The vast majority of the inhabitants of Tsuchi Heihō live near the long river the flows through the area. The terrain is characterized by tall mountains and rocky barrens, but near the water the topography becomes less inhospitable, giving way to soil and vegetation. The inhabitants mine the rich mountains, fish in the water and collect amber along the shores. Their settlements are constructed on the banks of the water and countless small river boats allow them to trade with other areas both up and down the stream.

After a violent explosion within one of the mines near the riverbanks, clusters of amber have been blasted outwards in an array of golden shards, in a myriad of sizes. The river diverted ever so slightly, creating a long-ranged radious inlet of water that drowned out massive spires and boulders of glistening amber in front of a decimated and hollowed out mountain cliff.

Some boulders of rock and amber range a full short-range radious across the river, and Isabella assumes her position in such a platform, at the center of it, whereas Mirabella would appear in a similar sized-boulder of amber across from her. They stand Mid-range from eachother.

So this land is what you've chosen over me?

Mirabelle’s eye narrowed inward, clear annoyance of the sudden explosion that occurred. Innocent and honest lives, lost to the event – though when reports came to her office, she immediately recognized what was going on. She shifted her focal point to near to the mountain side, arriving sometime after the explosion. She wore her traditional Raiden Shogun attire, with her signature nodachi strapped tightly against her waist. She didn’t require it’s need yet, but as she crept up one of the boulders, she can see the crimson haired woman. A friend she’s come to love dearly, but at the same time she’s always had her differences with her. “Isabella” she allowed the name to slip out from her mouth, as it curled into somewhat of a smirk. “Did you really have to blow up my miners like that? Couldn’t just come up to the door of my mansion personally to say hello? You’re always causing trouble no matter where you go…yet there’s softer side of you that you try to suppress…” Mirabelle said to her though she was honestly just egging her own a bit. “I didn’t choose it over you, considering my village always came first in the end. I even invited you to join me, among my people so that we can stop the Gods, Madara or honestly, whomever stood in our way to make sure humanity remained in one piece….but you said yourself once…” she said, her smirk changing into a somber and saddened look. “You despise humanity…and yet here you are, a mere mortal with the eyes of the Void. You’ve changed…or at least maybe my perception of you has been wrong this entire time…but I cannot forgive you this time” Mirabelle said, a serious look becoming seen on her face.

Don’t take it too personally, ok?” she said as the battle began; Mirabelle immediately discharged purple electricity into the boulder she stood on; immediately hopping of of it as she controlled it and sent it flying into the direction of Isabella. However, as it levitated; Mirabelle wouldn’t just end it there. She would also passively activate the Relics of Helena, while doubling down on them to further increase their power. Once the technique is released, she would simply give a dismissive swing her of right hand, causing chakra to shatter like glass, as she unleashed a powerful wide range of chakra blades towards her opponent, courtesy of Journey of the Swordless. As she finished, she started to walk towards Isabella, the whole-time adverting eye contact with her, lease she wants to go insane. “I don’t want to hurt you, friend…” she said in a genuinely softened tone. Her use of her lightning ability allowed her void artifact to also generate a stack upon itself as a result.

Description: Journey of the Swordless is a technique which is always active for those who practice the art of Kyotoryu. Being active from the very beginning of battle, Journey of the Swordless is classified as a passive technique to all those who wish to utilize it. While most Kyotoryu techniques do not require this, Journey of the Swordless is meant to enhance the users Kyotoryu techniques to their maximum, by sacrificing a real sword in the process.

To start, the user coats their entire body in a tiny, razor sharp layer of chakra, which looks very similar to the Medical Scalpel technique, to activate this technique. Once active, the user become a human blade, as all their strikes carry the same cutting potential as any regular sword, by being enhanced by their razor sharp chakra. Another benefit to this technique, is that the razor sharp chakra around the users body allows them to bypass wind resistances, allowing their strikes to also be much faster than when performing techniques with an actual sword. Another benefit of this, is that due to the wind resistance being removed from their strikes, while also gaining speed, all the users kenjutsu gain additional damage, by having any wind resistance removed, the strikes carry more weight, striking much harder and with more maneuverability than one could perform with a regular sword. However, the damage bonus is further increased when utilized with Kyotoryu techniques, as these techniques are specifically created for the fight style, adding Journey of the Swordless on top further empowers them, allowing the unique movements of Kyotoryu fighting style to be even more deadly than usual.

