery).

As Hakumen take notice to the shift, his opponent throws down a scroll which seems to summon fourth some strange yet interesting creature. Once its summon, it begins to launch itself towards hakumen himself. Hakumen quickly does three handseals, causing a ripple in space to race within mid range all around him. Collapsing the space. Doing this, your summon would stop in its track, feeling incredible pressure and anxiety. While doing this, shall your drone attempt to reach the space between me still, it would be crushed.

As this hakumen does this, he slowly grips his sword with both hands, pooling large amounts of chakra into it. "Let my share with you, while the power between us are not even close" as Hakumen says this, he swings his sword in the direction of the summon and his opponent, creating a massive shockwave that destroys and annihilate ANYTHING in its path, along with the summon and his opponent and if not defended, the people in the audience would be in the cross fire. Of course afterwards his arms would be in major pain, but of course not showing it. he will put the sword in his holster

Description:
Holy Domain is a wide-acting technique that is triggered by making 3 handseals and clapping. This prompts a ripple to race throughout the field, inducing a carefully crafted spatial collapse as it goes. This spatial ripple has no real direct effects on opponents and cannot be directly discerned except by keen spatial/territorial awareness meaning ordinary means of sensing wouldnt work on this unless the sensing is something such as nature sensing, or something that will allow the opponent to sense their physical surroundings. The induced spatial collapse is only mild and exists not to harm but as a way to exert dominance over an area. It serves as an intimidatory claim to space imposed to augment the Noah’s command of the area. The mild spatial collapse makes space heavier than normal, making it as if empty space isn’t really empty. Humans arent able or rather arent affected by this incredible domain but is able to be used on Jutsus/Surroundings/Items and on Animals/summons. In animals/summons Holy Domain creates an air of unnatural spatial and positional uncertainty which buffets animals and incites a mentally inhibitory anxiety. Basically it makes them feel as if they’re constantly being smothered by a presence which is physically absent. This causes a mental strain which Which reduces the time the summon is allowed to be on the field by one turn as long as they feel this effect. When it comes to jutsus/items the "Absence" of space will cause said surroundings around the user to collapse, completely destroying and annihilating anything with substance of the same rank or lower (Meaning this doesnt work on energy based techniques such as wind/fire/lightning but those such as earth or water)

(Kenjutsu: Ikoku Sovereignty) Sword Arts: Ikoku Sovereignty

Description: Ikoku Sovereignty is the strongest technique of the sword style created by the masters of sword styles and can only be used with both hands. The user will grip the sword while pooling a massive pool of chakra into the blade. The user will then swing the sword with massive strength that releases a colossal shockwave of chakra that ranges 20 meters high and wide and is not omnidirectional. The chakra shockwave is so powerful and destructive that it rips through harden material with major ease, rivaling even steel release in terms of destructiveness. This technique spite being incredibly powerful has major physical drawbacks. When using this technique, the strain on the arms are great as it sprains the arms to a high degree.

As Nanaki approached, he was suddenly met by an overwhelming pressure. It weighed on him both physically and mentally, halting his movements and shaking his spirit. Two of the four drones entered the perimeter of the pressure zone and back to spark and crack as the pressure crushed them out of the air. The two remaining drowns stopped their forward movement and instead rose vertically to long range. While this happened Grievous took the opportunity to relax himself. He released the samurai saber technique from his katana and sheathed the blade. He Calmed his mind and body and allowed his blood, or what remained of it, to flow more freely through his body.

Description: Through years of mediation, samurais have learn to stay calm in battle and relax their muscles, which flows blood much more easier allowing the samurai to think or move faster that he normally could. Meditation helps them to find a source of balance between them and nature, and becuase they treat their swords as part of their own body, dramatically increases their techniques.
Any alteration to the balance (enemy attacking) will alert the samurai and act quicker.

The General saw his summon in trouble and knew he had to act quickly. Preparing himself, Grievous took on a crouched and side face stance. With the blade sheathed, he again focused chakra over it. With no room to take form, the chakra built up a massive pressure within the scabbard that Grievous fought to control. He shouted to Nanaki, "Get down you beast!" Nanaki was no slouch, he was a warriors son who had grown into a more than capable warrior in his own right. His master commanded him to get down, and so he focused flames to his paws and crouched low. The earth beneath his paws cracked as he hunkered down and built up strength in his legs.