However, while this technique seems strong, the largest drawback is the user loses their ability to hold a sword. The chakra around the users body will destroy any sword hilt it comes into contact with. Even with indestructible blades, the hilt of the sword will be rejected, forcefully pushed out of the users hand if he tried to wield a bladed weapon. This is only the case for swords however, other objects, like Staffs, can be wielded, but any techniques requiring a Staff will Not gain any benefits from this technique.

Restrictions:
Must be posted in the users bio if they wish have it passive from the start of battle. Chakra cost can be paid to activate it during battle.
Once activated, the users Arms, Legs, Head, and even torso become a replacement for any Technique that requires a sword.
Due to the nature of the chakra, the user cannot wear any armor, nor can the user wield a sword of any description. However the user is able to wield non bladed weapons, but those weapons will gain no bonus' from this technique.
Any jutsu the user users, such as Earth Armor, will have its defenses Reduced by -20 if used over top of this technique. However, this only applies to techniques that attach to the users body, techniques such as Susanoo, will be unaffected.
This technique can be used by Samurai, following all the same restrictions as regular uses. However, as the user cannot wear armor with this technique active, it cannot be used with Bushido, however SSS and Iaido can be used in conjunction

Description:
This technique is based upon both the Thunder Dragon Tornado technique and could be considered a more advanced application of it. To begin the user will make contact with an object and focus their lightning chakra into it. They will then manipulate the lightning and cause it to spin quite rapidly around the object. This forms a swirling mass of lightning and electrical energy around the object that upon contact with the enemy would be quite abrasive. Alternatively, the user can use a single handseal to use this technique remotely on any object within short-range (excluding the opponent's clothes/attire but not any weapons they may be wielding).

This would literally rip them to shreds when exposed to it while also shocking them from the unfocused electricity. Due to the nature of the electrical energy it imbues the object with a useful electrical charge while surrounding and supporting the object. This gives it lift and allows the user to levitate and manipulate the object freely with hand movements. Due to the rapidly rotating mass of lightning it would give off a bright glow while it is formed around the object.

Iryo Hijutsu: Herena no ibutsu - Hidden Medical Art: Relics of Helena † Arc of Abstinence (Passive)

Description: To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.

Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above
(Kamei Gigei: Rekkyōdan) Command Art: Violent Mirror Severing

Description: A technique based upon the premises of two of Keotsu's other Command Arts - his signature shockwave Kougenjin, and a Prayer technique known as Zekkyōdan, Rekkyōdan aims to push the principles of these attacks to their absolute limits. The user will gather chakra around their blade, coating in it a glass like layer; swinging the blade breaks the high tension layer of chakra and projects it forward, like the fragments of a broken mirror. The user can control the spread over the shattered attack, allowing it to cover either wide area to affect multiple opponents, or focus it into a tight cone to strike an individual adversary. No matter the scope of the area covered by the attack, though, the technique always launches 80 individual shockwaves. Like all Command Art shockwaves, Rekkyōdan can cut through any material the blade used to launch it can cut, meaning a sufficiently sharp blade could cut through nearly any material, and like Kougenjin it moves a twice the normal rate of traditional shockwaves.

Isabella smirked as well, as her opponent lauched the electrifying amber rock, further propelled by the shards of her own blade technique. Her eyes became bloody red with 3 Tomoes as small string of handseals burnt the air all around them into a blazing inferno, enhanced by Isabella's Fire specialization ( +20 ). The flames bite through the crystalized rock formation as they take the shape of great dragon of fire, everything in a circular vortex before churning out the splintered amber back to where it came from.

How am I to blame for the explosion? I do wonder if you're capable of seeing everything that happens in your village from that mansion of yours.

The tail of the fire dragon spins around Isabella, the dragon becoming so long it appears like a snake coiling multiple times around Isabella's short range, and drastically expanding towards long range, to hit Mirabella with both it's body and the splintered amber rock, albeit weakened by 20 damage points from it's collision with the Shattered Blade technique.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Without further ado, a single handseal is cast, projecting a great genjutsu towards Mirabelle. At first, the genjutsu seems to do nothing but alter her chakra-pathway, yet a fungal growth latches onto both her mind physically and her stomach spiritually. But, as soon as she intends to move her limbs or perform an handseal, she is hit by a dramatically and debilitating stomach cramp, dealing spiritual damage, as the necrotic illusion latches deeper and deeper into her belly.

Description:

One of the most painfull genjutsu known in the ninja world, this illusion stands as a statement of mastery over the Illusionary Arts. Ther user does 1 handseal, putting his opponent into an illusion were he feels a sudden abdominal pain. Sharp and fast, the pain comes and goes, increasing its intensity as the technique borrows deeper and deeper into the enemies mind. For 3 turns the enemy will feel abdominal pain, disconfort, cramps, etc, mimicking the symptoms of a severe Gastroentritis. The illusionary effect is so great that at the end of the 3rd turn, when the pain becomes excruciating, the enemy will vomit compulsively and may even experience a blackout due to the mental stress and pain. The body, fooled by this powerfull illusion, is led to believe that the pain and symptoms are real, inducing vomit as a result of such pain and stress.

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.

Mirabelle’s eyes narrowed, watching the display of the flames dancing around her in rather unappealing way. “If you intend on playing theatrics, at least make them worth while watching” she made a rather snide remark. Immediately, as the flaming overgrown lizard approached, she sighed. She thrusted her hand forward, making a punching motion – which causes more of the microscopic blades shrouding her to essentially peel off from her. The blades, infused with an additional amount of chakra within them would pierce into the chakra of flames. Rather than trying to completely overwhelm it, it shredded the very core of the technique, into nothing more than left over ambers. There was nothing left, as it spreads throughout the flames but left the Uchiha unharmed, for now at least. “Don’t play coy with me, I know you enough to be the culprit of the explosion…” she said in a unimpressed tone. Never the less, she would have seen her opponent flash a head seal. At first, Mirabelle didn’t know what to expect, but almost immediately after such a case her senses alerted her. Her mastery in Yin Release allowed her to become aware of the chaos roaming in her mind.

Yet she allowed herself to experienced the pain, eased ever so much with the nature of the Relics of Helena protecting her mind as well. “Ah this pain…it’s vaguely reminding me of my pregnancy…its tragic nothing can compare to THAT pain” she commented, wondering if Isabella might have heard the news. It mattered little, Mirabelle still needed to rid her mind of this intrusion but how? Surreal Palm? Maybe, but it was a skill she shared with her opponent and will surely understand the mechanics behind her motives possibly. How can she best her…Mirabelle was always one to come up with ideas on the fly but perhaps becoming a mother has made her battle sense a bit dulled. She dismissed the illusion, as she simply surged her fire chakra throughout her body, as it rapidly became akin to liquid fire, quite literally. As she exhaled, a powerful wave of flames would be released, as it coiled violently across the terrain. “It matters not what my actions was last time we had that interaction with that damed man, things are already being arranged to handle him…” she said, watching as the flames cleared up; and if there where any ashes of the women of crimson.