Hakuman swung his blade forward and released a powerful wave of energy. Grievous reacted in kind, ripping his katana from its sheath and sending the accumulated chakra forward with tremendous speed and power. It was more focused than his opponent's wave, and aimed to pass over Nanaki's back, diving into the heart of the oncoming wave. It pushed through, carving a path which Nanaki expertly took advantage of. In a burst of power, he release the fire built up in his paws and launched himself forward at high speeds. The bullet was powerful enough to create the opening, though it was Nanaki who would have to land the strike. The beast exploded through the gap and lashed out with his claws, carving a deep gashed through Hakuman's armor and the flesh beneath.

(Bushidō: Amanogawa) Way of the Samurai: River of Heaven

Description: As powerful as Iaidō and the Samurai Sabre Skill are for Samurai when dealing with Shinobi, they both have their own weakness, and this posses a problem with Samurai are pitted against ranged fighters who maintain distance by retreating. This technique aims to combine the two techniques to remedy that problem. While the blade is sheathed, the Samurai will momentarily invoke the Samurai Sabre Skill, enveloping their blade with chakra while within the scabbard; however, due to the confinement of the blade within the scabbard, this causes a build up of pressure which the Samurai releases by unsheathing the blade. The result is that the Samurai's sword is "fired" from the scabbard, much like a bullet, but while also cloaked in the aura of the Samurai Sabre Skill. They manipulate this aura only slightly, into the same form of the sword they are using, but elongated. The result is a powerful Iaidō technique that can reach up to mid-range, and at a greater speed than the Iaidō technique itself. Because of the power of the Samurai Sabre Skill, it is capable of clashing with Ninjutsu of the same power and below.
Note: Like Iaidō, the speed of this technique is relative to the user's rank. However, this technique is twice as fast as Iaidō.
Note: The user cannot have the Samurai Saber Skill currently active for this technique to be used.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Nanaki) - Summoning Technique: Nanaki

Description: Nanaki is a descendant of Hunahpu, the Hero Twin of the Sun and the son of Seto. Like his father he holds a strong affinity for fire, and has even surpassed his father in its usage. Like most Jaguars he stands on all fours and has the traditional orange and black coloration. When on all fours his back reaches five feet, slightly smaller than Hunahpu. His powerful jaws are capable of crushing any physical defense C-rank or below. While not as physically impressive as some of the other warrior jaguars, his skill in fire usage is unrivaled. Once he enters combat he continually focuses fire chakra throughout his body causing his orange and black fur to turn a fiery red while a flame grows from the end of his tail. While in this Lunatic High his fire techniques gain 15 damage, though he receives that much more damage from water. He can use fire ninjutsu that the user knows up to A-rank and his normal attacks such as clawing and biting gain an additional heat element. Twice per battle Nanaki can use an A-rank attack called Sled Fang. With this attack he focuses fire chakra to his paws while hunkering down. He then uses the build up fire and releases it through his feet to launch himself forwards at rapid speeds (2x kage speed) where he claws through the target, coming to a sliding stop several meters behind them. Once per battle he can use a unique S-ranked fire technique called Cosmo Memory. He rears his head to the sky and howls manifesting a ball of flames high in the air. Numerous smaller balls of fire circle and collapse into the central one, raising its heat while keeping it condensed. Once the final one merges with it the ball releases the pent up heat as a focused blast down at the target. It starts out a couple of feet in diameter and rapidly expands to a short-range radius, incinerating everything in its reach.
-Lasts four turns once summoned.
-Can only be summoned once.
-Lunatic High is B-ranked, counts as a move to activate, and lasts as long as he is summoned.
-Sled Fang is A-ranked and can be used twice.
-Cosmo Memory is S-ranked and can be used once.
-Disperses regardless of turn after Cosmo Memory is used.

The jaguar came to a skidding halt several meters past the foe and turned to face him from the other side. He was breathing heavily as it took all his strength to overcome the man's aura, even if only for a moment. Like his beast, Grievous was safely in the gap created by his bullet. The fans in the background to either side of him, however, were not as lucky.