And I don’t want to see them, last time I looked into them I became scared of heights apparently...” she thought for a moment never the less, she was prepared to deal with her on her own. As the others continued to flew from the area, Mirabelle simply started to make movements towards Isabellla, as she plucked a strand of hair from her head and tossed it, filled with chakra. As she did, she utilized her space time manipulation to quickly swap it with a sharpened feather from her summoning, as it spastically arced natural electricity from its being. “

(Kyotoryu Himitsu No Ato: Naibu Nensho) Kyotoryu Secret Art: Internal Combustion

Description: Kyotoru Secret Art: Internal Combustion, is a technique used to not only attack jutsu from the inside out, but also attack the opponent from the inside out. For this jutsu to be used, however, Journey of the Swordless must be active previously, as that technique is required for this jutsu to be executed. Once activated, this technique has 2 components to it, while both acting primarily in the same fashion, each one has a different outcome when used on a jutsu and when used on an opponent directly.

Firstly, when used on jutsu: When this technique is used on an enemy jutsu, the user will strike forwards, as he does this, he will release a portion of the chakra shrouding his body with Journey of the Swordless, and launch it forward into the enemy jutsu. As the chakra enters the technique, having been released from the user, it will explode, causing a chain reaction of razor sharp chakra, which will expand inside the enemy jutsu, slashing it to pieces and dispelling it as the uncontrolled chakra from Journey of the Swordless runs rampant, destroying the jutsu from the inside out. This portion can disperse jutsu of the same rank, as the chakra is not clashing with the jutsu, instead, it is invading the jutsu, and destroying it from the inside out, removing strength and weakness. However, this is rank based, so jutsu with a higher chakra limit than Internal combustion will be unaffected. This only works on techniques up to 40 chakra.

Secondly, When used directly on an opponent: When this jutsu is used directly on someone, it behaves slightly differently, than when it does collides with a jutsu. Instead of the chakra interacting with the chakra in a jutsu, it instead, acts more like a hail of razor blades inside the opponents body. As the user strikes forwards, he will release the chakra around their body part, sending it forward at the opponent. As the chakra makes contact, it will create a small incision in the opponent, a tiny cut, as the chakra enters the opponents body. The moment said chakra enters the opponents body, no longer under control of the user, it will explode outwards, like a Hail storm of razor blades, slashing the opponents internal organs and bones to ribbons, before exploding out the back of the opponent, like a concussive blast. How this differs is, instead of attacking the chakra, it attacks the opponents flesh directly, acting like a barrage of sword slashes, targeting the internal organs, and ripping them to shreds as if being chopped by a sharp knife. This version is just as fast as a regular sword would be piercing someones body, the internal damage and external damage to the person back happening almost instantly after the chakra is injected into them.

Restrictions:
D-C can be used any amount of time, B rank 4 times, A rank 3 Times with a one turn cool down between usages, S rank 2 times, with a two turn cool down in between usages.
Requires Journey of the Swordless to be active.
After S rank usage, No S-rank or above Kyotoryu Techniques can be used in the following turn.

Description: A basic application that demonstrates the superior chakra control traits of a medical ninja. Initially trained into understanding the essentials of chakra control - this technique seeks to emphasize on this to a certain degree. Passively activated, the user may use this technique to willingly allow an increment of +10 to be infused into a single technique of their choosing. This of course under normal circumstances would prove to be useless in battle - but in some situations such as with Fuinjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu or other abilities in general this proves to he highly beneficial. This can be used once per technique, capping at +10 chakra. This technique cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Description: Borrowed Feathers is the direct application of the Fourth Form: Kingdom Toss, where the user is capable of performing ranged attacks by plucking feathers or hairs from their own body, or even a globule of spit or blood containing their own cells, and enhance them with chakra to then throw at great speeds towards a target, swapping them with similar parts from a summon. These will then acquire a drawn-arrow speed and piercing abilities. The more chakra one imbues onto this technique, the higher the damage and size of the swapped constructs, allowing one to turn a similar sized hair into a sharp Feather or Hair etc. at D rank up to a massive Tooth or Scale of a Boss-Sized Summon (Gamabunta) at S rank.

Note: Up to B rank, it requires a 2 turn cooldown. B rank can be used 4 times per battle. A ranked usage requires a 3 turn cool down in between usages and can be used 3 times per battle. S ranked usage also requires a 3 turn cooldown in between usages and can be used twice per battle.
